Food is always great at any Chicfila. The parking lot is large because it shares a huge lot with Sprouts and surrounding stores. The service was a little slow because it looks like they're short staffed. The tables and chairs were dirty. I had to wipe off food and ketchup stains with a bunch of napkins. The bathroom trash bins were overflowing and there were no more paper towels. The store is a decent size with good amount of seats. I'm glad they opened one here in Lathrop but overall cleanliness needs to get improved. The bar for this franchise is so high. read more

Unfortunately, most tables, though not being occupied, was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. They look a bit understaff. This was our first time at this location and won't be our last. Finally got to try this place out. We came here yesterday to get lunch to go. We ended up ordering the chicken nugget family meal. We opted to get the 30 piece nugget. The meal comes with 4 fries and 4 desserts. Instead of getting 4 fries we changed 2 for salads. The price came out to $47.51 and this does not include drinks but they did offer us water. The nuggets are small so the 30 piece was good for 2 to 3 people to share. Overall, food here tasted good and service was quick. read more

I came in and I must say, the dine in experience is way better than ordering ahead/drive thru!! There is a play place for the kids and you can order at your table from your phone. The employees are friendly and helpful and will get you extras if needed like napkins or sauces and refill your drinks, also bring you water when you ask kindly. I definitely can't wait to bring my brother's family here!! They even have a robot that delivers the food!! I believe sometimes though because their employees also come by but when I came we had the robot service. I wasn't able to film my delivery but I took a video of them delivering to a table nearby. The tables are inviting with booths and chairs with a few tall tables. Very clean with employees cleaning at all times. The kids area is sound proof so I would suggest ones with little ones go in with them but the area is small just so you know Definitely great to come in and dine Will be returning for indoor service again soon read more

Grateful to have Chick-fil-A in Lathrop which is one of the only fast food places we eat at. We did a mobile pick up through the drive-thru which is a separate line. We were the second car in that line and waited a bit over 10 minutes for our order. The regular drive-thru line was pretty long. I'm giving Chick-fil-A in Lathrop 4 out of 5 stars. The menu is great, the place is nice and spacious, and they even have a play area for the kids. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the mobile order drive-thru. Every time I use it, it feels slower than just ordering in the regular drive-thru line, even if I order ahead and drive over 10-15 minutes later. Other than that, everything else is great. read more

I went here a handful of times before getting the app and signing up for the rewards. Drive thru was always very long, but I don't mind the wait. Haven't been inside, but the drive thru was off-putting because they have people taking orders outside through a tablet even though they have ordering speakers. If it's your first time at chick-fil-a and don't know what's on the menu then good luck. Stop by the menu board before pulling all the way up. Now I've been using the mobile drive up. They don't start making your order until you're in the mobile drive thru line and scan the QR code. There is still a wait depending on how many people are in both lanes. Note that it's mobile ordering and not order ahead for no wait kind of thing. Now the food. Can't go wrong with their spicy chicken sandwiches. Always made right. Frosted lemonade is the best, but I wish they had bigger sizes for a big-back like me. The only flaw is that every time I order through mobile, they make mistakes. 1. Ordered a brownie and got a cookie instead (the cookie is not good IMO). 2. Ordered the southwest salad and got market salad with the tortilla strips and seeds on the side (I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese crumbles in my salad so that was a huge surprise and ruined my meal). 3. I'm torn on the rating scale for this place because if you go inside and dine in, you will receive quick, courteous service. However if you order ahead for any type of pick up, expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time! I first did a pick up for inside the restaurant and my food wasn't even started until 10 minutes after I got there, even though the app said to come in because it was ready. The "mobile" drive thru is very similar. I've never been to a place where you scan a QR when you get there so they can START to work on your food. Then what's the point of ordering ahead?! Desirae helped us today and she was amazing! My husband and I love the spicy chicken biscuit and hash browns. I'm pregnant, and it's the perfect balance of flavor that doesn't make me feel sick. We've had a few issues with our orders the last two visits--one morning we were missing an order of hash browns, and another morning I ordered a black iced coffee but received the original iced coffee with cream and syrup. This morning we ordered our usual: two number threes, one with a black iced coffee and the other with orange juice. Desirae brought everything out quickly, starting with the beverages. The black iced coffee was prepared perfectly, but after taking a sip I realized I just don't like the flavor of their coffee. I was planning to just go with it, but I think she overheard and immediately insisted on getting me something else. I chose a Diet Coke, and I'm so appreciative! I grew up working in restaurants most of my life, and it's such a relief when a server doesn't take it personally if you don't like a menu item.
