As a wings and wedges super fan, I was ecstatic to hear that they brought them back on the menu and I was even more thrilled to take advantage of the $1 chicken sandwich deal they were offering online. The online ordering system is super easy. When I arrived I saw my drink waiting in the pick-up area but no food. Service was extremely slow. I noticed they were not checking in any mobile orders or taking any orders inside the dinning room until they had served everyone already waiting in the dining area. Wait times online are severely different than wait times in restaurant. After waiting about 10 min, my name was taken and the employee went back to put my order together. Everything came out hot and fresh. The wings and wedges are as delicious as I last remembered them to be. The classic chicken sandwich was pretty good but the chicken cut is very thick. I was surprised how clean and modern it was at this location. They have a mobile only special where you get five pieces of chicken.Two sides and two drinks for fifteen dollars. For the two sides we went wih coleslaw and we grabbed two iced tea lemonade1/2&1/2.I also had to get two apple pies for dessert. The chicken was nice and crispy and seasoned well. The Coleslaw, well, you can never go wrong. The drinks were a little too sweet for my taste. The apple pie was reminiscent of the old school fried apple pies at mcdonald's. read more

i just had the worst experience ever and i will not go back to this restaurant anymore ( 3045 n military, wpb fl). it started with one of the young ladies looking at us with disgust because we decided to come inside. i politely asked the cashier if we would be able to sit inside to enjoy our meal and at first she hesitated but eventually said yes but you only have 10 minutes. i was in disbelief when she said that but we decided to stay so that we could eat before going home. when i went to grab our food the cashier said again 10 minutes and to make matters worst the manger humberto was standing there listening to our conversation and agreeing with the cashier. shortly after sitting down the disgusted young lady walked into the lobby and said yes they're still here. mr. humberto (manager ) then said outloud people have to leave at 11. i felt rushed and although the lobby was closing soon, we walked in before closing time and was told it was okay for us to sit and eat. we overheard them talking about us still being in the lobby and then the manager decided to come and tell us that we had to leave because his workers were getting ready to get off. i said to the manager so you're telling me that we have to leave after paying for our dinner and agreeing that we could sit and eat ? he then stated that his workers have to leave and that his store manager named zuma said they should rush customers no matter the situation. i find it very unbelievable how customer service has turned into this, what ever happened to treating your customers with respect or customers come first !!!!! its not about the time they were closing, it's not about the fact that we could have gone through the drive thru. it's about the nasty attitudes, the lack of customer service, the care for others, the manager stating that his store manager agrees with the way they treat the customers. 1. they agreeded that we could eat there. 2. they took our order 3. they allowed us to sit. yet they rushed us by putting us on a timer, talked about us, made us feel uncomfortable and made us feel like we were the issue. due to the lack of accountability from the location and the way the manager on duty handled this situation i will no longer be eating from this location. we are not social experiments !! we are human !! customer service should be everything !! read more

This brings back childhood memories for me we walked in there was a little bit of a line but no problems the manager was so sweet and so personable it made the visit that much better. The order took a few minutes longer than it was well worth the wait to check it is hot and crispy and mashed potatoes and coleslaw have the same taste it did when I was a kid consistency is key! Ordered online a frozen lemonade and had my son pick it up. They told him they don't have that in store anymore. If that was the case why is app letting me order and pay for something that is not available. My son comes home with a medium drink (2.79 or 2.99), I then asked him, "why didn't they give him a cup equal to the price". I then go to the store to exchange the cups. I get into the restaurant and no customers were in the store and went to counter. Where I stood for a while, as three employees sat a table on there laptop laughing and paying me no attention. I intentionally looked at them as they cared on as if I never walked in. The two ladies behind the counter were very busy with drive tru. I asked can anyone help me please , I was continuously ignored. Then one of the ladies from around the counter came over to help me. I then informed her of the situation and she informed me that they did not serve frozen lemonades anymore. I understood that part, but I then said they gave my son a medium cup that is not the same value as a frozen lemonade and that a large cup would be more equivalent. That is when, I believe to be one of the managers, which was one of three that was sitting around the table on their laptop laughing and having a good old time. I don't know her name, decided to intervene. She starts yelling to the lady about me not once acknowledging me. She yells to the lady he don't get no large, he gets "( a cup that's not a large)" (paraphrasing). I then said why are you yelling at me and why are being so rude to me. Her answer to me was she has a mask on, she pulls the mask away from her face and continues to yell and be rude and condescending. She also said because I said to the lady behind the counter I should get a large cup, which I believe to be equivalent to what I ordered and paid for. That is why she is yelling at me being unjustly rude and abusive. That is when I started to get out of character and her and I started going back and forth with verbal insults. She then jumped out of her chair to physically assault me. If you are having a bad day, can't work with people, don't have respect for others, think customer service is "take it and shut up" even if we mess up, then don't take the job. I come to this KFC frequently because its close to my job. I always get the $5 fill up grilled chicken, mac n cheese, a cookie, and sweet tea. I always go through the drive thru so I can't describe the inside. The drive thru cashier is always nice and even when my order was mixed up they fixed it very quickly. I have tried the golden chicken and that was very good. I will continue coming here and recommend original or the grilled chicken. read more

But I have to go out of my way to rate this particular KFC because of the outstanding service I was provided. I went during lunchtime, and it was pretty busy. The cashier was extremely patient with each customer and even made small talk with each one. He definitely made all of us feel welcome. This location needs to replace some of their staff immediately. There is this African American girl with red braided hair that works the drive thru and she is totally incompetent. The last 8 out of 10 times that I visited this KFC, she took my order and screwed it up everytime. She repeats your order correctly, but then puts the wrong items in the bags. She does not seem impaired in a manner in which I am unable to detect, but she has to be somewhat challenged to screw up this much. You basically have to go through your order right there to make sure that it is correct....what is the point of having a drive thru then?
