If I could I would be giving them less than one star I have been to no less than 100 Dairy Queens in the United States and I always order a hot fudge sundae with hot fudge on the side and they refused to give me that order. The barely legal child behind the register said they weren't allowed to make it. Dec 09, 2021 My friend and I stopped in to DQ today for lunch. It is my first time visiting a DQ in more than 20 years. We both ordered the A1 steak burger, and fries. The employee at the register was very helpful answering questions and patient with us while ordering. The table was clean and ready to eat on. The meals arrived in about 3 minutes, hot and fresh. The burger was filling. The fries were perfectly crisp and good flavor. The manager went by each person's table making sure everything was OK with the meal and thanked us for visiting their establishment. Thank you DQ for a great experience. I was starting to wonder if the fast food establishments here could take an order without shorting it, or messing it up somehow. Pretty decent service when I went here today. I just had to jump on here to say that I had a really good customer service experience with the young man who was at the drive thru window! Please give Mason a manager job because his attitude, politeness and professionalism is RARE nowadays. Especially around this area as far as I have dealt with. This is about the third time he has waited on me and as far as it seems, he really enjoys and cares about his job. I was impressed! The food was good and hot as well. Way to go DQ :) read more

I love come here but when I did the mobile app today it's was easy as pie, but when I went inside to get my order the guy who was making the blizzard had attitude towards the runner and he as he kept asking for the curb side blizzard other guy said stop asking for the mobile and get out the inside order, but both guys said she right there for the mobile order. I don't think you could possibly find worse employees in forsyth than the ones working the drive thru. Sat at the window for what felt like forever waiting for these delinquents to at the least take my card only to be stuck watching these kids joke around and mess with each other's hats like children. Stopped here for lunch on the go, but did order inside. Also, used the restrooms. Everything from the parking lot to the counter was clean and professional. K-love music welcomed us in the parking lot, restrooms were clean and supplied. Our orders were taken by a friendly associate and handed over by an even friendlier young lady at the counter. We had HUGE, hot and juicy 1/2 lb burgers, onion rings and cheese curds, blizzard and shake. Everything was easily an 8+ on a 1-10 scale!! You won't go wrong here. read more

Great food, great environment and great owner and employees! Always a pleasant time when I go there. Friday mornings the owner opens up so women can have a Bible study, he even provides a free breakfast. He does the same for the men on Wednesday mornings. How great is that! read more

This is one of the worse places I've ever purchased a blizzard! They never turn the cup upside down to show that the consistency is right. the reason they don't do this is because they make their blizzards minutes before you arrive to the window and the blizzard is melted. Ordered a large blizzard today and once I got half way through with my blizzard, there was only ice cream with no cookies. SMH! Looks like these kids need to be better supervised. read more

BLIZZARDS BOGO FOR .99? My husband and I saw the big billboard sign out in front of Dairy Queen that advertised BOGO for 99 cent blizzards. Not a bad deal we thought, so we proceeded to the drive through. As we were looking over the menu deciding which tantalizing flavor to choose, again our eyes were drawn to the HUGE advertisement located in the middle of the menu which again was the advertisement for BOGO blizzard .99. We placed our order at the speaker, waited in line behind 4 cars and finally got to the window. The cashier gave us our total and it was for 2 full priced blizzards. My husband says "I thought they were buy one, get one for .99". The girl replied, "our manager told us that if people do not mention this at the speaker not to let them have it for that price!" We left. We have never been so floored. I can understand if this was a coupon or non advertised deal, but it is posted everywhere! Customers should not have to "mention" the sales prices in order to receive it. Who does this? That would be like ordering from McDonalds value menu and having to pay full price unless you were stealthy enough to "know" that you have to remind them that they have their prices posted on the menu, on the windows, tv ads, etc. We will never patronize this dairy queen again. Normally our favorite DQ, but Doors locked at 9:00 pm. Not 10:00pm as shown on Saturday.

I know- 5 stars for a fast food chain- but this is the place to stop if u r driving 75 to Atlanta and wanna eat !!! Right off the exit, clean, food was fast and quality was what u find at a busy fast food restaurant ( obvious it's all processed and fried food but everything tasted like it was fried up for us- not sitting around) The staff was nice, they bring the food to you. There was a nice outdoor setting area (along a busy st- but still air and a place to let the kids run around before getting back in the car) They also had a board by the restrooms that noted local people serving our country- which was nice to see. Seemed like a lot of locals come here and a lot of the employees looked like local high schoolers. A pleasant fast food surprise after seeing nothing for exit after exit!! read more
