I went through the drive-thru and the guy that took my order was friendly. They gave me My drinks and then asked me to park in front and wait. After 28 minutes which was based on calling my wife when I got in the parking spot and how long I had been on the phone with her, someone came out and asked what my order was again. After 38 minutes I went inside to ask for a refund and they had my food ready to go at that point. I did not have a complicated order with custom items. I had two chicken sandwiches, two five piece kids meals, and a 5-piece chicken meal. I could have gone across the street to Applebee's and have my food faster. Ever since KFC added (I think it was last year in early 2025) the incredible good deal of 8 pieces (dark meat) of chicken for $10 on Tuesday ($10 Tuesdays promo), I've been coming to KFC a lot. Particularly this KFC in Manteca (by Yosemite and 99). I love my extra crispy KFC and at this price, it's a steal and is much better tasting versus Popeye's and other chicken places like Raising Cane's and Chick-fil-A. The service at this KFC is great, though like any other restaurants, I always double check my order before I leave. Everybody who works there are great and helpful any time I have any issues. Pro tip: Even when it's not Tuesday, the KFC App has lots of deals so use it for the best values. read more

the second time I've been ripped off by this location. I ordered a 16 piece bucket about a year ago that arrived with no breasts. Just drumsticks and thighs. Just ordered tonight a 12 piece bucket and again no breasts. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 pc bucket meal. I ask for 3 breast, they said it comes with 3 breast. When I arrived home i only received one breast and nine pieces of chicken. They smashed the biscuits in the chicken bucket. The biscuits came out in pieces. the chicken was cold as well as the sides. They need better management and employees that care about what there doing. Never eat there again. I'll stick with Cane's, they never screwed up my order. After my last order i can only assume KFC won't be around much longer, at least that location won't be. read more

Obviously it is KFC so I measured my expectations a bit. But I ordered an extra crispy 12 piece. It wasn't even regular crispy much less extra crispy. It was like they had dunked each piece in chicken broth. How this place can maintain a 2.4 star rating is beyond me. Go to Popeye's or Crispy Crunchy Chicken. I threw it out. Just picked up their chicken & mash meal along with the free bucket of the new version Original Recipe Chicken which I think has really improved the chickens breading while keeping the chicken juicy with the flavors of those spices that make the chicken so special, and best of all, a lot less greasy than in the past. Order was not ready when I came In , but the team was friendly offered a free drink for the wait. And also gave me extra crispy chicken that I originally wanted, because on the app it did not allow to order extra crispy. Great team and great atmosphere ,I came down from Tracy CA, to this kfc in Manteca because KFC in Tracy is horrible for years. This location in Manteca has brought me back to KFC, after not going to a KFC in over 6 years. If you live in Tracy and can not stand our KFC, go to Manteca KFC and give them a try it's worth the drive. KFC is very expensive now, the best deals are definitely on the app. So download that or else you will pay to much for the chicken. read more

Totally disappointed! I would give zero stars if I was able to. The $20 fill up is a joke! Half order of fries, crumbs counted as chicken nuggets and they didn't even put in 20 as advertised, the chicken pieces had meat missing and it's not packaged as it's advertised either.
