Back here today for the Spicy Honey Pimento Chicken Sandwich which was not as good as I remembered it being. Mac & Cheese plus Waffle fries as usual hits the spot. Probably won't be trying this sandwich again but it's worth trying. Good customer service & nice clean restaurant. read more

While the food was the same, the service here is bit off unfortunately. I ordered online and went inside, grabbed a table and updated the table number on the app. It took about 15 minutes to get my food, even though it wasn't busy inside or via the drive through. Not sure if they had limited staff or not, but a lot slower than other Chick-fil-A's that I've visited. When the food was delivered, I said thank you and no "my pleasure" response from the staff... just got, oh I forgot your straw and I said I had it and she just walked away. A bit disappointed. Had to wipe our table, longer than expected wait for breakfast despite restaurant being almost empty. I thought the extended wait for coffee was because they were GROWING the beans for the coffee, but no, just taking forever to brew. (Almost 13 minutes?) It was mobile order, we arrived less than 10 minutes after placing the order. The quality of the food was outstanding, just a bit slow on the delivery to the dirty table we had wipe down. read more

Let me start by saying I USED to love Chick-fil-a. I have on 3 separate occasions I've had issues with this restaurant. The last time will be the last time. I go thru drive thru and by the time you get home there is always things missing from the order. When you try to call first you wait and wait only to get transferred to some central customer service (not the store) Then they don't offer any resolutions other than come back to store to get missing items. To make things worse This time we ordered Cobb salads with chicken, and not only did we not get any dressings that we specifically ordered, but my fiancée ended up in URGENT CARE WITH FOOD POISONING! No apologies or anything. Staff was rude and dismissive! read more

This is a GREAT Chick Fila location. I came in the spring and placed an order via the mobile app. I continue to get coupons, notices about charity events, and updates from this location via the app. Over the years, I have been to hundreds of Chick Fila Restaurants. Tried this place as it recently opened and is closer than other locations. You can tell they're still working the logistical kinks out since ordering didn't go as smoothly as you would expect; I had to wait as the employee had to ask around about how to input things, but it's a small detail that should be resolved over time (hopefully). But the chicken sandwiches themselves were great (we added the Chick-fil-A sauce which made it better), waffle fries are always good, and the peppermint chip milkshakes were tasty. I've gone to this Chick-Fil-A since it opened. I especially enjoy their sandwiches and shakes. I almost always use the mobile drive through as I order from their app. I find the app to be easy to use and the pick up exceptionally quick and easy. When posted hours for all stores is 10 pm. *Google has their hours posted at this location to close at 10 pm* I can understand closing 15 minutes or so early but an hour early on a FRIDAY NIGHT?! Waited outside the drive thru line as the order just have been too big to have us wait in line... we did not get the 2 orders of nuggets we paid for... got 2 spicy sandwiches instead of one and I cannot eat spicy at all. This place WAS our go to fast food place for drive thru. Please do not give this business any of your hard earned money. The owner of this location does not deserve it. There is always a long wait and at least thirty percent of the time they will forget something in your order or mess it up. One time they didn't seal the lid on my drink right and when they handed it to me in those two cup holders, the drink spilled all over me and into my console. It was awful. They apologized but I had to spend half an hour getting that cleaned in my car. As many times they have messed up my order, I had never come back to complain until today. We visited the drive thru because we were on a time crunch driving to another town. Anyways they forgot to put a straw for my drink. I turned around and waited in line at the drive thru for what felt like forever. The guy taking the orders didn't offer to just get a straw. Anyways when I got to the front, I asked for a manager. Well he said that next time we should enter the store if they forget something in the order. Kind of defeats drive-thru? Well this manager was the owner. He was unapologetic and rude. I asked to be compensated since I had to turn around when I was late to another engagement, to which he responded it was just a straw. It's not starbucks, I needed a straw. I asked for information to his regional manager to which he said I could just google it. I wanted a name. He was rude and a total jerk who then told me to leave because my daughter looked embarrassed. He said this again. He didn't care. What kind of manager includes someone's child in an argument? What kind of business owner treats your loyal customers this way? One who doesn't care. He was arrogant and I felt discriminated against. He made me feel like I just wanted a hand out. I feel as though if I was a different demographic he would have been nice. As many times they have forgotten part of my order, had me wait forever in line or messed up my order. I had continued to support this establishment. I work too hard to support a business like this. Especially when in the past I had let it go. Shame on this owner. Shame. Do not support. Don't spend your hard earned money here. There are tons of other establishment that are not overpriced and who will value you as a customer. read more

Absolutely fantastic Chick-fil-A and a great addition to the Niles community! We have been there multiple times and the food, service, and hospitality are in perfect alignment with what I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. They are truly the luxury brand of the food service industry. Their employees are well trained and even outside taking orders rain or shine.
