I still have my receipt, which clearly shows the correct order, so there was no misunderstanding about what I purchased. Since I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, I was inconvenienced and ended up paying for food that I couldn't eat. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, which is why I chose to give this location another opportunity. Unfortunately, receiving the wrong order and food that wasn't even fit to eat tells me the problems here are more than an isolated incident. Order accuracy and food quality are basic expectations at any restaurant. I genuinely wanted to have a better experience this time, but this visit only reinforced my previous concerns.
