This Chick-Fil-A has always been the fastest, friendliest, and efficient location I've ever visited! The employees are always EXTREMELY nice, there was a girl with a long braid working on the iPad/outside ordering thing and she was so so sweet! I can't get over how fast they are, and they have NEVER messed up an order. Not once. Plus, they "support my Chick-Fil-A sauce addiction" as one drive thru employee joked with me. The most inefficient chick-fil-a to ever exist. Don't get me wrong, food is fine but I have never waited this long for any place that claims to be fast food. Let alone a Chick-fil-a! I am 30 minutes into my wait at 8:30pm, PM! There are no outside order takers, or order givers. It splits into two lanes and then for some reason goes back down to one lane after you order. I have seen no other Chick-fil-a that is this badly built. And if you want to park and eat you have to try and squeeze past the line that wraps around the building. Good luck trying to not to catch the curb. Love you Chick, but this restaurant needs some work. Will not be returning to this location. Raise your wage and get some workers in there! read more

Great food, SUPER fast service. I've always done mobile orders from this location and pick my food up on my way to work and it's SO convenient. They are always very friendly and helpful. I got 4 piece chicken minis and hash browns. It tasted delicious! One of the pieces of chicken was sadly dry and almost "older" tasting but I figured it was a fluke thing and wouldn't hold it against them. PS they have the BEST lemonade! read more

this chiks management needs to be way more involved with their employees. i called in the phone to place an order for pickup, since i was on my lunch break and wanted to be able to just grab it. i was informed by an employee that i was NOT allowed to place an order via phone call unless it was catering. he told me the lobby was empty however, if i wanted to come order. i immediately start walking over (i work maybe a parking lot over) and i see that the lobby is PACKED. giving this kid the benefit of the doubt i still go inside in case it wasn't a long line but just people eating. what a load of crap that the lobby was empty, the line was all the way full with parties of people. as someone who has worked in fast food i think this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. read more

This is a great place to get a quick bite or take the kids for ice cream. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to have customer service. I mostly get the chicken nuggets. The breakfast is great too. We love the chicken biscuits and cinnamon clusters. Even when they are busy you get your food quickly and at the right temperature. All locations are consistent with taste and temperature, so no complaints there. This particular location however, is one of the worse locations in terms of crowdedness and parking lot layout, ever. Let me explain: The drive-thru wraps AROUND the small parking lot. With an extreme crowded location, this makes it terribly inconvenient to try to get in the parking lot to park, let alone try to get out of it as the drive-thru line has approximately 25 cars wrapped around it! In addition to this horribly designed space, this Chick-Fil-A restaurant sits right next to the main street entryway into a shopping center with a 4-way stop sign. So there is a long car line at this 4-way stop sign trying to enter the shopping center however, the cars waiting at this stop sign is backed all the way up trying to enter but IS BLOCKED OFF because of the long drive-thru line that extends all the way out! Cars have to slowly inch there way in, and out. I work near this Chick-Fil-A and am obsessed with their food so I have to try my best to get an early (or late) lunch time in order to come here and eat! This Chick-Fil-A location is the best fast food restaurant in Norman. They are always extremely busy with lines of sometimes 30 cars or more during lunch time. Despite the long lines they are extremely efficient and more importantly maintain their consistency. I have eaten here over 50 times and I have never had a bad experience. I really respect the way they run their drive thru. When it comes to serving a chicken sandwich no one does it better. My only suggestion is for them to stick to serving chicken sandwiches and not get involved in other things. read more

