This has to be the busiest Chick-fil-A, I've seen and usually they are all mobbed, but this was extremely busy. I think they need to reconfigure the parking and drive-through. It's hectic and way too many people. Plus folks on golf carts just opens up recipes for things to happen. I always enjoy the Cobb salad here as it's full of protein and the salads always fresh. When we arrived in August 2025 last year in the evening, we found it half empty. The rest of the people, sitting at (also dirty) tables, all on their phones. Why? We went to the counter and wanted to order, when we saw, that behind the counter the food was thrown through each other, it looked very very messy and I starred completely shocked at the mess there. A men, behind standing,said to us not so friendly, you cannot be served, you have to order by phone ?!? And that 2 employees did not show up for work, so, and that they are sold out anyway and we have to order by phone, but yes,, we can do so, by sitting inside???????? We almost run out of this chick fil-a. Needless to say: we could not see anymore another chick fil-a, we had enough for a long while. Even at home, where we are regulars.... Of course, we now go again to ours. Our chick fil-a's in Manassas are a far cry, from what we experienced there. So, no more chick fil-a tries in around North Myrtle Beach for us. This shocked us to the score, the whole atmosphere, the dirty tables, the horrible counters behind the glass, the unfriendly server and anyway...for one week a year, we will be able to be without a visit to a chick fil-a there. read more

Ordered breakfast online 15 minutes before they stopped making breakfast. App showed order was accepted and account charged. When we arrived to pick up the order, we were told they don't start making the order until you arrive to pick it up. Outback and Starbucks start filling the order when you place it so it is ready to grab and go when you arrive. We were also told they would have to give a refund if people don't pick up their order. I have never experienced a poorer experience than yesterday at this Chick fil A. They had over 30 employees walking over top of each other. Waited in drive through for over 20 minunutes then got out and went inside and waited another 25. When finally I asked about my order they looked for it and I left. Fries were cold and hard and nuggets were even worse. Called manager Zoey and all she said was my pleasure after I explained our experience. I have tried for two days to log in to the survey site and it must be down. I can understand why if everyone had this experience. Again they had employees walking on top of employees. Okay, first the good: this chain obviously uses actual chicken breast and NOT 'formed' chicken. That I honestly think deserves praise. Flavor is good. Breading is light and good, and even the 'poisonous' sauce is good. Now, the bad: there is definitely a 'spongy' note in terms of texture, and THAT, my friends, connotes microwave. It almost gives it a 'raw' feeling. SOoooo, if it's not being nuked at any point, why that odd texture? But, I must say, I'm happy they did away with all the jesus nonsense on the packaging. I had their product years ago and there were religious messages printed on the bag/box/cup whatever. That was a major turnoff for me. But, I was curious as to why the long, interminable line of cars I see everyday as I pass by, and I guess it's the fact that unlike other chain fast food the chicken is not preformed and compressed. I placed a large order for breakfast. My husband and son left while I was placing the order the restaurant was about 10 minutes away. When they checked in on the app,!it said breakfast ended in 2 minutes. When they got through the line in the drive thru, the employee told them breakfast had ended. When I had ordered, arrived prior to 10:30 and secured payment of over 81.00 with my credit card, why in the world would we not receive our breakfast. The manager my husband spoke to really could have cared less about losing an $80 sale or having upset customers. When I pulled up I saw that there was a long line but never fear because Chick-fil-A is fantastic about getting people in and out and HAPPY to get their food. After I ordered my food a young gentleman came up to me and asked me what my name my order was and he said I was all set. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism at this young man and his excellent customer service skills. now I'm generalizing, but based on his age or my perception of his age this seems to be his first job and he was FANTASTIC and I was so impressed by him. Up at the takeout line I remarked about how impressive & kind this young man was and his name is REILY I think, so shout out to REILY he is in eighth grade and he is out here hustling and with a smile on his face in this heat so hooray to REILY you've got a good future in front of you kid. read more

This restaurant has some of the rudest employees i've ever seen in a Chick-fil-A. The food was cold, didn't taste well at all. My cousin got a side of Mac and cheese and when she started to eat it, it was cold and tasted spoiled. She went back to nicely ask for another one. They gave her a side of fries as a replacement like she asked and when she told the worker in a grey shirt thank you, she didn't say my pleasure. The women just said mhmm. Amazing service from this location! The staff is excellent. Came through the drivethrough with my husband and son, the young girl named Emma working the drive through was very kind, she explained practically the whole menu to me and my clueless husband. She remained patient even while my son, who has a severe stutter, took several moments to order. She handled the situation maturely unlike most adults would.
