I have been involved with fundraising for the Women's Murrieta Valley Basketball Team for four years and we had never experienced such a disappointing fundraiser, as we did tonight at Chic- Fil-A. I've been here twice. The food was great the first time but the second time was all bad. I ordered a 8 crispy nugget meal with Mac n cheese instead of the fry's. My nuggets tasted old and soggy covered in grease and my Mac was super dried out like it was sitting at the bottom for hours and they scraped me out the rest of it and served to me. The service was crap here. A lot of weirdo parents let there kids run around this place in there socks and bare feet while they are crying and whining through this environment. I am totally disgusted from trying to eat while wild unsupervised kids are running in there socks and barefoot like wild animals! This people support our military troops and so I appreciate and support their business too. No bias but the food they offer is quite surprising. Of all the meat selection out there, I enjoy Chicken more. I ordered number 1 the spicy deluxe combo. I enjoyed their fries . Kid ordered chicken strips. I'm impressed as they are not cheap with their variety of sauces. Honey mustard is what I normally have from other food chain who carries nuggets and I'm happy to see this joint provide tons. Moreover, they have play area. Not too big and it got crowded but still my kids anticipated to play. Overall We enjoyed it as a family. Reasonably price too. read more

Hate writing bad reviews but this location has got to be the worst location in Cal. I've tried it several times and it keeps getting worse. The chicken is slice so thin you can see through it. Since it's so thin, it's burnt. Use to love chick fila but now go to spot is Popeyes. Their sandwich is pack with lots of meat and is delicious! I don't know if she's a manager or what but she has an attitude and is never polite when we get to the window. She's always demanding something of the staff. Through the drive through today I asked for a sauce that I forgot to ask at the ordering window and so I overheard her getting angry at the employee saying I need to be told that I have to ask at the Oder window not at the checkout window because it costs money and they are unable to charge me for it now? I go to different chick fil A's in order to pick up breakfast for different accounts I visit. I love that I can throw in a pre order and have it ready when I want. Usually everything goes off how I expect. This time I had a wait because an oven broke. Rather than make my life harder I was helped and even had part of my order delivered without any complaint. It is this type of service that really sets this chain restaurant from the rest. They really try to make sure you experience is a good one. On the bag it reads, "the sandwich recipe has been around for 40 years". Did I get the first sandwich ever made? If I'm adding cheese to my sandwich, can I please at least taste it? But it was probably a half step better than what you would get at Jack's or Mickey D's. About the only thing that I found decent was the guy who took my order. He was extremely nice and courteous. I LOVE THIS CHICK FIL A! Sure it's a little pricy for a chicken sandwich but I don't care. I always get the deluxe chicken sandwich. Their waffle fries are always good... but I never get them 'cause I get too full. I used to think their honey bbq sauce (in the packets) was the best sauce ever until my friend introduced me to their... chickfila sauce. It is all kinds of amazing. ALSO I like the fact that ALLL their sauces are perfectly displayed next to the napkins and straws. They should do this to all their chickfilas (San Marcos, I'm looking at youuu!) I honestly stock up on the chickfila sauce 'cause it pretty much replaced the ketchup in the house hahaha. A couple of times they've got my order wrong... charged me for a deluxe and gave me a regular chicken sandwich... no. Some of my friends swear by chickfila's sweet tea. And you know what?
