We came here for Sunday dinner. I was impressed to see how spacious and clean the store was. We put in our order via kiosk and grabbed a table. They had 4 all gender bathrooms, was to see everyone can use. Took them about 10 minutes to bring out our order. One of the sandwich had missed our request of no mayo and shake sauce on the side. Great tasting burger but small and expensive! Im from CA and never made it to Shake shack until now. Tried the fries with spicy cheese- meh cold fries and colder cheese. My partner had regular fries and they were hot and tasty crinkle cut. Also had a delicious chocolate shake with whip which was a good size and delicious. At ~$10, the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake in line with the cost of other Dubai chocolate desserts I've seen. I love that it's made with real pistachios and even real kataifi! The pistachio frozen custard is actually very pleasant - lightly sweet, nutty, and not too thick. The crackable dark chocolate shell was good in theory but didn't actually work out that well. It's too bad everything is ordered individually, and a burger, drink, and fries will be $20+. But still, there are some good sandwich options. I got a chicken bacon avocado burger, and the wait wasn't too long. It was crispy like it was really fresh. They bring the food to your table, so that's nice, no standing around. Here's the thing... for me there's no one doing it better when it comes to fast food than Shake Shack. And I'm guessing at this point I've written more reviews about them - from various locations throughout the tri-state area to all the way down in DC (where they had a liquor license) - than any other chain. But this specific parcel of land? It was once the home of the almighty Pier 1 Imports. That store was essential when I was a bachelor first entering the real world (aka - being kicked out of my house when my mom said it was time to get my own apartment). So this review is bittersweet. But time marches on, they tell me. A mix of high-tech (a row of tablets ready to take your order when you walk in) and low (that unfinished concrete floor that doesn't seem to go with the rest of the restaurant's look) - this place has been absolutely bursting at the seams the few times we've come. (I'm guessing the hungry masses trickle down from the theater right after a movie is over.) The sandwiches are always top-notch (including one of the better vegetarian offerings you'll find). Those crinkle-cut fries are hot, crunchy, salty and delicious. Their various drink concoctions are always yummy. At almost $20 a person - it sure ain't cheap. There's a big parking lot right across from their location - which never seems to have enough spots. And they have plenty of competition in the area (from that overrated diner around the bend to Dave's Hot Chicken rubbing elbows with them to Red Lobster just a stone's throw away). Overlooking our most recent visit (where they goofed on one of my kid's orders and he complained, "Just three stars tonight!," as we got back in the car to leave) - we always leave satisfied and full. In-house food and service is solid. I appreciate eco-friendly food packaging. Ambiance is modern and often quiet enough to enjoy being inside. Ordering is streamlined with the screen kiosks. As far as ordering delivery, I had a very poor experience from both the delivery and restaurant service. The uber driver was designated for pick up and drop off in 30-40 min, the tracking showed a delay at the restaurant. By the 1-hour mark, I wasn't able to speak to the Uber transporter (direct or via Uber customer support), the Shake Shack manager/storefront also did not pick up. I went to go pick up my food myself and apparently Shake Shack staff do not care to check how long food is sitting at pick-up shelf. I left with my cold food/warm drink because I was generally upset, but to top it? I was also missing food from the take out bags I mean, if the customer's name and number is on the outside of bag and it's been longer than expected Pick up time by Uber. Do you call 3 hrs later, or never? Why have staff assigned to the pick-up shelf? Improve your quality standard read more

The Shake Shack is a little old place where we can get together... Grand opening and everything was just right. The staff was very helpful. They greeted everyone at the door and were available for assistance at the kiosk. The managers were helping clear tables and walking around asking patrons if we needed anything. Have eaten here a couple of times with Red and will make it a semi-regular spot to enjoy a great burger. Unlike other fast-food places, you get a number, and someone brings your order to the table. We are not fond of the order kiosks, but the first time in someone helps us out. Regular or specialty burger it is always flavorful and brings you back to the burger places of old. Crinkle cut fries are hot and crispy. A delight plain, topped or with ketchup. The specialty drinks can really change the enjoyment of your meal over a regular soft drink There is a difference between a well-done burger and a burger done well. Last night I was starving. So, I went on Uber Eats and ordered a burger (buy one, get one free) and a order os cheese fries with a side of extra cheese sauce. OMG. I finished less then half a burger and about 4 cheese fries. Not 10 minutes later, I was nauseous beyond belief! If I weren't 55 and single for 4 years, I would have thought I was pregnant. But I'm not. I was practically food poisoned. Ugh. And it's so bad, I haven't had anything to eat all day. I feel weak. I post MY honesty. I could never purposely hurt anyone or anything. But this is unacceptable. Their main concern should be the well-being of their customers. To provide quality, actually edible food. And good customer service THIS restaurant failed in every way. I stopped by for lunch. Used the kiosk to order , the process was very easy. It took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready which was not bad. I was pretty happy when I saw that there is a Shake Shack closer by in Secaucus. Ordered take out and tried the NC burger special and Strawberry Frosting shake. I liked the burger but all the sauces/toppings were a little overwhelming. The shake was pretty good and definitely reminded me of frosting with the texture and colorful sprinkles; I was a little sugar high for awhile. It's a little tough to find a parking spot in this outdoor mall near Shake Shack but there is a hidden little area around the corner for 15 minute parking for food pick up. It was a bit of a walk but still better than trudging through a huge indoor mall to satisfy your shake shack fix. I'm coming back for the salted caramel shake! read more

I'm glad they've opened a Shake Shack that's a bit closer to my area. I went here today and this is my first time trying Shake Shack burger and I can't say how much the first time was very great! The burgers here, such as the Shackburger, are very good and the staff was welcoming and kind, and the place is spotless! It's also a great spot to have a meal before going off to the movie theater.
