Nash Bros has a decent chicken sandwich nothing really special. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. My heat level for my sandwich was a medium. I got coleslaw and cheese on there, not gonna lie I was a little disappointed that they put a cold piece of cheese on my chicken sandwich (I Don't recommend cheese, doesn't add anything to the sandwich No taste waste of money) but other than that, the flavors were good chicken was tender and juice and paired really well with the coleslaw and a very soft brioche bun witch was nice. One of the main reasons for the four star is because the service was amazing! Very kind, greeted right away. The gentleman was very patient in explaining the menu. The restaurant is new and very clean. The one thing I don't like is the location, It's off of Milwaukee in the same parking lot as panda express but hidden behind. 100 % Recommended!

There are multiple definitions of hot, let's be clear. 1. Hot, as in temperature 2. Hot, as in spice level. 3. Hot, as in attractive. Not used in this review. The parking lot was crowded at lunch so I debated going in but the restaurant was fairly empty so not sure where all the people were. The counter person was very helpful in explaining the menu, which is based on Nashville hot chicken, and has varying levels of hotness (definition #2). I ordered the Hot Chick (definition #2), which is a chicken sandwich with pickles, coleslaw, sauce. I also made it a combo with fries and a drink. The staff person very helpfully suggested I get the sandwich cut in half and sauce on the side. There are booths along the wall as well as tables. There's a drumset in the front, so maybe they have live music? Cute neon signs throughout. The food was very hot (definition #1) when it was brought to me. I took a bite and some hot (def #1) oil or liquid squirted and burned my cheek (face). Ow! I was glad the sauce was on the side. Though mild, I still found it very hot (def #2). The sandwich was very large, chicken was thick and cooked well, and the sweetness from the pickles and crunch from the sandwich was very welcome. The fries, seasoned, crinkle cut, were ok. There was still steam rising from the hot (def #1) sandwich. My mouth was on fire from the hot (def #2) sauce, my cheek was still throbbing from the hot (def #1) liquid and I was uncomfortable so I took my food to go. If you are a fan of hot (def #1 and #2), you will enjoy the food.

The restaurant's location seems so hidden in the back, but there's plenty of parking. It was a quiet evening during dinner time on a Saturday which was surprising to me. Prices are comparable to other hot chicken places. Spiciness of the chicken was really good. Spicy is actually spicy and not "just a kick". The nachos were loaded. The waffles were good. There's a space for live music so I'm sure it can get lively. I wish there was more thought in decor and storage in the restaurant, especially since it's an established place.

Came here on a Wednesday evening. Doesn't seem that busy. Walking in there's a sign that said "hot chicks inside" which made me laugh. Surprised me with the country music playing. Their menu is pretty simple. The spice level ranges from naked no seasoning to xtra hot. I got the regular (there's a Chicago style with giardinera) hot chicken sandwich with medium spice. I love spicy but didn't want to go too crazy my first time here with the spice and not be able to try and enjoy the sandwich for what it is. The spice was there and didn't over power it. I'd be willing to try the next spice level up next time. The combo of the crispy chicken and the coleslaw and the brioche bun, hit the spot. Also got the house fries with cheese sauce. It's crinkle cut fries and the combo with cheese was delicious. If you want to add just the perfect amount of spice to every bite instead of the getting it on the whole sandwich, get the spicy ranch on the side! Decent amount of seating inside for a chicken spot. Also a cute little waiting area with nice chairs. Definitely coming back to try the smash cheeseburger and onion rings!!

I'm guessing this quirky place was a bar at one time. I fact, there's a drum set on a raised stage in front of the window. The quirky interior is all black and red. The gentleman at the bar, er, I mean register was polite and just a wee bit quirky himself. Menu prices aren't quirky, but they are pretty good. I had a Chicago Style Hot Chick sandwich. It was a fresh chicken breast on a toasted brioche bun with hot giardiniera. Very good. My fiance had a Side Chick slider, a chicken tender on a toasted brioche hot dog bun. She wimped out and got the mild sauce. She really liked the coleslaw on it too. Their crinkle fries were fairly crispy and well seasoned. The staff and customers were almost all Indian. Country music was playing and NFL football played on the tvs. That is quirky. I like quirky. Four stars from her, but the quirkiness pushed it to a five for me.

Second time visiting but this time I dined in the restaurant. I had another side chick slider because I already know that's good! I decided to try the smash fries this time, and although it's tasty, I preferred the season fries and will stick to ordering that. My kids tried the mac and cheese, and they loved it.

This was a very nice sports bar type resturant. There was a drum set in the front so I'm guess maybe they have entertainment at times. The staff was friendly and explained their entrees to the best of their knowledge . The food is hot like Nashville is supposed to be. If you like Spices hot chicken go for it . The naked and mild were still Spicey for our taste so I took the breading off the chicken. The chicken was prepared nicely . It's not my thing but I'm giving a good rating because I'm sure if that's your taste you will love it. Keep smiling o

Stopped here later at night for dinner and it truly is a hidden gem. We got a couple items and the hot chick was the star. We got medium and it had good spice. The smash fries were so good. It had chunks of beef on it with nacho cheese. The owners are super nice and asked how we found out about them. Overall, I would come back and try their other items. If you're a fan of Nashville style chicken sandwiches, I'd recommend this place.

