Typical franchise. The food was just okay at this location. It didn't really hit as bad as I wanted it to. My burger order is cheeseburger animal style with whole grilled onions. To elevate your animal style fries you have to ask them to fry them well done with chopped chilis so it doesn't get soggy. Game changer. 3 stars only because this location took long and the server handing over our food at the 2nd window was really stingy with the spread and pepperoncinis as if she owned the place. By far the worst service experience I have ever had at this In N Out. Every one knows they are busy, but a well oiled machine that turns out great food in a timely manner. Not anymore I guess. Myself and a handful of other customers waiting over an hour for their food. 2 number 1's and two shakes was my order. Multiple times I was told they are working on it. Finally spoke to the manager.
