In lieu of trying to lose weight and eat healthy, I have been looking for restaurants I could get healthy food that tastes good, fast! One day a couple of weeks ago, I stumbled across CoreLife and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! I have been eating there literally every day! Service was efficient: you order in line much like a Chipotle or Cava with several ready-made options and options to build your own bowl. You can get some delectable sides like piping hot naan bread as well. I love that you can take your whole family and try out the healthy options of several different cuisines: they feature Asian fusion, Mediteranean, and a few others. While I wouldn't say it's the most authentic I've had, it's tasty nonetheless. They have a ton of beverage options, and there's nothing like a smoothie after a roadtrip full of previously questionable food decisions. Ambiance remindes me a bit of a more hip Panera. It's a bit quieter with some higher bar seating, but the vibe is the same. Great parking lot with plenty of spots. read more

CoreLife Eatery is an easygoing spot with plenty of healthy options on the menu. I'm so glad we found it. I can't wait to work my way through their many dishes. Everything is simple and straightforward, with the food being put together right in front of you. However, the menu is not so easy to grasp. As a first timer, I was overwhelmed by the variety of components for each dish and ended up just asking the lady behind the counter what I should get. I'd love to see a simpler breakdown of the menu because even after staring at for five minutes, I was more confused than when I started. I went with a pork bowl and it was quite delicious. The broth they ladled over the top was tasty and the dish had a nice spicy kick to it. I got the large portion and had leftovers, it was a generous amount of food. I also got a side of brussel sprouts and those had a great smokey quality to them. There's plenty of parking and it's fairly easy to navigate to this location. Arrived at 4pm to grab a bite to eat. Restaurant is pretty clean from what i saw. Everything looked fresh. Understand that it's cleaner/healthier type of food. Line was long, but got through it pretty quickly. Easy to order when you get to the front. I ordered the regular Korean Pork BBQ bowl and a Hand Crafted beverage. -Korean BBQ Bowl- I have mixed feelings about it. The purple rice was just okay. Carrots and cucumbers were nice and crunchy. Spicy broccoli wasn't spicy, but tasted good. The Kimchi was so delicious, full of flavor. I should have asked for extra of that! Now the Pork BBQ piece that i got , wasn't really flavorful. It was on the dry side as well. Felt like it was a small portion of pork too. I put sriracha on top of it to show the amount of pork i got. Luckily the kimchi kind of saved it when you ate it together. The fried egg was cooked great! - Cranberry Cayenne Lemonade- I'm about 90% sure this was the one i got. I remember seeing cayenne and lemonade, but not sure if it was cranberry or not. But EVERY drink i have tried there is absolutely delicious. Lemonade and beet lemonade is very good as well! He had the Steak Bacon & Bleu bowl. I really love the fresh ingredients. I should have ordered extra chicken for my bowl and it would have been perfect. My husband felt like he didn't have as much because he didn't have noodles. For the drink, I mixed the cranberry cayenne with the beet lemonade--SO delicious. A little heat with tangy sweet! TL;DR: My wife and I dined here; I ordered double protein, and she got regular protein. Despite paying double, I ended up with half the protein she had. Essentially, my bowl was mostly noodles and cabbage. Disappointing experience. CoreLife Eatery is located in a great area with a fantastic atmosphere. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Despite ordering double protein, I received what seemed like half a serving. When I raised the issue with an employee, I didn't ask for compensation, but I did want management to be aware of the inconsistency in their servings. My wife ordered a regular bowl with regular protein and ended up with nearly double the amount of protein I received. While the quality was acceptable, my bowl was mostly cold noodles and cabbage, with very little protein, despite paying extra. Unfortunately, with inflation the way it is you're gonna pay the same amount for less food or restaurants cutting corners or you're gonna pay a lot more for the same thing. This has a great menu. The food is always good and healthy. The deck is nice to sit at in the spring or early fall.

This is no longer a safe place for those with a gluten allergy. CoreLife continues to add items with gluten to the menu and not all of the staff remembers their training to keep those with allergies safe. My daughter's food was contaminated, she has a gluten allergy. It wouldn't have happened if they didn't keep adding items with gluten to the menu. If you choose to be gluten-free, rather than it would be a necessity, then it should be fine for you. read more

Happy to report we tried it again. That southwest chicken is OUTSTANDING! And the taco are excellent Buffalo chicken is the best! Steak is ok and the tuna was second best. I am very picky due to health concerns. I LOVE this place! Eating right no long means being bored. I love the Chicken Tikka, so my bowl almost always is some version of a mildly spicy south of the border bowl. You go through a hot bar line, and your server builds your bowl. Second visit to CoreLife and the place is still just so so in my opinion. I really wanted this to be a fantastic place because it's healthy and convenient, but it's just not there for me. We had two broth bowls - the grilled chicken tortilla and the chicken and rice noodle - and got them to go. While I can overlook the hefty price because it's healthy - basically $10 for a bowl of soup - I can't overlook the lack of flavor. Both soups were incredibly bland. I'm not a chef, but my homemade soups pack a much larger punch than this. I ended up having to add a lot of spices and so did my friend. In my experience, broth tends to be flavorful and that simply wasn't the case here. Two other things disturbed me about the place. First, when I walked in, I was the only person in line. There were five people behind the counter - one was restocking food, one person was by the cash register, and three employees were having a private conversation right in front of me. I waited ... and waited ... While it wasn't super long until someone actually paid attention to me, and that person did apologize for the wait, it's downright rude for employees to have private conversations while there is a person waiting to be helped. Secondly, the place could use a bit of a cleaning. The counters were very messy, and don't get me started on those awful cutting boards they use for meat. Why leave those out in the open for customers to see? There was plenty of staff just standing around. How about using that time to clean up the counters or doing something productive? Ugh. Had an amazing dinner tonight at Core Life Eatery and I have got to say it was delicious! If you are looking for a place that has some nutritious food options, Paleo options, Keto options, or Whole 30 options they have it! They also have just plain good food with great flavor. Tonight I had the Spicy Ginger Steak broth bowl which was excellent. It tasted like a mash up of Pho and a Korean ramen in a delicious beef bone broth. Patty had the Spicy Thai Chicken and Rice Noodle Bowl which had great flavor too. Neither bowl was bland or lacking flavor in any way!!! Kelsey (one of the owners) was a sweetheart. I also had a couple of falafels. The owner Kelsey came over to make sure all was well. The servers behind the counter were helpful in explaining what was in the food. Knowing that this is a new spot I looked up the menu before coming so I wouldn't hold up the line. Got the spicy chicken grains bowl. Came with loaded kales and quinoa some sides that I added in. I know they give you a scope of chicken but I felt like they didn't give my full scoop of chicken. It looked though I had 5 pieces of chicken. I was a bit hesitant asking for more chicken it didn't look like a full scoop, but they were kindly apologetic and gave me a few more pieces. Salad bowl had tons of dressing flavors. Ordinarily the food here is fantastic and healthy. I will say the speed of service has been suffering significantly. Tonight start to finish to order and pay for my food took 47 minutes which I was getting to go. So I recommend the food based on taste and quality but the service is really suffering.
