My favorite chick-fil-A location! The employees are always so pleasant and helpful! The dining room is large and accomodating. The carry out orders are ready so fast, its crazy. Need to focus on indoor dining. Placed order and waited. Ask employee about order and was told it was in process. Waited a few more minutes and employee went to place a pick up order in a rack and asked the my name only to find that our order had been sitting on rack. Needless the nuggets and fries were cold. They need to focus on in store orders with the same attention they spend on drive thru. read more

After waiting in the long line late Tuesday night, part of my order was missing upon getting home. Called and spoke to Esther, who was undeniably an inexperienced manager who could not adequately resolve my issue. She offered to give me the item they forgot, which meant I had to drive all the way back to Chic fil A after getting home or coming back the next day literally within 24 hours she said to get a refund. I asked if she would simply provide my missing order upon returning and an extra 6 piece or drink for my trouble and inconvenience. She responded in an extremely robotic tone, stating my only options were to simply come back to get the missing order I wanted tonight or coming back to get a refund, lacking any sort of real customer service. To add insult to injury the the sandwiches were extremely salty and the fries soggy. I will ignore this place from now on. read more

I had great service at this location! The drive through can get a little tough with big cars but five stars for service! The guy who took my order was friendly and nice. The lady at the pick up window was even nicer! They are not stingy with their sauces at all and I had ordered a kids meal for my older son and she must have seen my other son through the window because she dropped in an extra toy for him! Wow, I read all the negative reviews here and it's comforting to know I was not alone in feeling very upset at the way I was treated at this particular Monrovia Chick-fil-A. First of all, like many customers who wrote reviews, this location has messed up my orders at least three of the four times I have been there. The lady in the drive-through has always been pleasant so I didn't get upset about it previously and she would fix it. But the last time they forgot a sandwich that I ordered and the lady told me to go inside next time I was there and just tell them and they would give it to me the next time I was there. I didn't get around to going there until two months later which was today. When I get in there, the robotic operations mgr cashier and the other manager, Esther, and the person I would later learn was actually the owner, Lamar Turner, were all very militant with me, and basically told me that I could not get the sandwich because it had been over 30 days. I explained that the original woman who helped me in the drive-through never told me I had to go within 30 days but they all insisted and acted like I was lying. They said they tell all their team managers to tell people it's 30 days and I said well they didn't tell me because if they had, I would've come here within 30 days. They treated me so rudely that it became a matter of principle and not about the sandwich anymore. The owner never identified himself, but just came over and said that he would talk to me and he made me follow him outside which made me feel like I was treated like someone who had done something wrong, and then, when he asked me what the reason was about the sandwich, I was trying to recollect it, and he literally said to me "come on, ma'am!" very frustrated with me. I was really shocked and told him well I'm telling you the truth. He also, when I asked about contacting corporate to make a complaint, handed me a little postcard with an 888 number. When I insisted that, the lady who helped me may remember me and to ask her he begrudgingly said he would talk to her the following week when she was in and that I should call them. When I asked him for the phone number, he told me to look it up. Keep in mind he never identified himself as the owner, so I didn't learn he was the owner until I called corporate customer support to make my complaint about how they treated me. Why wouldn't he just tell me he's the owner and why didn't he give me the store phone number? I felt like I had to go through all these hurdles just to be believed by them in order to get a sandwich that they themselves forgot to give me that I paid for! They just were so rude in all these little ways that added up to a terrible experience. I would 100% tell everyone to not go there. They keep messing up orders and they even admitted that they don't let people get anything after 30 days because they have too many complaints to deal with. When I asked Esther, so that means that you mess up a lot of orders? She refused to answer me directly about that. The other thing I found out from customer support is that each location is independently owned and they make up their own rules and guidelines. So this 30 day strict policy is a bunch of nonsense that they decided to make up themselves--it's not even an official chick fila corporate policy. Go to any other location but this one unless you like kale drowning in inches of dressing, missing sandwiches and accusatory customer service that makes you feel like you're trying to rip them off! I probably lost the money for that stupid sandwich but they have lost me as a customer forever and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. read more

Sent a complaint over 2 weeks ago and their management never acknowledged or got back to me at all. Worst service ever

The fast food's cuisine is well-prepared. The restaurant staff is extremely pleasant, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Be prepared service is slow especially during lunch. They just opened so it's some what to be expected. The quality of food is the same as every other location. The breakfast is my favorite. I hope they make spicy nuggets soon! It would be a great secret menu item. read more

They forgot our sauces when we ordered 30 chicken nuggets and gave us a small Mac n cheese instead of a large. Seems like they were in a hurry and just rushed out meals without checking them. Poor service. read more

I went on the first day of grand opening. I got chicken nugget combo. The chicken was undercooked and I got super sick! This was there grand opening first day, but that's no excuse for undercooked chicken. I haven't went back and not sure if I plan too. I threw up 4 times. read more

Some workers are really nice here and some workers are rude af like the guy I encountered today at the drive thru for bfast. He just hands you the food with his rude ass face without saying anything. If youre having a bad day take it out on yourself and not a customer. Also when you place a pick up order, they don't put the sauces, creamers and sugars like you asked for in your order. You have to remind them which gets annoying because that's one reason why you add it to the order lol. read more

I usually to Chick Fil A for their service, but this one has a McDonald's service. They take your payment while in line but they let people cut in front of you. Then they forget the sauce that you ordered, had to stop and ask for it before leaving, then when we left, there didn't leave us any napkins either. ‍ read more

This location has some rude girls taking orders in the drive through they catch an attitude and are rude for no reason I've been to this location a few times and most of the time some girls have a attitude for no reason its embarassing. Manager needs to reprimand the rude girls we will not be returning to this location don't recommend!! read more

if i could give this chick fil a 0 stars i would. Honestly this was by far one of the worst experiences i've had with chick fil a . firstly the staff lacks training, the girl who took my order input my order incorrectly which whatever you know the guy who took my payment could easily fix and he did. anyways when he finally did input my order to the correct size, i payed 34.93. the poor kid couldn't do basic math and took almost 3 minutes to give me back my change out of 40. all he had to do was give me a 5 a nickel and 2 pennie's. as the kid was struggling to give me back my change the owner the big guy in charge comes up to him and makes the kid even more flustered. whAtever i pay and i pull up to the window i get my food pretty quickly. as i drive away i hear my name from inside the restaurant and the staff outside handing out the food. stutter and don't even make an attempt to stop me. so as i begin to enter the 210, my girlfriend checks the bags and they didn't give me the proper size fries and drinks. this is after i already had to stated it to two different staff members. i return to the restaurant and inform a shift manager, she looks appalled at the fact that i returned to get my order correct. she tells me to move to the side. i do and as i wait for my order again she starts laughing with her co worker while remaking my drinks and fries. Which is firstly super unprofessional and secondly she could have at least waited for me to leave. she gives me my drinks and food and doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience. i get home, fries are half empty, one of my sandwiches that i asked for no tomatoes extra pickles, sure it doesn't have the tomato but it doesn't have the damn pickles either. that's so damn annoying they couldn't get anything right from start to finish, this place felt like a circus. everyone there obviously needs more training from crew members, to shift leads, to the damn actual owner. this is actually embarrassing. they didn't even give me the damn correct receipt. drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a different location, you'll end up wasting those 15 minutes at this location with ridiculous mistakes. read more
