That happened to be in the area to me with a client and this shop was in route to my next appointment so I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Upon entry, the dining room was full nearly every seat was taken with dining customers. I quickly approached the counter see what they had in the case which included varieties of stuffed pizza slices, paninis, garlic knots and rolls, and pepperoni sticks. The clerk quickly ran down the prices of these items and I ultimately chose turkey panini. She warmed up the Panini in the oven then packed it in a box for me to go. I had to eat in my car since, as I mentioned before, the dining room was full and no seats were really available. The sandwich was delicious and the flavors of each ingredient were discernible and complemented each other well. I think the real star of the sandwich was the House made bread. It was crunchy yet light and was just really really good! The first good impression has been made and I will definitely plan on returning to try some other items on their menu. The first suggestion I was given was to try their cheesesteaks so possibly that's what I will choose next time I visit.

We have had a few mix up orders. I think the confusion is due to trying to order a sub, or sandwich and getting the opposite of what you want. Ask for a cheeseburger and get a cheeseburger sub. Ask for a chicken sub and get a sandwich. The food is good, but the accuracy is off a bit. I mean it when I say the food is good. I just had a chicken Parmesan sub and it was really delicious. The FF are of a better quality than most other places.

This location in Lancaster is no different than many others that I've tried. Sure the cost of these burgers are higher than just about anywhere but you can taste the quality compared to other places and of course the taste is equally great. On the two seperate occasions I had the standard burger and crinkly fries with cheese and the chicken shake. Both times I filled my belly and came away with a nice smile. All that said, definitely give Shake Shack a go. You won't be disappointed.

The young person who finally took our order seemed a bit inexperienced, but we weren't in much of a rush. Nevertheless, there still were several slip ups in our order. My wife ordered a BLT. When they asked if she wanted it on white or wheat, she said, "white, please, toasted and no onion." What she didn't realize (my wife) was that white or wheat meant a brioche style hamburger bun not traditional sliced bread. That was not clear until we asked after being served -- and were told they don't use "regular bread". Second hiccup in this order was that while the sandwich had a wonderful abundance of bacon... I mean a load!... Somehow they not only left off the onion but also was no tomato! It ended up being a bacon, lettuce and mayo sandwich on a bun. So back to the counter to ask them for several slices of tomato. (Apology accepted.) My order was for a Philly-style cheesesteak with Cooper cheese. It came very hot, juicy, and quite yummy. In fact, it was too big for me to finish. So once again, the general generosity with fillings and toppings was top-notch. Prices were very reasonable and I would encourage you to go and try it. If in the area, we likely will come back as well. As a side note, my wife worked as a server at this restaurant 68 years ago when she was a teenager! If you're gonna start opening a bunch of new locations, you might want to get better at what you do and have a working phone.

Disclaimer (because I know this is important for a lot of people) - the two gentlemen working were not properly wearing masks (both wearing below the chin). My order was not ready when I arrived, so I waited inside since the place was empty. *When* gloves were worn it was only on one hand and there were numerous times when no gloves were worn. Hand sanitizer is available and there is a plexiglass shield at the counter. The floor is well marked with 6ft social distancing stickers. I do not recall seeing any signage that states masks are required and I'm not sure if they are allowing dine-in. Not sure how they would do that because the restaurant is on the smaller side. Portion sizes are on point and everything traveled well, about a 20-25 minute drive. The shrimp were larger than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise.
