Yum yum yum. My favorite fast food restaurant in the entire world. I went here quite often when I lived in Kentucky...Now that I live in CA, the closest one is an hour away :(. I loved their chicken sandwiches more than any other sandwich...Ohhh I miss it!!! I hated waffle fries until i came here...And their milkshakes are amazing too! I also think it's wonderful that they're closed on Sundays, but almost every single sunday I would crave it...Just because I knew I couldn't have it! read more

I am an enthusiastic fan of CFA at all times and any place. Today, I had two items come up less than perfect so I'm going to mention them, but not without once again endorsing this chain which normally operates at the highest level of quality and consistency. (1) The grilled chicken nuggets (first time I've tried this item) did not look ANYTHING like the menu picture. What I received resembled a meat by product rather than the delicious, plump nuggets depicted there. Is this an exception or the rule? (2) The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered and paid for was prepared as a grilled chicken club... not the same sandwich, really; especially for a calorie counter. So, two relatively minor grievances that will in no wise cause me to think twice about eating here again in the future. read more

Went here to get some ice cream after I washed my car tonight.. Came through the drive through, packed as usual but we made the wait. As the lady in the window handed me my ice creams she flicked her fingers that had melted ice cream on them, which got ice cream all over my washed car lol.. A funny scenario, she saw what she did but didn't even apologize about it. Minus one star for that & for not handing me napkins. The ice cream was decent, I'm not sure what everyone was raving about tho. Burger King right around the corner has better ice cream & the cones aren't stale. Normal chick-fil-a food. Very slow. With only one person in front of us we waited almost 10 minutes to get our order taken.

Good food, terrible service. Every time I order pickup or catering from this chick fil a they're never ready for the time I've asked. Today it was a 22 min wait past the pick up time I asked for. Which made me late to the gathering I was headed to. I was asked 3 different times what catering order I was waiting for. And when they brought it out to me, there was no apology and no sauce. I get that you're busy, but this wasn't the first time this has happened at this specific location. read more

So I gave this location another chance (after terrible service I gave them 2 stars) since it's just down the road from work. After sitting in the drive thru for about 25 minutes, I ordered one thing. Have used this location twice in the last few months for large catering orders ($300+). Both times even though I specified a pick up time I waited between 30 and 45 minutes for my order to be prepared after I got to the store. When I do this, I am feeding about 75 people who are on a tight schedule and waiting for food. Probably need to find a new place. read more

After waiting 15 minutes to get through the line I had to wait another 15 because the ran out of soup. For some reason this location is always a wait always With the size of your "fast" food restaurant I would've expected a cookie or something but no . Nothing but I'm sorry. I love love chick fil a but this morning at the Harrodsburg Rd location had the worst experience- ordered a chicken mini tray earlier in the week for an 8:15 pick up- several others were waiting for theirs as well as there was a football game. Waited for 20 minutes and after chatting with another customer in front of me who had been waiting for 45 minutes for her preordered item, I decided I had to leave. Was not worth it. What is the point of ordering ahead for an established pick up time if the tray is not going to be ready for pick up. Had lunch here today, and in typical Chickfila fashion, the lines were long and the place was packed. Our order was placed and filled correctly, and drinks and everything were brought to our table since we had little ones with us and didn't have extra hands. Delicious chicken as always. Room for improvement though.... No one came to our table to offer refills or anything, even though that's common at other locations. Was disappointed with my lunch yesterday. The food was ok but the sandwich looked like someone sat on it. The service was lacking. It took us 15 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches. There was very few people in the restaurant. While we waited we almost froze. The place was very cold. If all this wasn't enough, the trash bin was overflowing and had to hunt for a place to dispose of our tray. Since 4 new restaurants will open by the new year within 200 yards of this location, management should address their issues. read more

Consistently great location. I travel to Tennessee a lot and I always stop at this location while on the road. This location is always busy, but is very clean and has great service. In addition, it's in a nice area, so it's a good place to stop. I hate being on road trips and winding up taking scary exits! read more

Their staff is always kind and friendly and really makes you feel welcomed whether it's your first time in or 100th. My family and I normally like Chic-Fil-a a lot. However, this is the worst CFA we've ever been to. When we got there the drive up was really backed up - several dozen cars wrapped around the building. And we automatically thought that it was because it was between 6-7pm. Wrong! The drive up service wasn't moving very quickly so we went in side. There weren't many people inside like a normal CFA and we soon found out why. The guy that waited on us at the counter said something odd, and laughed, in the middle of us ordering; I looked at him and he said "oh, I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to her" and he pointed to a girl behind us and said "I go to school with her". In the middle of us ordering? How rude! That's not all; The dining room was FILTHY! Floors were all sticky with Pop most of the tables were dirty. Our son picked out a table next to the window, I went to sit down, and good thing I stopped and looked down - I almost sat in a puddle of some type of liquid that I assumed was Pop.... But who knows? We found a table that was better than most and sat down. We were really concerned with how the food would be.... But the sandwich (spicy chicken) was pretty good - fries were greasy though. But it was so depressing in there we ate quickly and got out of there! We won't be back. read more

I am really a fan of the sausage biscuit for breakfast and the chicken sandwich for a quick lunch. Side salad is a good buy also. This location many times struggles to find the right amount of workers for the front counter. Lines can get long and having each cashier fix the customer's drink order means that line is not going to move very fast. Always leaves times for conversations with fellow customers in line, but could be frustrating if you are truly in a hurry. read more

Today I just didn't feel like cooking went through drive thru and ordered outside per person which is nice. 2 different people read my order back and yet when I arrived home I had ordered southwest salad but I received a spinach strawberry salad. I am really tired of this. Pay attention people. I swear the next time I go there I am going to have them show me each item . This happens frequently at turfland location but never at Hamburg. If was only for their food I'd give it a three. My family ate dinner there last week we had a hard time finding a clean table to start with. There were not May people dining in it was mostly drive through and take out. First the young man taking orders started taking to a friend of he's in line about three people behind us. Second they had one person clean the dining area we were sitting in. It took her over 5 minutes to clean one table and cart with the cleaning supplies was up where people were waiting for their take out orders. She cleaned a total of two tables while me were there. She ad at least 6 more tables to clean but never touched them. We moved here from Illinois where the Chick-fil-A's were so much different never saw a dirty table there. They had at least 4 people cleaning tables and asking customers if there need refills on their drinks. Must of the staff here were behind the counter. It will be awhile before I go back. read more

Breakfast drive thru service is awful! Way too slow!! Pulled into drive thru, haven't moved in 4 min!!

Didn't eat breakfast and went to Chic Fila for lunch, I was prepared to wait 25 minutes in line as per usual. What I wasn't prepared for was the terrible food poisoning I got after eating there, 24 hours later I am still unable to eat anything else and have been vomiting and using the restroom uncontrollably.
