I love chick fil-A's biscuits becuase they're usually soft and not greasy. This particular location is one we usually stop for breakfast on the way out from Myrtle beach and the biscuits here are exactly opposite of what I picture chick fil a's biscuits to be! They're like greasy and crumbly and they stick to the egg. ICK! So now I am tainted from Chick-fil-a. stop putting f**** pickles on my deluxe chicken sandwich when there are not supposed to be pickles. the juice gets into the bun so even if I pick them off it's ruined. chicken deluxe sandwich comes with cheese lettuce and tomato. i didn't pay extra for pickles, and I didn't want the damn pickles. What else do you expect from a Chuck Fil A? High quality service, much better than most restaurants I have been to and delicious and cheap food. Our family visited this location during our vacation...twice! The service was wonderful and the food is delicious. I just love this particular Chick-fil-A. I'm generally a fan of chick fil a anyway but there is one location I've had subpar experience with so I wanted to give a "shout-out" to this one. All chickfila drive thrus freak me out a little. The lines!! This location handles it well. It really does seem like it's their pleasure to serve me. Still I prefer to go inside. Using my app I have earned so. many. treats. I love that. The customer service is great. The dining staff never let me want for anything! They always clean my table before I have to lift a finger. Very clean and I've never had a complaint with my order (unlike another location which had served my food cold on more than one occasion). In line this morning at 10:15. Wanting to get breakfast for my daughter and 3 of her friends as part of her 16th birthday celebration. After waiting in line we get to the order taker at 10:32 am. She informed us they were no longer taking breakfast orders. When reminded her we were in line well before 10 :30 she said she was sorry but they're so busy they have to transition from breakfast to lunch before 10:30. What the heck, either you're open for breakfast until 10:30 or you're not. Also suggested that they should put someone at the beginning of the line instead of the end to let us know of this store's departure from corporate policy. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place I can eat breakfast. Sadly the last 3 times I've visited this location and gotten chicken minis the bread is to hard to even bite through which makes the whole meal a waste of money. I'll no longer be stoping by this location. read more

Went there today and ordered just the entree of the 3 count chicken minis. Waited in line for over 15 min and was handed the food. Got to work opened it up and the bread was so hard, chicken was cold and one of the chicken was so small that it did not even fit on the bun. This place is always busy and you wait in line for so to get your food and it given to you like that. read more

I am a vegetarians and came to get their chicken wrap but without the chicken, and they were unfortunately out of the lettuce. The owner then gave me a free salad and a free fruit cup for the inconvenience. I am so impressed that they went through the extra effort. :) great place read more

For the first time ever I had a negative experience at chick-fil-a. Due to my food allergies I was concerned about soy in the grilled nuggets. (The website was unclear)The young man behind the counter asked the manager in which he responded in an annoyed voice,"I don't know." The young man researched it and showed me the ingredient list. As young as he was he was very kind and helpful to the best he could be even while he was training another young person at register. I was very disappointed and sat down to wait for food. When the manager came by to bring me my food I expressed my disappointment in his lack of concern and professionalism. He tried to make excuses but did eventually apologize. I'm giving in three stars to be generous to the young man who had compassion for someone who has food allergies. read more

Honestly night made! Quite possibly... no the absolute nicest employees and best service I have ever experienced. I'm home for a little while from the Air Force as a recruiters assistant and it was a long day at the office. So I was out with a friend and stopped in to get some lemonade and waffle fries and the absolute positive energy and joy that I received from Alli threw the speaker warmed my hart. I pull up to the window to be greeted bye Devyn and Rebecca both smiling and I asked who was on the head set, so they quickly grabbed Alli and she was of cores also smiling. She said thank you for all the kind words and I thanked her back. Then I assume hearing all the commotion (because I am bye no means a quite person) the manager on duty Blake Young (cool name btw) came over with another employee who I unfortunately didn't catch the name of and thanked us for all the kind words and we thanked them back for the amazing service.
