This is my first time at this location. I'm getting ready to drop my grandkids off to their parents, and decided to stop to this location. The restaurant inside and outside is super packed. Food is always good, hot and ready, but curbside is very VERY slow. Drive thru is going faster than curbside.

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me!! I always order a large because I want more fries. You're basically selling me a large for a regular priced fry every single time. I never ever had this issue at any other Chick-fil-A location. Stop scamming hard working customers who spend their money here! This Chick-fil-A location needs better management. this chick-fil-a might be the SLOWEST fast food place around. def the slowest of their brand. there is def no aptitude test to work here, and you can tell if you have to speak to anyone. i hate driving out of the way to go to the other CFA, bc this one is 5 min from my house, but it looks like that's what i gotta start doing. i get long wait times, messed up orders, and cold food constantly from this location. the ONLY REASON im giving 2 stars is bc at least they give you a chocolate chip cookie to try and make up for it read more

We would occasionally do a curbside pickup here via the mobile app and it is usually a bad experience. Missed items, toppings / sauces wrong, cold food etc. Last visit I watched as they gave our food to the car in front of us, and after that customer returned the food they just gave us the same bag. Mixed about about this CFA. It's new and the location is nice and the food was good but that's where I'll stop. The newer designed cfa's focus so much on drive thrs and pickup that the dinning room experience has degraded so far. I absolutely HATE that they do not make your drink when you order and then you are sitting waiting parched for your drink and meal. And to be be even lazier they do not provide your dine in meal on a tray here. I don't want my dine in food in a bag and have to dig it out. That makes things messier and more inconvenient. Trays are easy to provide and use and have someone clean. Chick-fil-A you are better than this, just go back to your roots read more

They might as well call this place In N Out because they are fast with their service. Doesn't matter if it is dine in, drive thru, or even curbside - I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes during the busiest times of the day. Like most Chick-fil-A's, your teenage workers and courteous and kind. I've even seen the Operator, Lauren, out running orders to guests which speaks to how much she cares for her customers. Food is delicious. Dining room is usually always open for me and my family (don't get scared away by the long drive thru line). They recently went through a remodel too so the inside is modern and open. read more

Wanted to shoutout Johnny in the drive through for absolutely working the tempo/turnover rate. I was a frustrated patron when the line was taking so long. However, I decided to time Johnny to determine what the issue was. He got us out in and out in 46.73 seconds - To my neighbors... let's get to the drive through and know what we want to order. It's not Johnnys fault. However, I just got home and saw that I only got 2 total sauces for 3 orders. Inside of the house needs to clean it up especially with Johnny going max effort in the drive through. read more

I think if the employees would pay more attention to detail that would help a lot. I've been to this chick fil a twice and both times I had issues with my order. The first visit I ordered a chicken biscuit and received a plain biscuit... how does that confusion happen.. not sure but they were very nice about fixing the order. The second visit I asked for a salad, diet sunjoy, and a cookie. I didn't receive two sauces after specifically asking for two, my diet sunjoy ended up being an unsweet tea (no lemonade), and I didn't receive the cookie. After looking at my receipt I realized I didn't get charged for the cookie so I can't be too mad, but still, I asked for a cookie so I was expecting one. Great food as always. The girl standing outside taking orders the morning of 10/26 around 6:15am was so incredibly friendly and kind. I think her name was Becky. I realize this doesn't help you other helpers much lol, but with so much hate in the world these days, people like her should be especially rewarded. I hope the management sees this. read more

Friendly employees but always SO slow. Not sure why other Chickfila lines are efficient and this one always seems to not move.

I'm not a fast food person, but their cookies & cream shake is the best thing going. Fatting yes, but oh so delicious!
