It's Chick-Fil-A. The food is what it is. I doubt you're reading this for a good review. However, this specific location is conveniently located between Texarkana and Memphis. It is just off the main freeway and is easy to get to when passing through town traveling. We actually stop in this area often when traveling from Houston to Nashville. The restaurant is a newer style and is clean. Can't ask for more than that. Bottom line - Easy access from the freeway when passing through the southern side of Little Rock. This is one of the largest chick fil a restaurants I've been to with indoor and outdoor seating. I did a mobile order and it came quickly. They have the numbers on the tables so you can get food delivered to your table quickly. Good quality was on par with other CFAs. Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection fries and fried chicken. The customer service was good an It felt a little strange because some homeless were walking around the outside. However, it's also near a lot of outlet shopping and nice stores. read more

I just love the weekday morning crew SO MUCH! They remember me and makes me feel like a valued human in such a brief interaction, it's hard to describe. I value customer service on such a high level, and have wanted to leave feedback for so long bc they just really make my mornings brighter! I never thought I would have a place that I daily visit before work, but the joy that permeates here makes me keep coming back. I mean, it's to get coke in the morning. I could go literally anywhere for that. And it's not like it's cheap (y'all work on some rewards thing or refills for us bc them large drinks are a little steep) but I come back consistently for the service and the experience. I love this place! The menu is simple, yet delicious and you really feel like family when you visit. The employees are friendly and helpful and the service is quick. My favorite thing to order is the classic Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich meal with Chick-fil-A sauce on the sandwich. I look forward to the seasonal shakes such as the peach shake, peppermint shake, etc. The area is very clean and the drive through is well organized. Okay. So I visited this location twice in one day. I mean I needed breakfast anddddd I needed a milkshake later that night anddddd it was super close to the hote I stayed at. This has to be one of the fanciest, friendliest CFA locations I've ever visited. The parking lot is ridiculously big and the drive thru area has double lanes so they're doing their best to get folks in and out. During my breakfast visit, I went inside after placing a mobile order and was immediately in love with the rustic yet modern decor. There were mostly communal tables for customers to sit and enjoy their meal and a pretty cool interactive play area for kids. A very open and welcoming atmosphere and I really liked the layout of the restaurant. Since I had a mobile order, I was able to quickly find the sign for pickup and my food was ready as soon as I made it to the counter. The stay made sure that my order was correct and asked if I needed anything else. During my evening visit, I used the mobile app and ordered a milkshake for pickup in the drive thru and it was just as a pleasant an experience as my morning visit. The staff during both my visits were friendly and like most CFA employees, they just had a kind attitude. If I lived in this area, I'm sure I'd spend wayyyyyy to much time and money at this location. read more

We are on our way from Texas to Illinois for Christmas and we stopped at this ChickfilA. We went through the drivethru. When we ordered we used our app to pay and the kid at the drive through didn't seem to even be paying attention as we ordered. Then suddenly said "My ipad quit working" and rushed inside to ... I guess put it away. The only problem is he didn't come back, money had been taken off of our app and there was no order when we got to the window... no record of us ordering food at all. So then we had to explain our situation, they gave us $15 in cash which still didn't cover the total amount of money lost. We were given something close to our order and I kept every dollar they handed to me in the first place. I am thankful that they did reemburse us somewhat but it was a LONG 20 minute experience and a disaster. read more

I typically will not go to Chick Fill A because I don't think that a company's CEO has a right to discriminate against any 'ones race, religion or sexual preference. I get he has the right if free speech, but alas, so do I. Unfortunately, the territory guy I was riding with really likes the place, and since he's the host, I swallowed hard and went in. I found this particular store very clean. The employees were all very attentive and the older lady they had cleaning tables was simply marvelous. The food on the other hand was marginal. So, even though I will continue to try to not support this establishment, I do think it just as important to be fair to the good people that work there. Not what you would expect from this chain. They need to clean this place up. They were very busy and that's great for them but take the time to clean your equipment. Always prompt and very pleasant service. On my most recent visit I was only getting a snack of waffle fries and a shake. The fries were excellent and I could tell that they had been freshly prepared. They were crisp with just the right amount of seasoning. My vanilla shake was perfect well blended and smooth. I appreciated being asked if I wanted the whipped topping and the cherry. I did not want the cherry and liked having the offer rather than having to make the request. The young lady at the window apologized for my wait even though I felt that had been very quick in taking my order, filling it and getting it into my hands. I was very pleased with the service, the food, the appearance of the restaurant, and the professionalism of the staff. My one and only complaint is not with this store specifically; it is a corporate issue. I, like many others in our country today, am trying to eat better. I really like that Chick-fil-A has healthy options as sides on their menu. What I do not like is that they charge an additional $1.10 for eating healthy. This location stands out particularly though because of the layout- it's very different than any other location I've been to. It has a more modern feel, different from the 1990s QSR feel. I really like this location! Modern chic inside and the interactive play area is cool! I have older kids so an area thats not just designated for small kids is nice! I like the picnic gathering-style tables, it makes for fun conversations with your neighbors! The drive-thru is confusing at first but just follow the signs in the parking lot! :) The patio area is nice too- especially with the fall weather! The staff here have always been great!
