As far as food and service it's a chic fila... it's as you would expect. No surprises. That being said if you are wheel chair bound or have mobility problems this location is horrible. I invite the operator to try to park in the handicap spaces ... surprise you can't because they are blocked off with planters and the drive thru has been routed thru them. No problem I'll just park elsewhere right? Good luck because if it's busy the two lane drive thru also blocks the wheelchair ramp meaning you can't access it without running the gauntlet. I used the app and picked up my order at the counter as the drive through line was very long. The sandwiches were much smaller that I remember and nowhere near the size in the advertising. The spicy sandwich was thin and had been cooked quite sometime. The waffle fries were the most disappointing as the large size carton was only half full of nubs. Pieces so small I could not pick them up. $16.59 for this two sandwich meal. As for the dining area. We came here because I am pregnant and craving chicken tenders. We opted to go inside to order since it wasn't overly busy. Despite not being busy, we waited for ten minutes while various employees looked at us waiting at the cash register to order. You would almost think we were in a bad sitcom where no one wanted to do anything. When someone finally begrudgingly came over to the cash register she said "Can I help you?" and I said "Yes we're trying to order food...". I had to update my review of Chick-fil-a because as I was waiting in the drive through for my order, I saw that the staff are checking in at the back door and having temperatures checked before they clock in. This is the worst chick fil a. They mess up orders all the time and do little to nothing to make it right. Needs new management.

Ordered a simple chicken burrito and went through the drive thru, one of the female workers made me pull up to the waiting food lane and proceeded to hand out 10 orders behind me while I waited over 30 minutes giving me a rude look everytime she brought out another order when I saw her through my side mirrors. I ordered a simple burrito... I was starting to think well maybe they are still making it but nope they just kept handing out plenty of orders behind me. I just think some of the workers must've not liked me or something , thankfully a guy came over and asked me what I had ordered and brought it out to me, I think they would've let me sit there all day if that guy didn't come over! read more

The business missed up on simple order through door dash. They forgot most important part of order the 12 piece chicken nuggets. When I contacted them there was no apologies and did not make attempt to correct their mistakes. It is not DoorDash's fault. So I called wanted order and they could not help very unprofessional. We have not eaten at this chick-fil-A since it has been remodeled! The interior is pretty much set up the same with the exception of a tall farmhouse table with six metal stool seats. The drive through has been significantly upgraded and improved. The parking lot was always congested before and you could not get around the cars inline for the drive through area. This area has been corrected and they even have more ordering stations in the drive through area. The food was fast and food good this time. We are happy with the improvements and when craving a chicken sandwich will put this one back in our restaurant rotation. We love to eat at the restaurants close to our home. We had good service but came at a generally off time of 2:45 for the busy lunch rush. read more

Stop in for breakfast at 8am on a Saturday and the line was not to long compared to normal. I got the chicken cheese and egg bagel and my son got the chicken minis. This about the only fast food chicken that he will eat. Everything was good and I am a much bigger fan of their coffee more so then other fast food restaurants. I am a manager at a different Chickfila out of state, so maybe that is why I am even more disappointed at this stores lack of urgency and respect, but I can say I will not be returning. I hope the store manager sees this and decides to make immediate changes here. Being ignored by (what we call at my store the expo) or the individual giving out food outside.. and then being disrespected by the manager as well was just a VERY disappointing experience. Like I said, I am a manager at another Chickfila and I would NEVER treat a guest this way and would never watch a fellow team member treat a guest this way. I realize that we make mistakes, which is why I was never upset about my order being messed up. However, the way the manager handled the situation was not right. This is a good clean restaurant. Fast food, but there are healthy options. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. There is an indoor kids playground that is kept clean. I would have given them a better rating, but it is a bit expensive. For example, the grilled chicken combo is $2.00 more than the fried chicken sandwich. Doesn't make sense to me, but that it is. Unfortunately today it took 20 minutes causing me to miss my appointment since it is impossible to skip line here once you are in it. They are a bit error prone and sometimes feel like they are a bit understaffed. Their management always take care of any issue we have with no questions asked. Fast, friendly, and courteous. A well-oiled machine in every way. If any company is doing fast food correctly, it's Chick-fil-A. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo. Perfect combination of crispy and spicy. Just enough heat. Always love their sauce variety here as well, particularly the Polynesian and the new Sriracha sauces. I love Chick-Fil-A it is my morning and afternoon go to. I typically go to the Hamburg place location but often times Turfland is just convenient. Every time i have been to this location the drive thru service is one of the worst amongst the locations. The line always takes twice as long to get through and the staff at this location is not has happy to help and friendly as the other locations. The quality of food at this store is poor, aside from getting orders wrong a good portion of the time, it looks as if the cooks don't care about the product they are putting out.. Not many Chic-fil-a's around Detroit so this was our opportuntiy to experience the legend. The parking lot was busy with lots, I mean lots, of cars. The drive thru had two lines of cars queued up with someone taking orders from the cars before they got to the speaker. Once inside we found the place busy but clean and friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even at 6pm the line wasn't that bad. Only had one or two orders before ours. We placed our order and got a placeholder to take with us to the table. Within a few minutes a server brought out our order, and we were happy. Food was good and the portion sizes were not skimpy. My wife thought the prices were just a bit on the high side, but my thought was that we were getting a fair amount of good food, so the value for the meal was good. They had waffle cut fries which I found tasty, and I even got a couple of dipping sauces which were also pretty good. I thought I tasted a bit of horseradish in the spicy mustard sauce. Overall, we were pleased and we will definetly go back. It was a pleasant experience, and I felt good knowing that my dollars are going to a wholesome company. Keep up the good work. read more

If you're I'm in a hurry and don't have time to prepare a lunch, I'll stop by Chick-Fil-A. Solid food and you don't have to order fries with a meal. I always opt for the superfood salad. A great mix of broccoli, kale, nuts and dried fruit. The grilled chicken sandwich always hits spot. Not overly salty for fast food and not fried, which is the most important. I will add a little of the honey mustard sauce or Chick-Fil-A sauce to the sandwich. read more