Very disappointed with the service here. We waited in line for 30 minutes while everyone behind us was already getting their food. we got all the way to the front of the line to sit there for an additional 10 minutes, while seeing our food sitting in the window the entire time we sat in line. By the time we got our food it was freezing ass cold and they forgot half of the meal. THEN it PAINED them to get us hot, fresh food. Will not be returning to this location. I rate this location 5 stars because 99.9% of the time everything is perfect, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food is delicious. There is an occasional long waiting line at the drive through and the layout of the drive through lanes and the parking area could be better. Today only 4 cars were in front of me at the drive through lines, I placed my order for 2 four piece chicken strips and a fruit cup and when I pulled up the the delivery window, I was asked to pull around to the parking area and wait for someone to bring my order to me. I did - and waited 12 minutes - before exiting my vehicle to go inside and ask about my order. I was the only vehicle asked to park and wait for their order, I have a handicapped placard hanging on my mirrow which the delivery window server should have seen, and I can walk with a cane - and a lot of pain! I got the standard "Sorry, but..." and I just wonder how many four piece chicken strip meals were served to other cars while I sat and waited for my order. They have always did a fair job with their food but they no longer allow you to get hashbrowns or fries cooked longer and they are notorious for undercooked potatoes. This place used to be the spot! I have been coming to this location since it opened (around 10 years). I have had subpar experiences here since Covid began as a lot of the more experienced staff left and a bunch of teenagers took "control". Many stand around waiting for others to do their job and they've doubled the amount of staff! What a joke. Tonight was extremely annoying as I asked for a large cup of ice cream and specified I didn't want the small "soup cups" but rather an actual drinking cup full and was assured that was fine. When I pulled up to the window he tried to hand me the small "soup cups" and told me they didn't do the full sized cups (kids cups). I explained very nicely that the lady on the speaker told me the opposite and he scoffed at me and went to tell the manager of my issue. Instead of making it right, he came back and started arguing with me and even took an attitude towards me. Listen young man, I hope you realize that you are working in a service industry. Just because someone questions something doesn't mean you should ever get hostile especially when I was using manners and meeting him with kindness. I come to this location multiple times a week but not now. I will be spending my money elsewhere. I may come back once they stop hiring entitled KIDS! DON'T MISS THIS CHICK-FIL-A! We went here the day after Christmas and found this to be one of the largest, busiest and best served Chick-fil-A restaurants we have ever visited! This place moves quickly. The Chick-fil-A was so packed that we weren't sure if we could find a place to sit. Service was very fast and accurate. As soon as we placed our order a table opened up. The whole restaurant was decorated with bows and flowers fitting for that time of the year. We had our favorite Chick-fil-A nuggets and the new grilled chicken club, and split a large order of their fries. The order was delivered quickly to our table. I don't know how they do it but the entire process was smooth and efficient and the food was perfect, fresh and hot. read more

The staff is efficient, courteous and eager to help. Even during the dinner rush, it took maybe 5 minutes tops to get our food. This is the best fast-food joint in Norman. The drive-thru, even when absolutely packed at high-noon, is efficient and well-manned. The people behind the counter are friendly and ready to serve. In addition to the great service, the food is almost always served fast and hot, although at times, the waffle fries appear to be scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Sad to say we had our first ever bad chick fil a experience. The window worker (after giving my husband an incorrect order) was blatantly angry with him for simply requesting that he get the lettuce and tomato for his sandwhich. He even mentioned they could throw it in a bag and no big deal. She scowled at him then charged us 33 cents for their error. Super unusual of any chick fil a. I went through the drive thru this morning. I had a coupon for a sandwich which they applied at the window. I was helped by a dark hard girl, I tried to use exact change with a bigger bill. The total had changed after I gave her the coupon so I was confused on the change amount. I quickly found the right amount of coins and gave it to her. She tried to give me a bunch of change. I told her that wasn't right I had used the coins so I could get back only bills. She got an attitude about what I stilled owed her to make that happen saying " it doesn't matter the difference your not getting $15 back". I asked her how much I gave her originally. She said 30 cents when the total was 31 cents. So I gave her a penny and she still handed me 2 fives and 5 ones. That's unacceptable I'm a manager in food service and you should never tell your costumer that they are wrong and basically refuse to help them. She should of known what I was trying to do. She should of asked me for another penny or just gotten it from someone who has left thier change behind. if she isn't good at counting money she shouldn't be in the window taking it. This chik fa la's workers have been rude to me in the past or have just not made my food before.they have also rang me up for the wrong food as well.
