YES Everyone loves chick-fil-a! The only reason I would give it a lower rating is because of the Sunday rule (Ok, I get it)... It's ok, at least I can enjoy a spicy chicken sandwich 6 other days of the week! Their market salad is my jam! So yummy. I only get this when I feel like I have to be healthy that day... This Chick Fil A made me smile! First, it is Christmastime, so everything is decorated (tree, lights, garland, music) and cozy. The bathrooms were really clean and also decorated nicely. Many of the condiments were organized into decorative baskets. And the server was so friendly! She just seemed so happy to help me! Haha. I know it sounds ridiculous, but when it's early in the morning, it does kind of help you get your day off on the right foot. Obviously, Chick Fil A is top notch as far as fast food goes. Got to be one of the slowest and worst service chic fila around. They don't utilize the system where associates are outside taking orders with the iPad (which makes the line move faster). They utilize the old school "McDonald's" drive thru, and that's the exact experience you get. Inside dining is also not an option for whatever reason. read more

I was very disappointed the fiod was very distasteful I've never had a bad experience like this at chick fil a. I got my chicken biscuit around 7 in the morning im assuming it should be fresh and hot because its early in the morning and it wasn't my bread was hard and cold my chicken was cold and it just ruined my whole breakfast the hasbrowns were broken apart some were soggy. That being said, this is probably one of the best fast food establishments that I have had the pleasure of visiting. My husband, myself and a friend were traveling cross country this week - and had just gotten out of a huge snarl of traffic on the highway a few miles back and stopped for dinner, and I'd like to comment on some of the things we experienced here. 1. Every employee that we encountered said hello to us, and the manager took our order. They were polite and respectful and on top of everything. Our food came out incredibly quickly. 2. The bathrooms were very clean - and if you've traveled much around this country you know that a clean bathroom is few and far between. There was also a little decor in there - kinda Hobby Lobby-ish but it was really nice. 3. Plants on all the tables, what a cute touch. I really enjoyed that extra little thing, thank you! I've come to this location a few times, and it appears it's not getting better. What is happening with the lack of efficiency here where they can't manage the ridiculous lines??? Most other Chick Fil-A's will either open a second lane or put an employee outside to take orders with their tablet. In addition to that, I order my chicken salad sandwich and get what doesn't even resemble a pat of chicken salad. My side salad barely had veggies in it. This Thornton Road location is becoming quite distasteful. I get to the window they hand me a bag with my part of my food while waiting for me to drive off. I ask for my drink it's like oh, wrong drink, I am still waiting fir my other food which is merely sitting on the side getting cold. My major gripe with this location is that there is ALWAYS a huge line in the drive thru and inside the restaurant no matter what the time is. Early morning first time visit to this chick-fil-a ... I'm working on a new job location for a while and this morning I was headed in on my first day. I got to CFA right at 6am when they opened. I was second in drive through and had to wait a few minutes for them to open but sure enough at 6am on the dot, the lights came on and the drive through speaker came to life. As usual, the employee that took my order was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. I ordered my normal chick fil a biscuit with egg and cheese, hash browns and large unsweetened tea. When I got to the window the young lady that took my money was in a great mood and made me feel like a valued customer as well. My food was piping hot and my tea ice cold, just like I want them to be. This is going to sound a bit weird but I'm sure I am not the only one who thinks like this.. I don't like my breakfast biscuits to be too hard or too soft.. YES, there is a happy medium. That is when the biscuit top and bottom are golden brown and have a light crust on them and then inside is a warm and soft, perfectly cooked. This ensures that when you start to eat the biscuit that it doesn't fall apart or the insides don't fall out. My biscuit is perfect ! I will definitely be stopping here more often. read more
