At the end of the day, it's Chick-fil-A, so the food is great. This location in particular is horrible to go to, due to the setup they have. Of course it's in a mall food court so you have to give a little grace, but I think most of the issue is their line. Service is HORRIBLE here. Checkout lady was not wearing a name tag - was fast asking to help the next person but rude during the process. So rude enough that this is the first time I've actually taken the time to write a review on a chick fil a because usually service is really good. I'm not sure how many times I have to say medium lemonade and even the other check out gal whispered behind her she said medium already.... If you have to eat here because you don't like the other restaurants at the food court then good luck. Not my best experience at Chick-fil-A, but it was mostly good! We had the nugget meals, mac and cheese, and market street salad. They initially gave us a side salad but were extremely quick to make it right once we brought it to their attention. After we cleared that up, it was a pretty normal Chick-fil-A experience. Ordered the Cobb salad on 5/30/24. Service was fine, but I got food poisoning from the salad. The salad tasted fine, but I ended up with diarrhea and I have a suspicion the egg in the salad was bad. I will probably not be eating Chick Fil A anytime soon. read more

Very inconsistent. I've never had as many messed up orders at a chick fil a as I have at this one. Things seem to run smoothest when the manager with the short blonde hair is working (she is by far the nicest, and the staff definitely follows suit and is much nicer with her around), but as soon as they start to hit a rush you can tell it's just chaos. If you go at a slow time you have the best chance at quick, friendly, accurate service. Today was slow and I still had my sandwich messed up twice. The second goof was not as big a deal as the first (just the wrong type of cheese, I can live with that) so I decided to just deal with it. If I didn't work at the mall I would probably never come to this location. I will say it is nice that they're willing to deliver to stores if you download the app though. read more

This Chick-fil-a is ridiculous. The card readers don't work, my rewards didn't register even though the cashier stated that it did. Also the owner was working and had no concept of customer service. She was suposed to refund $3.00 before tax but refunded $2.85 before tax, claiming that the amount refunded $3.09 which was more than $3.00. Went here today for lunch although a late lunch. The kid that took my order was a little rude. Wait I thought chick fil a prided themselves on great customer service I guess not this one. I had ordered a regular chicken sandwich without pickles. So of course I ended up getting served a sandwich with pickles. My fries were soggy like they had been sitting there for awhile. But with the remodel, there's some nice seating nearby to people watch as you devour your tasty chicken and pickle sandwich.
