While I absolutely dread entering and exiting this location (heavily congested area), it's the closest to me and I have consistently good experiences here with their staff. They are almost always slammed, but do their best to get you in and out and food is always up to par with my expectations of Chick Fil A. I want to preface my review with: I absolutely LOVE Chick Fil A and this is one of the few fast food joints I dine at. I have been to CFA headquarters, met San Cathy etc and am a HUGE fan of CFA. So to give this specific store a 1* review is purely because of the terrible service, lack of stewardship and the nonchalant attitude which is NOT the standard that CFA stands for. I wish this was not the closest CFA store so I never have to deal with ordering here but unfortunately that's not the case. Every time I want to order I actually have to reconsider if it's worth my blood pressure if I should instead go to Sonic bcos Sonic just is ughhhh food quality but even the staff there is consistent with the Sonic brand. The Drive Thru is worse than a nightmare. Nothing can be changed and whoever designed the flow needs to never design another drive through. The menu board has items they do not offer and they let you buy stuff like Mac and Cheese as a premium side but have run out without giving a refund. The Frosted Lemonade is too tart and trying to change it out to a vanilla shake and you just get a Sorry we can't do that even though I paid and extra $3 upcharge for my meal... It is just so exhausting that I'd even consider eating at a McDonald's (even though I quit eating at McDonald's 20yrs ago) so that says a lot! There's no clean table available since no one ever bothers to clean the outside dining area and there are no hand washing stations/restroom or wet towelettes provided. Oh and check your order bcos there's a guarantee that they'll forget something... like the ice dream or kids toy etc. And forget about ever expecting a smile, Thank you, It's my pleasure etc which is what CFA takes pride to always offer since it is non existent in this location. From employees who would not acknowledge customers, to food being left off the order, to "our only bun is frozen but it might be thawed by the time you get home". I have never experienced a restaurant that gets so many orders wrong so consistently. I would say easily 6 times out of 10, they forget an item (or multiple). This rings true for drive-thru orders (mostly mobile, in my experience) but even more so for deliveries. read more

Definitely seemed like a normal chick fil an experience but my biggest complaint with all chick fil a is that there's no menu at the drive thru. I feel so rushed with a person immediately speed walking up to my car window and then I always forget something because I can't look at a menu. When I asked the guy taking my order to look at a menu he flipped his iPad around and it was just a bunch of different food item buttons. Definitely not a menu. There was one time I asked for a menu and the guy told me I could look a menu up on my phone while he took the peoples orders behind me in the drive thru. Like definitely not a good drive thru experience. AND they are stingy with the sauces. If I say 4 ketchup I mean 4 ketchup. Every time I come to this location and specify how many sauces I want they always always give me less. It's very frustrating because it is not like that at other chick fil a's. I was reimbursed by DoorDash, however my qualm is with an organization who's sole responsibility is to ensure fulfillment that customers get the order they placed. I spoke with the manger on duty and in essence it was related that this is a franchise location and that adherence to corporate quality assurance policies weren't as stringent. I will be reaching out to the corporate office since having such a small goal to hit is so unachievable that meeting the expectations of customer's order isn't a concern for this location. This has got to be the least efficient CFA in town.. and it's not the employees fault! It's an awful set up with no indoor seating, no curbside pickup, and very few parking spots. I've also heard the management here contributes to poor efficiency. The staff is always very kind and I can tell they're trying their best with a bad deal. I ordered in the app a few days ago around 7:15am and it took 20 minutes just to go through the drive through even though I ordered ahead. The food is still good but this really isn't fast food given how long you have to wait. Your best bet is trying to park and order at the window but this is also dicey. As a CFA silver status member, I come here ALL the time. Sadly after moving right behind this location, I'm already going far less because it takes so long. read more

The lines were moving fairly quickly. The issue starts when the young lady who took my order called me a sir, and than laughed after correcting herself ( I don't see what was funny and I was very respectful). This is the FIRST Chick-Fil-A that I have been to and they forgot to put the straws in the bag, as well as forgot the Polynesian sauce. Other than these issues the food was exceptional. read more

Update: I got an apology from this location and they offered to help make it right on my next order. I stopped by tonight, and it was crowded as usual. I placed my order. Everyone was friendly. The wait takes a little while but once you're at the window your meal is always ready. Tonight my order was perfect. I hope my last trip I just came on an off day. I LOVE chick fil a and was so excited for this location to open up. Most of my visited to this location have been fine, but my last visit and lack of follow up were disappointing. I entered the drive thru lane around 11:10ish am and an employee was in the lane yelling at other employees about the kale salad (something like superfood is out kale crunch is in). It continued on beyond just and update, and was interfering with ordering. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with soup. Was told they have no soup, so I asked for fries instead. Towards the end I was not asked about my drink choice and inquired and she said she didn't put one in my order, but could add it. I got my meal, with no drink so I had to pay cash at the window to get a lemonade. I looked at my receipt and it was close to $14 before the drink! I was charged for TWO sandwiches even though I ordered one, and only one of those was the way I ordered it. I was charged for a side of fries and not a meal. Then I was charged for my drink in cash as mentioned, so not part of the $. I called the location to tell them incase their system was double ringing up, but my call was not answered or returned (it's been 48 hours). I understand the shouting about the kale may have thrown off the flow and a simple accident happened, but an apology would have been nice. read more
