Whoa..... If you were to tell me that a fast food place not only had good food but exceptional service, I'd laugh at you. Came here tonight right before closing so I could use the free coupon they had sent me in the mail for a spicy chicken sandwich. If it weren't for the coupon, I'd probably never come here because it is just another fast food place, right? Wrong. First off, how much do they pay these people that work here? Everyone seemed like they were making well above minimum wage by the way they acted and serviced their guests. Definite positive vibe here......and it blows my mind! The cashier was really friendly and insisted on me trying their different sauces. She even guided me to their amazing condiment bar (fully stocked btw). Secondly, the food was superb. The fries were piping hot as was the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was tender and juicy with the right amount of heat. The fries were golden and crisp. Gosh, I'm trying really hard to find some negatives but I can't. Ok, I think I saw a fry on the ground next to where I parked. There I feel better. But seriously, they were getting ready to close in 10 minutes when I showed up with a free coupon and no one seemed bothered by it. Chick-Fil-A here is always good food, I got a great spicy chicken deluxe meal deal, it's my favorite thing here! On Tuesday's here from, I believe, 5-7:30pm it's kids night. So if your not into the family scene don't come around that time. Otherwise it's like most other Chick-Fil-A's. Best chicken sandwiches, hands down! The meat is ALWAYS juicy and tastes fresh! How great is that?! When I first came here I got myself The Original Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. The initial bite got me hooked. I remember even ordering a 2nd sandwich during the same visit to make sure the taste was the real deal. You know what? IT WAS!!!! Now I was afraid to stray from this sandwich for quite sometime because I didn't want to be disappointed if the other menu items didn't live up to The Original. However, my wife decided on getting the Chargrilled Club the other day so I took a bite to try it out. That 1 bite ended up being 2, then 3, then...ahh well, I guess I'll just order her another one. This is now my favorite item here. For the kids, they get the chicken nuggets. They are pretty good but are kind of small. My little ones devour them down quick. Really, the kids don't care much about the quality though as opposed to quantity. Kinda feel it's a bit expensive for what you get. They've also got a number of sauces to choose for your chicken. I normally throw on the Texas Pete hot sauce they got. It really spices up the food with extra flavor. One last thing, don't come here on Sundays. They are not open. Kinda bums me out because that's usually the day when we are in the mood to eat here. I've even sat in the drive thru one time for a couple minutes, wondering why no one was taking my order. Then when I finally realized they were closed, I drove off looking over my shoulder to see if anyone noticed me looking stupid. What's funny though is I saw someone pull into the drive thru as I left. The dude probably forgot it was closed on Sundays too. Ha! Overall, the food is not cheap (there is no .99 menu, fellas!) but the quality makes it worth coming here. Has to be one of the top fast food restaurants on my list. I'm giving this particular Chick-fil-A location a 5 star because no matter how long the line is, it goes quick! And the food is delivered fast. I've been to other places with much shorter lines and it takes forever to get your food. The hot food is delivered while hot, and the cold food is delivered while cold. The food always tastes fresh. The employees are always courteous and smiling. A smile goes a long way! It's apparent that Chick-fil-A spends time training their employees on good customer service. There's an indoor playground for kids. You get free refills on your drinks. And the biggest reason, (yeah, McD's I'm talkin to you) Chick-fil-A doesn't charge you extra for extra sauce packets. I can't in all consciousness leave my review at 5 stars for this place after my LAST visit here, which was probably a month or so ago. Definitely the last visit based mostly on the fact that I am now vegetarian. Anywaaaays...One thing me and my boyfriend noticed the last time we were here was how mushy our chicken was, much like the way chicken gets when you microwave it. And the fries, which are usually pretty tasty were just off. Sad because I've always had good food here in the past (which is why they can have 3 stars). This Chick Fil A is my favorite location. I love their chicken biscuit for breakfast and for lunch or dinner it's gotta be the spicy chicken sandwich with a cherry coke and a side of waffle fries with ranch. The staff at this location is always friendly and going above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Okay so not sure what brought me here, but I came and was disappointed. Ive heard great things about Chick-fil-a from avid fans. My coworkers get them for breakfast and people were excited that they opened one close by. So perhaps it was that subliminal message. Don't know, but here I am eating or trying to eat a soggy oily 3-pc chicken tenders and cold waffle fries. Place is busy AF.. Only consolation is the lemonade!! It's refreshing in this Murrieta heat. With that said, they do keep the place pretty clean for a high volume place. Tables are cleaned off quickly and the condiments section is clean and well stocked. So I give them 4-stars for that. Thompson Middle School Colorguard attempted to do a fundraiser and Madison, the manager, refused for the colorguard team to pass out flyers concerning their fundraiser. Madison refused for the team to engage in conversation with customers, informing the clientelle of the fundraiser. I have been involved with fundraising for the Women's Murrieta Valley Basketball Team for four years and we had never experienced such a disappointing fundraiser, as we did tonight at Chic- Fil-A. Please note, Chick-Fil-A lost a lot of business this evening, as well as in the future with families involved with sport activities at Murrieta Valley High School and Thompson Middle School. I've been here twice. The food was great the first time but the second time was all bad. I ordered a 8 crispy nugget meal with Mac n cheese instead of the fry's. My nuggets tasted old and soggy covered in grease and my Mac was super dried out like it was sitting at the bottom for hours and they scraped me out the rest of it and served to me. The service was crap here. A lot of weirdo parents let there kids run around this place in there socks and bare feet while they are crying and whining through this environment. I am totally disgusted from trying to eat while wild unsupervised kids are running in there socks and barefoot like wild animals! All these moms are sitting gossiping not keeping and eye on there kids while they are stuffing there faces! Not to mention the times I've came I have had to ask for the employees to wipe my table every time because it was filthy! Won't be coming back to this place!
