If I could give zero stars, I would in a heart beat. This is coming a week later because I've been busy. Last Tuesday, CF had a little promo thing in their parking lot in the evening. They had thing for the kids, NRFD & PD were there as well. I was outside when I could over hear the CF manager speaking with one of the FFs in a very rude tone. I couldn't make out the entire conversation but her attitude and manners were way out of line. The FF who was speaking with her was very professional and calm during the entire conversation. This woman was just down right ignorant.....period! As the time went by, I noticed not one employee or the manager ask these fire & police men if they want a drink or something to eat. So needless to say, this manager lost a couple customers here and I hope a few more after this review. read more

I came in on a weekday for a quick bite since I was in the area and there are not any Chick-fil-a restaurants near me. I ordered chicken nuggets and a chocolate shake. The employee bringing out my food couldn't find me, so I waited longer than usual, but no big deal. The chicken nuggets are made of actual pieces of chicken and the chocolate shake was perfect. I know, I don't usually review chains. But it deserves praise! This is our go-to when we are in a hurry. We love this place and have had such great service nearly every time. The random off-day is few and far between and we have had a great experience in the drive-thru and in the restaurant. Apart from being great food (my go-to is the chicken tenders w/ the honey-roasted BBQ sauce - in a sleeve, not a dipping sauce), this is consistently clean and offers a lot of those little things that put it way above and beyond any other restaurant that's considered fast food. Plenty of dining space, Diapers and wipes in the bathroom!, individual placemats and cleaning wipes for our little one, and they walk around topping off people's drinks for them and asking how food/service are. Top-class. We also are cool with the no Sundays. Respect for the restaurant when it treats its employees well and maintains respect for beliefs of those who are Sunday church-goers. Courteous, polite, friendly, good service all around! The food is delicious, my chicken nuggets taste like actual chicken rather than some ground up mystery meat. I like that the menu board displays the calories right next to the item and their to-go bags give healthy tips to let you know that they are not capitalizing on grease and gluttony; but the tips are also don't come across as a guilt message to your face. When you order ahead for pick up you shouldn't have to still wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order! They wont start to make your order until you arrive. That eliminates the entire point of online ordering. read more

I finally made it home after eating cold food I paid $16.63 for in their parking lot. I went to the North River Side Chick Fil A today and experienced poor service and low quality food. I order 2 meals and a soup and I was about 5 minutes away from home when I pulled out my sandwich hoping to take a quick bite only to find my bun is stale and only 2 chick fil a sauces in the bag. So I go back, when speaking to the young lady at the window and telling her that the bun was stale she looked at me as if that just couldn't be possible. She gave me a new sandwich. I asked to speak to a manager, who listens to my complaints about me being all the way home and having stale bread, how my other meals are now cold, and how I only received 2 sauces though I ordered 2 meals and just spent almost $20 and was completely inconvenienced. I also requested a refund. As I said, she listened then proceeded to tell me in a urgent tone to pull up to the parking spaces because she needs to keep her line moving (though there was no one behind me in the drive-thru) and she'll get the refund processed. okay great. She brings me $4.61-the cost of the original stale sandwich only. Ridiculous. I must say after a long day and having high hopes for a good meal, I am completely unsatisfied by the quality of the food, the service, and the experience as a whole. The quality has surely decreased over time since they've opened. read more

Speed of service is great. The team members are very pleasant. Only issue I have had is I'm not sure if the drive they speaker is the problem or if they are rushing and not getting my entire order. I have been missing part of what I order on 3 different occasions. Good thing I was not charged for the items not received. I was pretty disappointed on a previous visit when I was charged and not received what I paid for. Even more disappointed that when I went back to get my replacement meal they said I had to go inside that I couldn't get it threw the drive thru which is not convenient when I am on my way to work. I officially hate this spot! So August 8th 2019 at 10:28 am i placed a mobile order payed for it which was $35 and some change point is ive done this before last time even the manager at this place told me i could always place order before breakfest ends that way i could pick up any time they just wouldnt garanteee me fresh and warm food which im perfectly okay with but appenrantly today i got someone through drive through speaker that was such a A**hole she proceeded to rant on how they would never do that or any of that and i have mobile order reciepts to prove so that ive done it multiple times and as i proceed to speak and say the following "its okay ma'm what else can i do?, So for future reference....." then she cuts me out my comversation in a sazzy super sazzy tone saying for duture referwnce come before 10:30am keep in mind i this happend at 11:34but regardless of the situation i understand if she was to lazy to make them or they probably forgot ro make my order and wouldnt own up to it so she decided to be rude about it which ever is the case i dont care im just here to say im not taking that from anyone and im more than glad to say that it will be the LAST TIME I DINE AT THAT CHICK-FIL-A !!!!! They simply cannot get our order right! We understand things get busy, there are new employees, etc, BUT seriously! There is a severe lack of training and communication at this location. At least a dozen times we've had to go inside after ordering in the drive-thru and even took the time to speak to the manager Tania who was simply rude and seemed overwhelmed. Tonight was our final straw. We ordered a large unsweetened iced Tea with a splash of lemonade, even explained it in ratio terms... 90% unsweetened tea, 10% lemonade- not an Arnold Palmer (as long as they get it fairly close, we are fine)- They got it wrong twice- I did not have time to go back for a 3rd try. The first time was totally unsweetened, and the 2nd had diet lemonade... gross. We are basically throwing our money away; it's ridiculous! Look, we love Chick-fil-a and go to numerous locations in the area and have NEVER had an issue ordering tea this way at ANY OTHER LOCATION. Unfortunately North Riverside is the closest location to us. On a positive note, Elliot, who works at this location was professional tonight and had good customer service skills! I had worked here for about 8 months, when I first got my job everyone was nice in a way. But as my job progressed they weren't so lenient on me even though it was my first job. Some of the managers weren't very nice. As time went by I sort of dreaded coming. I didn't smile as anymore, and the boss almost let me go for it because my enthusiasm was gone. They never let me progress to new areas to work, when others who came in after me got to. I was about eight months in and they decided to fire me over text. I had worked the day before and nobody had once told me that was my last day. I was devastated. Never working at a big chain restaurant ever again. read more

My family and I stopped by for a last minute meal and were very impressed! Ana, who took our order, was courteous and welcoming and went out of her way to make my family feel welcome. She brought my mom her coffee and another gentlemen who was part of the staff stopped by our table to make sure we were taken care of. In addition to the above and beyond customer service, the bathroom design was impeccable. This is one of the only establishments who gave any serious thought into stopping germs in their tracks. They have a part towel dispenser and a door that you can open with your forearm. It's nice to eat a restaurant that truly cares about their customers. read more

I encountered the absolute worse customer service from 2 employees one a manager and the other an associate. Ms. Ruiz was one of the managers and unfortunately I didn't get the others lady name. But overall my experience there was very unprofessionally and uncalled for! I have also called corporate to inform them on how horrible my experience was! I will never be returning to this Chic fil A again, I rather take the drive to a different one than ever experience this lack of service! I've only been to Chick-fil-A 2x. This is my first time at this location. I ordered the #2 meal. The chicken sandwich was moist and delicious, especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce I put on it. The fries were fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff comes around and asks if you need a refill and gets it for you. It was crowded both inside and the drive thru. Great service, smiling faces, and speedy check out. This is definitely a family friendly restaurant. I've sat in a few times and witnessed the general manager cleaning the tables himself. That caught my attention (in a good way) because there was a young lady in the area cleaning. He even gave my son a little cow stuffy to take home.
