I dine here at least 3-4 times a week either for breakfast or lunch. I usually use the mobile app to place my order. But, it doesn't matter what time of day I visit, the staff is always friendly and makes sure you have a great experience. I am reviewing the Chick-Fil-A on Germantown Parkway in Memphis. What happened to this great restaurant? We have visited this location many times in the past, and always praised the great service to everyone we knew. We went through drive through June 23 around 11:00. This Chick-Fil-A must be privately owned by the way this store is ran because YIKES. The chicken on their chicken biscuits are often times not cooked all the way through, leaving you with chewy pink portion on the inside of the filet. If you ask for sauce, don't bet on receiving it. The staff never fails to be extremely rude and short tempered in the drive-thru line. Expect McDonalds or Taco Bell level service. I've tried to give this CFA multiple opportunities, as they are CFA and usually work hard to fix their wrongs, but unfortunately, I've found that driving 20 min to a different CFA is a way better option. At least I won't get salmonella from the chicken and won't get an eye roll and a rude comment mumbled about me when I ask for some sauce. If CFA corporate knew what was going on at this location, it simply wouldn't be in business anymore. read more

We visited this Chik-Fil-A while leaving Memphis where we were moving our college bound son to the U of M. I had a chicken bagel which was good but doesn't hold a candle to a chicken sandwich. However when it's breakfast time what are you going to do? I really liked the drive thru at this location where it appears they repurposed a wall of a old church while constructing this location to house part of their drive thru. Worst Chick-fil-A ever!!! There should be a no stars deserved option!!!! This location is very slow with getting orders out. The quality of food is horrible. I ordered from the app (curbside), arrived in a curbside spot , entered my spot number, received an alert that a chick-fil-a team member is headed out with my order. 20 mins past and I received an alert that stated, "We haven't heard from you in a while" and asked if I've received my order or not. This is an incredibly well run local franchise. The food is good, and the people working there could not be nicer. Now that the drive through area has been expanded, the flow from the street is relieves and the service is faster. This is by far the best fast food restaurant in Santa Barbara. Ms. Laverne truly went out of her way to make a difference for my family. My boyfriend's 7 week old niece was in ICU at Le Bonheur and we were given a very grim prognosis for her. I called to order a nugget tray and drinks to bring up to the waiting room for everyone who had come to pray with us for sweet Blakely. I did not mention the reason for ordering the tray when I initially spoke to Ms. Laverne. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was promptly greeted by Ms. Laverne and was immediately struck by her overall sweet and bubbly nature. She made me feel like we had been friends for a long time. She helped me carry my order to my car and began asking about my day and who I was planning to feed with all of the food. I told her briefly that we had been at Le Bonheur for the past few days with sweet Blakely and that we could really use some good food and prayer during this difficult time. She gave me a big hug and told me to come back and see her and keep me updated on sweet Blakely. That simple gesture was the kindness I needed after such a difficult few days. That alone would have given Ms. Laverne a 5* review in my book, but she was just getting started. The very next day she called me and told me that she would like to feed our entire family again whenever we would like. She gave us two gallons of sweet tea, two different assorted trays of wraps, and a tray of their delicious cookies. The kindness shown to us by this sweet woman was truly a gift from God and we will be forever grateful for her. We will also be forever loyal to Chick-fil-A for not only their great food, but their incredible employees like Ms. Laverne going above and beyond and truly embodying the spirit of everything S. Truett Cathy stood for when he started Chick-fil-A. He wanted them to be more than chicken and really become a part of people's lives and the communities that they are in, and Ms. Laverne has done that. We will consider her a friend forever. And just in case Ms. Laverne gets to read this, Blakely is now 11 months old and just found out that all of her scans are cancer free. She is the sweetest, happiest baby. read more
