The negative reviews on here mainly talk about drive through/mobile order pickup but that wasn't the case for my experience. Drive through and mobile order lines were clearly marked and easy to navigate. In fact this is one of the biggest Chick-fil-a I have been to. My entire experience was quick and the workers who take your order outside on ipads made it much more efficient and quicker to receive your food. I love this set up and it resembles what in and out has been doing for years. As for the food itself, it came out piping hot, tasted fresh, and came with adequate sauces for our meal. The worker who took our order was kind enough to combine our a la carte items into a meal to save us a few bucks which we were super thankful for. We got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. As for the facilities itself, the restaurant is super clean and we even saw a worker picking up loose trash in the parking lot. The bathroom here are also super fancy. I thought I was in a hotel for a quick moment and there is running AC for those hot days. Overall would highly recommend you make a pit stop here on your road trips. read more

I also like their attempt to save u uses sauce packages to keep costs down along with their we reading their food waste and increase recycle measures. Lines were ridiculously long. By the time I got my food, it was cold AF. You all need to do better. Maybe have the workers walk food orders out to the cars so we're not waiting a ridiculous amount of time. The workers seem lazy and always look miserable. Everything was great here! The service was with a smile and fast. The food came out fast, hot and tasty. The dining room is large and clean. In fact I was impressed how the girl was disinfecting the high chair before putting it away after use. We had the market salad which was fresh, and the grilled bacon sandwich. Both were great! We are happy to have them open on our side of town and will be back! Shout out to Weilay! I had to ask her for her name, as I watched her clean and tidy everything. She even came to our table and asked us how we were doing. She gave refills and looked for things to do to make things better. Give her a raise!! read more

Worst Chick Fil A experience. Drive thru is confusing. The guys taking orders are trying to sell weed. The blonde girl is throwing ass.

Food was good but a little bit on the slower side even for mobile order pickups. 2 of 3 order were ready but the 3rd had to wait for a staff member to look into it, to be told it was never processed and had to manually be processed but app confirmed order ready for pick up. I can see where this place gets a bad review. It's not because of the food or the long line. It's because they divide you into drive-through by mobile and drive-through by the attendant. The problem becomes that they merge you into one line after the menu boards, so you basically wait as if you didn't pre-order. This place is reviews would go up if they would actually do the drive-through the way people were accustomed to and the way they have it set up rather than the cheap lazy way. read more

Terrible experience with all my mobile orders. They forget! Tried to order while dining in only to wait 15 mins for an ice cream and cookie for my kids, it said the order was complete in the app and it will be out shortly. After 15 mins I went up to the counter only for the manager to explain "well we pushed it aside that is why you had to wait, sorry!" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVES!!! I specifically asked for no PICKLES in my spicy chicken sandwich. I went to the front counter for a remake, it was no problem. When the remake arrived, the HIGHER UP in a rudely unprofessional manner said "Next time, since you ate the chicken sandwich half eaten, we won't make you a remake." She ran off before I could get a single breath out my mouth. AND the "remake" she handed me was still WRONG!!! the chicken sandwich was not spicy it was just regular and the cheese wasn't even melted.
