I called within minutes and spoke with the manager, who told me the mistake would be corrected on my next visit. I kept the receipt. On April 9, I went in person, showed the receipt, and the employee confirmed the correction. I placed my order, waited inside, and checked the bag before leaving. Both coleslaws were missing again. When I returned to the counter, the employees went to the back and stayed there for several minutes. Eventually, a supervisor came out, but there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the repeated mistake, and no basic courtesy. The order was simply incomplete twice, weeks apart. There are plenty of places in the area where you can get good fish and be treated with basic respect. At minimum, customers should receive the items they paid for without having to chase staff down. If you value your money and your time, this location is not consistent enough to recommend.
