Went here on Saturday May 30th 2026 with my dad for some much needed lunch. We parked, and walked in. There was actually a line inside to get food. However, it moved quickly. I ordered the chick-Fil A Deluxe with no cheese a combo with lemonade, and my dad ordered the chick fil A deluxe with cheese with a root beer. Oh and cashier was pleasant, just for some reason couldn't hear her well, maybe it was just me though. Anyways, paid with a credit card. total was 21.46. We ate it inside. Chicken sandwich was tender and delicious and enjoyable and hit the spot! Will be back if we have another Chic Fil A Craving! read more

My son and I stopped here for a quick dinner after driving to MB. Everything was great as far as food, service, cleanliness, etc. I didn't like the way the parking lot was set up cause it felt dangerous walking into the restaurant with all of the people in line. I feel like all CFA's are like this though. I had the 12 piece grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad. This is the first time the grilled nuggets did not hurt my stomach. My son put in a mobile order around 10:15 this morning. We arrived at your location at 10:33 and were told we were all set with our order and to pull through. Once we arrived at the window we were informed that we were no longer able to get our order because they were no longer serving breakfast (at this time it's 10:38). They informed us we could have lunch menu items or get a refund. We opted for a refund because if we had wanted lunch we would've ordered lunch items! The staff also could not refund the card so a refund had to be done to a different card. The fact that your staff is not trained enough to spot what type of order is coming in is ridiculous. Make sure you get there in enough time or you will be disappointed in the food and the staff. read more

Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes for my order, the food was cold and the order was completely wrong. So then I had to wait another 10 minutes and even then, my fries were cold again. It was understaffed and unfortunately the owner and his wife were completely arrogant. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another Chick-fil-a before I return to this one again. Have had 2 bad visits in the last month, one at 544 location and most recent at 501 location in Myrtle Beach. They spent a good deal of money to upgrade the drive through at the 501 location, then close down one lane at 8:30 on a Friday night in a vacation town. Got stuck in the huge line and overheated my car and couldn't get out of line. Other issue on 544 was with their order system, said they could locate my remote order after waiting again in line. Sad to say I'm done, their food has always been good, but recently their prices are getting out of line. If you chance it don't do drive thru. read more

I stopped going to this location for breakfast due to the fact EVERY time the food is cold and/or too hard to eat(yes I have all my teeth and they work fine) like a mess up every once in awhile is understandable but when I stop 3-4 times in a week and can't eat the food any of the times why would I go back. I do not understand why 75% of the time you have to pull and sit in a parking spot to wait for your order at this location. I love chick fil a and that is the only reason they're getting 3-star. 2 chicken biscuits should not take 15 minutes and there was NO LINE this morning. People have to go to work and do not have time to wait 15-20 on they're breakfast. I've held off on righting this review for a while but it's annoying. Get it together. I will only go to the other location even tho it's slightly out of my way otw to work.Their system is perfect. It could be wrapped around the building 3 times and you'll still get out of there in the same time as this location .....my guy. I held off on above review so many times ! Love this Chick-fil-A. Many of the employees here are in their 30's and 40's and I find them to be so friendly. Yes, they do have some teenage girls working, but they're usually standing out in the drive thru lane take orders on tablets in order to expedite. I've probably been here 3 or 4 times now and it is always busy. Even so, management has done their job and seem to have trained their employees well, so they seem quite efficient. They'll bring your food to your table if needed and I always love it when managers check back in and ask if you need drink refills. This last visit, a manager returned to our table twice and fetched me 2 different sweet tea refills. Love that! Bathrooms are always clean and they also have in-house wifi. One thing I also love about this location, as does my husband, is that they aren't at all stingy on sauces. If you want 4 different sauce flavors, the won't bat an eyelash in filling your request. read more

Usually Chick-fil-a is on the ball. Not today. Not that busy when I came in. Was dining in. Lots of staff but very slow service. My server had that deer in the headlights look going on. The the condiment station was out of a lot of items and very messy. A lot of the tables in the dining area were dirty. Heard a lot of complaints from customers in line and in the dining room. Dining in is closed due to COVID. Drive-thru and mobile orders are your two options at the store. Parking and ordering by mobile app is much faster than the drive-thru. We ordered multiple condiments for our fries, sandwiches and chicken fingers but none were included in our order. Since dine-in was closed, there was no way to request the condiments. As expected, our trip to chick-fil-a did NOT disappoint. I ordered the spicy chicken salad (even though I'm not a fan of spicy food) and a lemonade. The salad was great, as always but my lemonade was entirely too sweet. The staff was extremely friendly, the norm, and was willing to add water to reduce some of the sweetness. Although it didn't help, I still enjoyed my visit here and would recommend anyone stop by this location. my moose and i checked this out after our days on the course playing 36 holes. Love the vibe we get from the place in kermit playhouse. the kermit chicken. as awesome food is good even tho moose had to go get her sandmich because they forgot. I have not been in a CFA in 8-10 years. I had been seeing their ads for Mac and cheese, so I thought I would try it. Turns out that they will only sell it as a side so I opted for an 8 piece nuggets with mac and cheese as the side. The nuggets were OK, just greasy. The Mac and cheese was dreadful! You can get better from boxed mixes. Could not eat this abomination. Pasty, floury gunk! Anyone who thinks that this even approximates mac and cheese has never had the real thing. read more

I came to this location to just simply pick up food after getting out of work and it ended up making my entire day. I had a very stressful day at work and just simply stopped here to order food. A woman by the name of Madison took my order and once she reported my order back to me I said "Thank you" and she said "Thank you back". I go to the pick up window and a young man by the name of Kyle gave me my drink and told me that my food was actually taken care of because I was "the nicest customer they've had all day" and it may seem like something small but your staff was absolutely wonderful. I asked if I could take a surgery about their service or anything and a woman named Eunice came to the window and told me about it. Neither of them had to do what they did and nor did I expect it but it definitely made me happy and I am so happy with the workers at that establishment. I had such a great time at this Chick-fil-A. The food was great, and the fries were filled all the way to the top and the sandwiches were hot and great to eat. But the best part was how my friends and I were served. When we went to this restaurant, we were served by Kaitlin. She had a positive attitude and was very helpful while we were serving food. For example, my friend had a trouble with our burger and she made sure to refund us. Not only that, she offered to give us another burger.
