I made up in my mind tonight I am going to have to start going to the other location for food. At this location, to get good service is like flipping a coin and you best land on the right thing. I did a mobile app order for drive thru pickup. The line was in the road so of course I go inside to get it because of the line and the rain about to start. I didn't expect it to be ready because I had just placed it just a few minutes prior to my arriving. I'm telling the guy who I see with my ticket that I'm inside to get that order. The girl working the front trying to intervene and still wasn't helpful because he still ends up taking it to the drive thru and I had to tell him to go get it. The Indian dude was so slow. The girl pulled him off the register to finish taking an order from a couple who was ordering for everyone attending The Last Supper. I swear they were still ordering when I left. This particular place cannot handle a food rush and even tho its busy you still get cold food or warm food as mine was tonight. Warm!!! All Zaxbys locations charge different prices but I would rather pay more for better food. read more

Absolutely terrible service and food. Order got messed up, no zax sauce, utensils and a whole meal was missing.

We've been traveling and were tired and hungry. So an Asian salad topped with chicken sounded great. Ugh, I had a couple bites and threw it away. Whatever that glob of sweet goop on the top was disgusting. Also ordered the fried cheddar cheese balls. The damn things were nearly frozen on the inside. They got tossed too. This is the first and the last time we will go to a Zaxby's. I don't know how this place stays in business. read more

Two bad fast food experiences in a row. Just our luck! This time, they literally forgot a sandwich! We ordered online, which we thought was cool. We were excited to get the wings with the Insane sauce, fried pickles, a spicy chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a kickin chicken sandwich. We drove home and dug in...realizing they forgot the spicy chicken sandwich! We went back and the staff barely did anything for us driving 15 minutes out of the way. Just one free fries...that were only half-filled! The sandwiches were okay. Nothing great. Just average. The fried pickles were awful and disgusting. I don't know if it was the oil they fried it in or the batter. Just...yucky. But the wings...wow. They were SPICY. Like 11/10 on the spice scale and we LOVE spice. But these were inedible. read more

drive thru employees are very rude and I asked them for the extra sauce that I asked for at the box and they were very rude and disrespectful when I asked about it at the window and they called me a dumba** white man when I was pulling away. So I will not be going back there. read more

As a former GM. district manager, and corporate employee of almost 20 years, and not having visited a location in quite some time, this was an overall very bad experience. Service was blah, store was filthy, including bathrooms and parking lot. Trash cans completely full, counters dirty, practically every table dirty had to be cleaned. Luckily there was a bottle of windex and towel for us to clean our own table. An employee watched me wipe down our table. read more

This place has employees who don't wear a mask in the kitchen or at the register. The masks are provided by the corporation but people wear them around their necks. Do they not realize they are literally breathing over someone's or someone's grandmothers food and that is the main way to pass COVID-19. Unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this location or any other location unless masks are mandated. read more

Stopped by this zaxbys during a long road trip and had just about as bad of an experience as you can possibly have. Whoever was taking drive thru orders was moving so slow I could have read the entire Declaration of Independence 7 times in the amount of time it took him to take an order for TWO wings and things with no sauce (repeated no sauce 3 times on BOTH orders because it was just feeling like one of those days where they just decide to be lazy and mess up your food for no reason. Got to the window just to get both tossed in sauce which we specifically repeated for this exact reason. Had to wait in line for a fresh remake of the wings and we asked specifically if they'd remake the whole meal so we don't just have hot wings but cold fries and tenders. The lady assured us it would be made fresh.... 10 mins later I'm getting a bag with PIPING HOT tradition wings..... and COLD every thing else. Just moved to Macon from NYC.Getting my apt together no time to cook.So I go to Zaxbys 4 blocks away.I order chicken wings with chicken tender combo,fries,tea I pull up to window for says 18 and change I said wait I only ordered one.She gets it together,gives proper change.When I got home bit in to those chicken fingers were so juicy and house sauce is awsome.wings as well.Fries were good!! The chicken fingers here are better than McDonald's, but they are nothing to write home about. I know Raising Cane's supposedly ripped off this place, but Cane's is so so so much better that I can't bring myself to care! The Zaxby's chicken fingers were over-salted and a little tough, the fries were limp and the sauce is unfortunately pre-packaged. Ick. read more

The chicken tenders were great! The wings could have been cooked more. The sauces were Terrific!! Even though there was NO BUFFALO sauce on the menu Not to mention Serving of large crinkle fries was pathetic ( very little portion) Garlic bread was flimsy and burnt. Ok so don't ask me how I got here? Maybe wrong turn. But I was HAWNGRY! I saw these places all over GA. It was funny because I'm lookin for some chicken. Like fried good ol southern food. Sure enough. This place was fantastic. YES ok I SAID IT! FANTASTIC. This is a chain though....But you know. It's a lot like Raising Cane's in Vegas. The sauce is prepackaged in lil sauce buckets. For all the hype that people give to this pace, I find it to be very uninspiring and frankly, no where near the best wings or burgers or drinks for that matter. If I wanted to pay 6 bucks for a chicken sandwich, I would have done it at Texas Roadhouse. I mean truthfully, the place is small and there are always people jam packed in there like it's something to really enjoy and it's not. Not to mention their drive through line takes forever. I usually order the most complicatedly plain salad ever and it seems to be that NO ONE but this store can get it right! I go here quite often now (so much that when my husband goes in and orders for me, they know its for me! they also know me by face which is nice bc I get personalized customer service). Ive only had one instance of them messing something up and it wasn't that they made my food wrong, its just during rush, they accidentally forgot to put my ranch in my bag. BUT ITS OKAY because they had fresh packets waiting for me when I went back in :) Love this store! read more
