No issues with the food, but I do have a issue with the cleanliness of the table.. it wipe down before sat down, I waited to see if someone would come over and wipe off the food particles left there from previous customer, no one ever came, even the young lady who brought over my order did not even clean it up.. so I took a snapshot of the issue of the table NOT being cleaned.. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Nasty customer service. They take zero responsibility for any mishaps like giving other peoples food away. Even the drive thru line takes forever. There's a new Chick-fil-A in town!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new Chick-fil-A. I went to the drive thru, as it was during holiday break and I had my kiddos in the car. The workers were so sweet and nice. The line was quick, and I got everything I wanted. Nothing beats a chicken sandwich with extra pickles, when you have the craving. I'd definitely recommend stopping by this restaurant if you are in the area. read more

I was having major Chick-fil-A cravings last night and decided to order from this location on GrubHub. The order was delivered on-time which is always appreciated. However, the food wasn't as good as other Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. - They gave me one sauce packet for the entire order, which wasn't even enough for all of my nuggets. - The fries were cold and not as crispy as usual. - Thankfully, the mac and cheese side hit the spot, it was so cheesey and served warm. This was my first time ordering from this location, so I may try it again in the future. Hopefully I just caught them on an off day. read more

Chick-n-strips are an incredibly poor value. You get next to nothing to eat for $4.95! Order a sandwich instead! Cookies & cream milk shake was good! They are a little slow (hence no 5 stars) but I almost feel guilty not giving 5 because of how good the food is quality wise. They've never messed up an order and we get breakfast here regularly- the biscuits are perfection and the eggs and sausage and so high quality. My fiance especially loves the eggs and the hashbrowns. The staff at this restaurant have a great positive attitude, which shows in their service and effort to please. The food always comes out quickly and is tasty and moist. Waffle fries could be crispier, but this seems to be the way the fries get cooked at all their locations. Very clean dining room and restrooms! You know when the boss is not there. Everyone slacks off. The minute I pull up to the window I can tell if the head manager is there or not. Was in the drive thru, no salad dressing or sauce in my bag. And no utensils. When the manager is in, everything runs like a tight ship. Better shape up or your going to lose customers! read more

Just had the worst experience at this location. Try to order on u we eats and it won't allow me so I sent my son walking to the location as we're on vacation and at 10:38am Manager Leslie said there's no more breakfast order as she has thrown out everything already. I ask my son for me to speak to the Manager and she said we're not serving breakfast anymore it's now lunch and I've thrown out everything already. I said but I always buy breakfast from Chick-fil-A and Breakfast ends at 11 as I know she said well that's other locations. Our breakfast is closed already and walk away from the phone and then I could hear her ripping about me in the back ground. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Not ready for prime-time. Quality of food was great as expected, but only open for Drive-Thru. Some sources say sit-down dining will be available by Jan. 10, '22. Others say it could be 4-6 months away. Unless the line is VERY short, not worth the hassle. Can only enter from side street, parking lot has "lanes" set up with cones. Do not attempt if you have a very long vehicle. Should be better when all the construction next door (Wawa) is done. read more

I just had an amazing experience with Marco Rodriguez. He was the attendant taking orders outside in the drive thru. You never would get any words of encouragement or wisdom from anyone working fast food but I did today. He asked me how my day was and all I said it was long and it just started. He then says to me don't worry about it it just started you're gonna have a great day today. Again no one in the food industry especially fast food will have the decency To give words of encouragement when they're standing outside in this miserable cold weather. The bills arrived and they auto add a gratuity to the bill for a party of 5+. My bill was $95.44 with tip included and I gladly handed over a $100 bill for the extra tip, as did everyone else at our table tip extra. I don't mind the mandatory tip as we always go in with the intention of tipping well for good food and service. But we do mind cold food and illness that follows. You milage may vary, but illness is not something we tolerate and give second chances. We won't ever be back.

I visited this place today, 11/19/2025, at 1:00 p.m. The ordering process was fine, but the table service was not good. They didn't know which table was mine and took my food to another table. I had to raise my hand so they would notice that the order was actually mine. If they give customers something to place on the table, it should have a number so the staff can identify the tables correctly. Two employees, Tomas and Henrry, brought the orders, but there was still confusion. Also, the nuggets I ordered were not fully cooked. I think this is something they need to improve to offer better service. read more

Is this the norm, or is this the punishment for not tipping? Because the idea of tipping when all you're doing is taking the food from the register is nuts.
