I've never been inside so my review is based upon the drive through only. Usually when Im there the drive thru is busy but it moves quickly. I wouldn't suggest getting coffee. No matter how many times I tell them cream and sugar its given to me black and overly sweet. Recently tried the steak biscuit. Im not big on condiments so I requested my gravy on the side. I stopped for breakfast. I went through the drive thru. The window agent said they were running a sale on steak biscuits where you could get two for $6 dollars and this is what I purchased. This was my first time eating at this restaurant and i was pleasantly surprised. First, the young woman at the window was super friendly and warm. She had great customer service and actually sounded enthusiastic about being at work. Service was also quick and the food was all prepared fresh. The biscuits were soft, warm and tender. The patty was also cooked fresh and it was hot and tender. I was amazed at the size of the steak biscuits. They were very large. Even the jelly packages were extra large as well. The steak biscuit was absolutely delicious and eating just one filled me up. I will keep the other for either lunch or dinner. My final conclusion is Bojangles punches above its weight and it delivers. Its better than McDonalds, Wendys and Burger King when it comes to being customer friendly with fast, efficient service and high food quality. __________________________ UPDATE. It's pretty unbelievable how inconsistent this place is. One day they close early, the next day they don't serve wings until after 1:00, which most days they shut down by 2 (or 3 depending on the manager). Until today, I've kept giving them a try because the wings are good and they are conveniently right off the highway (why they get 2 stars). However... I'm never going back. $10 for 4 chicken wings is crazy; even crazier when I asked for "Bo Sauce" to dip them in and the guy says "we don't have that..." The sauce is literally named after your store. I don't even know where to begin. It took every bit of 30mins to get to the window. My first interaction with the guy was when he opened up the window, looked to the left as if someone was stopped for food, looked at me with an expression like he messed on himself, slammed the window closed without even a word. A couple minutes later he comes back and tells me my total with a bit of an attitude so I show him the yelp offer for 10% off. His response was to call over some lady saying I don't know what the h*ll that is" and walks away as she keys into the computer. What a ray of sunshine he is I tell ya! Then he come back to say my new total (with the same attitude). After he gives my card back I say thank you- I'm ignored. Then he hands me this Pepsi that's just a mess. My husband and I prefer this location over one closer to home. The biscuits always seem fresh and soft. We usually get a cheese biscuit so can't compare any other things on the menu. We have had trouble with the amount of money they keep trying to charge us bc it seems to vary from visit to visit. My husband is a math wiz so don't ask me. Our first time at one of these places. Our adult kids are always telling us to stop by one while traveling, especially for chicken biscuits. We stopped with our RV for a gas up next door and walked over for carry out. Employees were friendly and helpful, and sandwiches and fries and cole slaw were great and really hit the spot. On the way to work and thought I would try a different Bojangles than I usually do just so I could do a Yelp review for them. Outside appearance is pretty clean. Walking in the restaurant appears clean. The staff all seemed busy doing what they do. When I went to place my order I asked for a medium bo-round made fresh. She said "we just made some about 10 minutes ago". I replied "I don't care I would like them made fresh please". She started to say something else than I guess she realized she wasn't going to win. It didn't take but 4 minutes to make my fresh no-rounds and biscuit. Everything tastes fine and I was out the door headed back to work. Absolutely Fantastic!!! I was greeted as I walked in the door by an energetic young lady. She welcomed my wife and my 14 year old son with just as much enthusiasm. Even my son commented on it and he does not normally acknowledge anything ( you know teen agers). The Chicken was amazing and we basically sampled every side on the menu as we all got a taste of each others sides AND oh my goodness the BISCUITS were amazing. We ate them like dessert with honey...... This is a great addition to our restaurant choices close by, but the service and the food has won us over and we will make this Bojangles location a regular stop. read more

I'm a big Bojangles fan. If I'm going to eat fast food, which I try not to, it's either Bojangles, Zaxby's or Chick-F-A. Not all Bojangles are created equal. Some are in rundown buildings an offer poor service. Others however, like this location, stand out. While roughly a year old, this remodeled building looks new, is always clean and excellent service is scooped up alongside tasty chicken supremes, pecan twists and sweet tea. Last time I was here I ordered a sweet tea and pecan twist as a snack. The woman looked at the twists and refused to grab one. It wasn't fresh enough she said. She asked if I had a few minutes to wait so she could make a new one. Then cashier then asked if I'd like a drink (on them) to enjoy while I waited, simply for the inconvenience. Most fast food restaurants would have put the older pasty in the bag and sent me on my way. Someone has trained the employees at this location well and it shows. We'll be back and if you're a fan of fried chicken, chicken tenders and sweet tea, you'll find a home here. Don't be surprised if you see me back in line next to you. read more

The semi-spicy fried chicken and the nicely buttered biscuit may be too greasy for some, but taste great to me. This is one of the underrated places in the fast food chicken wars. Dirty rice and fries with seasoned salt are solid sides. There are more to choose from like mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and pinto beans. The sweet tea hits the spot. Traveling so we wanted something quick (drive thru) and should have known when we tried to place the order and the employee took 5 min to take the order-then we sat waiting for the food at the window for another 5 until she asked to pull to the white line because they were making fresh chicken-waited another 20 min before I went in to ask if we were forgotten-"nope chicken just came up". Looked to be a manager mumbling and saying "I'm done". Grabbed my food and still thanked them-instantly began to eat once I the car-fresh chicken lol-it was soggy and reheated. This experience alone ruined the chance of me ever trying this place again-hope higher management sees this and cleans up this location soon because you have some extremely lazy and rude employees there.
