But furthermore there were crew members outside running to your car handing you your food so that the line continuously moved. Chick-fil-a as a company continuously sets the bar for exceptional customer service. So much so that because of this exceptional customer service we can overlook that they are closed on Sunday's (I kid). I can count on one hand how many times I have seen McDonalds and Burger King do this and for both combined my answer would be zero. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-a!!! read more

Service was the absolute worse. Never had service this horrible at any chick-fil-a. There are two people behind the counter. One dedicated to phone orders and the other lady seems like it's her first day with 20 people in line waiting. Our order was sent out completely wrong. With the few employees working they seem to have 5 times that amount sitting around in the booths and using vulgar language talking to their buddies that come to just sit and use the wi-fi by the looks of no food and lap tops. Avoid this place at all cost unless maybe the drive through but with how they treat their patrons inside I'm scared to think how they handle food behind closed doors. read more

Food is remembrance. I started visiting Chick-fil-A at breakfast time with a group of co-workers, back in the day. In this certain land where I was merely a transient visitor, this was one of three options serving breakfast. I used to get scrambled eggs and chicken biscuits, and sometimes just the chicken biscuits. I am not talking about a memorable meal, just times with old friends... times that every now and then I like to relive with my taste buds. I do store flavors in my hippocampus. I like this Chick-fil-A location enough to come back. The chicken sandwiches are good, the chicken is cooked right, not uncooked, and the spicy chicken sandwich is not that spicy but spicy enough. The chicken tenders are also good, it's just a bit hard to mess up a Chick-fil-A. Inside, this place looks like an old time dinner. There are bronze lamps, some black and white pictures hanging on the walls, it's a 50's feel all around. The staff is courteous, I wish they would expedite the ordering a bit with better training, as in "give me the options before you ask me what I want to order", but then again, I think every customer here is a repeat customer so they are not expecting many newbies, like yours truly. There really isn't much to write about this place. I like that this Chick-fil-A has an indoors playground since we are in the tropics, where it rains a lot. In the future, I may just skip the park or the mall and bring the kids to Chik-fil-A (and give the tablet a rest). No complains here. Could be a three stars, could be a five stars, but it is a four stars because of the welcoming staff. Delicious!!! Best chicken nuggets!!! Service was excellent. The line is always long, but it moves super quickly. They had like 13 people working behind the counter and they all work in sync. No one bumps into one another. They brought our food to the table without any mistakes (Not like other fast food places that start with an "M"). I have eaten in a lot of Chick-fil-A locations.... I love eating their chicken...it's like an obsession. I would rather eat their fried chicken than anyone else's. He problem for me is that I have to drive for miles to get to any. I live way down south just north of Florida City and the nearest Chick-fil-A is this one or the one located in Dadeland Mall. Since I was craving their delicious chicken goodness... I decided to journey to eat to this one. Like most other locations... the food is amazing. I always have their spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and their fries. Food is always hot and very savory. I also ordered their vanilla ice coffee which is some of the best ice coffee I have at a chain restaurant. The only issue with this restaurant is that it is packed! I mean seriously over crowded. Be ready to wait 20 minutes in line. Be ready to wait another 20-30 minutes to find a place to sit. And you will then still wait a while to get your food. I will grant that this isn't the restaurant fault. They are doing their best... and their workers hustle to get people served. But it certainly is corporates fault. They should open more restaurants so that fast food doesn't take longer than eating at a sit down restaurant. Still I do love their food... read more

Ordered Food through postmate from here. The whole order was in correct . Postmate offered a full refund but it takes 3-5 days for me to receive. I called this location and spoke to isabel and a manager I only wanted to return the whole wrong bag and just receive my correct order. They said no so now I have to put this in the trash. The service is very warm friendly and responsive, I give them much kudos for the way they treat their customers. But lately I'm finding issue with the fries. There will be a few whole pieces then the rest of the container is little pieces and crumbs. In fact the last time I was there I got an order of fries that was at least 75% stale crumbs. I know that this chick-fil-a gets a bad rap because of it's long lines but I just park and order inside. Ordering inside is so much quicker and seamless. The customer service is outstanding. All the crew is so friendly. I love that they are not stingy with their sauces because I go to sauce city with their chicken nuggets. My favorite sauces are honey mustard and Buffalo. I'm not sure what ingredients they use for their chicken nuggets but hands down best fast food chicken nuggets ever. They always taste fresh and juicy. I also love that their fries are waffle fries. I went at the prime time hour of noon. It was jammed packed but there were plenty of cashiers and the line moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and polite. I ordered a Cobb salad and diet frozen lemonade. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The food was ready in less then 10 minutes. The salad was delicious and fresh. Fantastic service as usual, you're greeted with a smile treated very nice. They've never messed up my order and they're more than willing to give you as many sauce packets as you like. Nevertheless, the chicken nuggets are the best and paired with waffle fries just give it that touch. PLEASE don't forget the sauce the chic fil sauce and the polynesian are necessary. They have breakfast now and have a healthy menu that includes salads and grilled chicken nuggets. The location was incredibly packed but the service was quick and the employees were great. They have two drive thru windows and have a small kids area to play inside. I love coming to this Chick Fil A. Mind you, it is quite the drive from my house. It's a good 12 miles, probably a 25 minute drive without traffic. I really wish I had one closer but my only other option is a counter at the food court of Dadeland Mall. I'll do it if I'm desperate, but I prefer this location. Luckily it's close to family! It's fairly a new place. What I love the most is the cleanliness; even when it's slammed for lunch as usual! You can also expect the usual over the top good service and friendly staff that is part of the Chick Fil A brand. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. The only fast food where you can get grilled nuggets is Chick Fil A and they are delicious! They also have a gluten free bun for their grilled chicken sandwich and their fries go into a dedicated fryer (no bread particles in their oil ). Lately, I have been hooked on their Cobb Salad with extra bacon and Avocado Ranch Lime dressing. I am always so impressed with the freshness of the lettuce they use. Major plus!! This time I ate in the dining room rather than just going through the drive through. The dining area is very nice! The staff are friendly and service is fast and efficient. The restaurant the restrooms - it's all immaculate and very clean! Speaking of clean: The women's restroom smells like cinnamon! It's fully stocked with the expected paper products and was organized very conveniently... paper bins in all the right places! MUCH better than its other quick meal colleagues nearby. Dining in? They bring the food to you in the dining room and clear the table again at the end of your meal. The staff checked on the tables often and were available to refill drinks, grab extra napkins, etc. AND there are fresh flowers on every table? All "fast food" places should be like this! Four stars for this Chik-Fil-A because the decor is VERY nice and the layout is well thought out (except there are no hooks in bathroom stalls. Yikes for my lady!) They were quick to prepare my order and bring it to my table. I think this might have been a logistical decision on their part because there really isn't much room for customers to gather around the counter and wait for their orders there. Either way, its a nice gesture. Minus 1 star because the cashiers are not very helpful. The cashier had no idea what was in ANY of the salads. She guessed some toppings but turned out to be wrong. She joked with me that no one there knew the answer. The sweet short blonde (manager?) with black glasses came over promptly and helped me.
