Just ordered a chocolate milkshake and since they don't have chocolate ice cream, they make it with vanilla and chocolate syrup. That's fine, but she clearly had to make two of them and was trying to pump out the very last amount of chocolate syrup and was adding more ice cream to try to make them both big enough with a limited amount of chocolate syrup she had. It's nearly white. Took a sip and I don't know if it's the sediment from the bottom of the container because she was pumping so hard to get the scraps, or if it's pieces of plastic, but I am getting mouthfuls of some kind of nasty sediment. I didn't wanna leave a nasty review but I tried to call and you can't get through. If you're gonna start opening a bunch of new locations, you might want to get better at what you do and have a working phone. read more

We stumbled upon this place looking for something good to eat. You order on the kiosk and I believe are cashless. They bring the food to you. Their smash burger is good, would be better if had seasoning . The bread was very soft. Their fries have tater tots, curly fries, waffle fries and sweet Potato I believe . We had burgers and sides for dinner. The burgers were very good. The sides of onion rings and garage fries were decent. Our bill for two burgers, two sides, and two drinks was about $40. No service at the counter. Orders have to be entered in a kiosk. We had to wipe down our table before sitting down. A person brought our food from the kitchen, but just set it down without saying anything. Food was served on paper. No plate or utensils. We paid $3.20 each for iced tea, but no refills were readily available. We had to bus our own table after the meal. So very little service offered, yet when placing the order we were prompted to add a tip to the bill. For what? I don't know. I have been here a handful of times and I never leave disappointed. The smash burgers are so good and the fries mix is so different but so good. The fries are a mix of regular fries, curly fries, sweet potato fries and tater tots. More places need to do this. Not your typical fast food joint, the smash burgers are made fresh so you will have to wait but it's worth it. The art work on walls is awesome, with throw backs from the decades. Babe brought me here for a surprise since we love to try different food all around here. First. When you walk inside it's a different feel, it's a car shop kind of feel which was pretty dope. However there was no one ti take your order, you have to order through a kiosk which isn't terrible, but it takes the customer service rating down. I don't like that there are no free refills and there was no sign that said that anywhere. So that was annoying. The condiments were on the other side of the room, however before finding that out I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff kind of just looked around as if they didn't want to answer any questions. The customer service alone is a 1/10 which kind of killed the experience in my eyes. However, the food was a 9/10 blu because sweet potato fries are not a good mix for me. I really wanted to like this place. The idea doesn't work for a family restaurant or even a brick and mortar. Our food was cold after waiting 45 minutes. We waited for our children drinks and after 30 minutes they told us they ran out. Oddly the patrons after us received the beverage we waited for. Our order was wrong and when asked there was no sympathy to correct the issues. I did a survey on service and a FB post on my experience. To no surprise there was no response or care to the dispute of bad service. After reading the post from the owner on Facebook I will not visit any off the restaurants. He finds his reviews as comical and takes no serious tone in fixing the issues. This person is a slum lord of burger flingers and a poor example of a professional. We met my brother and family for dinner tonight at Greer's. We ordered at the same time. Waited about an hour and their food was finally delivered. When asked about our order, they said they were working on it. All this time, the take out orders were going out. Ones that were ordered in house after our orders. Another customer said they do the take out orders first, and he was telling customers to expect a long wait. So I don't think this was an isolated incident. Another half hour passed and my brother and family were finished, and we still didn't have any food. My husband went up and requested a refund at this time and we were told she had just finished our meal and it was waiting in the window, did we still want to cancel? So we said no, if it was done, we'd take it. We sat back down and waited. At this point we were the only people seated and there was one couple still waiting for take out. A few minutes later she came back out and told us she didn't have our meal, that we had canceled it earlier so it was never made. Yes, NOW we were cancelling. We were straight up lied to when they said our order was ready and waiting in the window. Hopefully they issued a correct refund. We got no receipt, not even an "I'm sorry".