Have been eyeing this spot for awhile. Right nearby the house and figured today was a great day to give it a shot. Its a nice casual spot with a pleasant ambiance, plenty of seating and friendly staff. We were greeted right away and he helped us pick out our options. We got the Hot Chick (most popular), Nash Nachos and Boneless tended bites. Food came out in a reasonable time and everything was definitely made fresh. I had the Hot Chick, medium spice. The chicken was thick, juicy and crispy. The coleslaw and pickles added an excellent contrast to the spice from the chicken and the sauce. The boneless tender bites were each crispy and the nash sauce was perfect to dip it in, with just the right amount of kick. The Nash Nachos is huge! Great portion with excellent ratio of nachos, chicken pieces, coleslaw, pickles and sauce. Overall, they did a great job with everything. I love fried chicken and I'm super happy to have such a great spot right nearby. Will definitely need to return to try more on the menu!

Nash Bros is a hidden gem within a hidden gem. This new 100% Zabiha Halal Nashville Fried Chicken spot in Niles hits your taste buds at different points in your eating experience. Let me start with the vibe. You walk into a Nashville themed restaurant that has dine in and take out. The colors are that of a country vibe, there is country music playing in the background and they even have live bands and a stage at various times in the month. There are TVs throughout the location and they have a sit up bar seating for people who want to watch the sports games or eat by the front. I especially love the room you walk past when you walk in which has nice seating and a IG wall that has a sign for great photos. Let me move on to the food: the menu is simple but executed beautifully. There is a Hot Chick sandwich and a Side Piece Tender. You can do either of those options with fries and drink and comes in 4 flavors: mild, medium, hot and naked(very light seasoning and spice) I ordered the Hot Chick sandwich in Hot with fries and Drink. The bun was soft and pillowy with the right amount of toasted butter. It melted as I took a bite. The chicken was crispy on the outside but moist in the inside. The hot oil and seasoning I could taste and had a great kick for people that would like spicy. It was the right amount of heat for me and made me enjoy the sandwich to the last bite. The chicken quality is unparalleled. Pure white meat and pull apart while being fully cooked all around. The spices are also in the chicken itself which I find amazing because they marinade the chicken in their seasoning beforehand and I can tell in the taste. Very well-done! The cole slaw is sweet and tangy and brings a nice balance to the sandwich. The pickles are sweet and also a nice touch. Let me get into this sauce. The sauce is next level- when you order make sure you order extra Nash Sauce: it is a mix between a spicy and creamy sauce and it pairs so well with everything. It has a small kick and a little sweet but it packs a punch. The sauce makes the whole experience so well rounded. The fries are crinkle cut and come sprinkled with their special blend seasoning. Fresh and crispy. They do not get soggy like most places and pair perfectly with the sandwich or tenders. I loved everything about this place and the staff is friendly and always making sure everyone is satisfied. You got to come check this place out asap. They are doing big things here and I am so glad a new fried chicken spot is here and to stay!

For those who don't know, Small Cheval is the fast casual version of Au Cheval which I've had the opportunity to try in NYC. There's plenty of locations throughout Chicago so definitely make it a stop when you're in town. Now is it as good as Au Cheval? Definitely not but at one-third of the price point, it's hard to complain. The beef patties are well-seasoned with crispy edges and just the right amount of fattiness. My main complaint is that there wasn't nearly enough dijonnaise sauce or pickles, making this pretty dry. The bun was nicely buttered and toasted but almost took away from the contents inside the burger. The Famous Fried Chicken Tenders were also a good try. I could tell the chicken was clean & high quality but there was some flavor I couldn't quite place which made it a bit off-putting; thankfully it wasn't super noticeable especially with the sauces. The Golden Fries were delicious and paired well with the burger & tenders! Even the Cookies & Cream Milkshake was solid! Classic milkshake with a good balance of creaminess, sweetness, and texture from the cookie bits. The interior was also bright, spacious, and comfortable! All in all, really solid try!

It's like going to a burger place with a bar inside. I would also have to add with a side of a malt shop thrown in. The lady who took our order was very friendly. Both her and the guy making the shakes seemed competent and efficient. They were both just over worked. There was a rush when we came in so it put them behind. Everything was in good repair. There was no damage to the seats and tables and for the most part they were clean. The things that didn't work for me were the possible understaffing, and the lack of a good onion. I asked for raw onion on my burger. I inspected my burger for it and couldn't find it. So I asked for some more. She was very helpful and handed me a tiny container of minced onions. Apparently that's all they have. I do like a good slice of onion on my burger. If you're looking for a good quick bite to eat or a very tasty shake, this is a great choice! I would come back if the mood struck.

The bun was the first signal they knew what they were doing--lightly toasted, just enough structure to hold everything together without stealing attention. Then came the patty: thick, juicy, with that perfect sear that gives you a bit of crisp before it melts into richness. But the real centerpiece? The fried egg. Perfectly cooked--edges slightly crisp, yolk still runny. The moment you bite in, it breaks and seeps into the meat, turning each bite into something borderline indulgent. It doesn't overpower the burger; it elevates it, adding a creamy texture that balances the salt and char of the beef.
