Ambiance was that of a bar at the docks on the coast. Party of 6, they added gratuity then said northern fella tried to tell us it was an added cost for the "food runners and tips are separate." Total joke. Sick of these hipster clown shows. Never again. Take your hipster mess back to the left coast or north post.

I thought that the Woman in front of me was waiting on part of her order to be delivered but instead she was screaming at her phone about something being wrong with her order. Her windows were rolled up but I could still hear her as I drove by. This place and Hardee's in general have gone downhill. I've been getting takeout from here twice a week for the last 3 months but never again.

I did not pay attention to the total at check out. When I arrived and picked it up, it was only showing two that I ordered. The employee who brought it to me vehicle talked to the manager on her microphone. She said the manager would take care if it. She came back and said they would take care of the third even though it showed 2. They were fresh and hot since it was right before lunch started. I simply wanted to thank the store for making this simple, and for their graciousness of giving me the 3rd whopper.

They did well on the first few fills. Then decided to stop even though it was at the edge of the table closest to where they could grab it and refill it. The staff was pleasant. The temperature was like a meat locker in there. Windows with condensation, and so cold the metal on the ceiling was dripping water. I spent $29, and still left hungry. Now I remember why I haven't gone to a Waffle House in 35 years.
