This is a counter service location not a full size Chick-fil-a. The staff and management here are friendly and courteous. The food is always fresh and warm when it's supposed to be. So things to be aware of. It closes earlier than many Chick-fil-a's and it's very busy. Even when the inside looks light they have a heavy online order volume. It's a clean and safe place to eat for a low cost in Downtown Parking sucks, it is on street and metered but most folks walk anyway. It's another one of my go to's downtown. read more

I frequently visit this Chik-fil-A because it's in within walking distance of my office. There is no drive-thru because it is located into the Trustmark building. They are always fast paced and have my order ready without a wait. Some times during the morning they can be a bit slower than usual. But the service was slow (although they were apologetic). Despite being the only 5 people in the restaurant at the time, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed by our $26 order. The employees were super friendly at this location. I came in early for breakfast on a day that there had been ice on the ground and the whole city was pretty much shut down. It took them a little while to prepare the food because they had just opened but they were nice about it and very welcoming. I will never be going back to this Chick-Fil-A location. I stood in there for 30+ minutes waiting on my food. I also started noticing that many people who had ordered after me were getting their food. Come to find out, they were bumping my order because I had a larger sized order. On top of that, once I got home with my order, I realized I was missing a thing of fries and there was no straw for my drink in the bag. We have never had a good experience at this location. Today I ordered via my app and then had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready. After them demanding my recipe which I had thrown away during my wait they finally believed it was my order and gave it to me. I was very disappointed to start eating my lunch and realized that my sandwich was dry, not hot, and my fries were rock hard. The previous time I had gone to this location my breakfast biscuit completely fell apart, crumbling into pieces leaving me a tiny bit of biscuits left, it was very dry and inedible. I have yet to ask for a refund because I never feel like driving back over. I only stop there during my commute. I'm very disappointed with this because chick fil a is my favorite fast food and has been since I was a small child. I really hope they can shape up at this location. read more

I love CFA but this locations drive thru is horrible. Went to lunch at 2:20pm and with 2 cars in front of me I waited 10 minutes to place my order and another 10 waiting. I ordered an iced tea and there were literally 5 ice cubes in my large cup and I ordered a large waffle fries and received a medium. Also, they gave me no sauce when I asked for CFA sauce. I just started working downtown and was hoping this would be a good lunch spot but I'll never go to this location again. I enjoy my Schillinger Road and Airport locations better. read more

It is with a heavy heart I write this review. My family and I went to eat, there was one person eating and my family ordering. It took about 15 mins to get the food, I understand it's not a long time for awesome food, but still it was awhile. Then the order was incorrect and we had to ask for our drinks. Ultimately they fixed the order but all-in-all it was a longer ordeal than I have ever experienced at any other store. Shout to the folks at this location! Not only is the set up cool. They offer drive-thru downtown!! My family and I had traveled all the way from TX to visit family. We wanted to get a quick bite and found this spot. Only when I unloaded the car at our families house I'd put my wallet in a different bag. So I had to go back to get my wallet after placing the order. They were very nice about my screw up and when we came back they remade the order fresh for us. Thank you so much! read more

I have been there twice in the past two weeks, both times they have only had 2 cashiers and 1 runner running the front.
