I spent about $16 on 10 wings and honestly this was one of the weirdest food experiences I've had. While I was waiting, the lady behind the counter called me over and literally sang my name "Aaandyyy" in this sarcastic, over the top tone. She then showed me a tray with like 15-16 tiny scraps of wings and asked if I wanted those. I flat out said no, I didn't want the small pieces. She smiled and said, "We'll get you what you want." This chain is really good at keeping the same flavor across all their stores which is one of the reasons I love their wings so much. It is sweet, smoky, and honestly finger licking good. The Cajun fries with ranch on the side make it even better. This location was also great with customer service. I ordered delivery and forgot to add ranch to my order. When I called, the person who answered the phone added a ranch for me free of charge. Ok, ok hear me out... I've only ever had Wingstop delivered via UberEats because they are one of the few late night options available. It's always been pretty quick and fairly inexpensive. I decided to try their boneless wings featuring their new flavor collab with the rapper Latto which is the "lemon herb remix" and omgahhh it is amazing! I love a good lemony/garlic dry rub and this is IT. I personally hope they keep this flavor permanently and that it's not just a limited time feature. The wings themselves were big and meaty and remained crispy even in transit. I always prefer the dry rubs over sauces so that they don't get soggy. I am SO FINALLY GLAD that Wingstop decided to open a location more closer to me! I used to always have to make a drive out to the Semoran location when I was craving their wings but now I'm like a 5 minute drive! The dining area is very well kept and is pretty spacious compared to other locations I've been too. (Semoran and Altamonte) There are three big flat screen TVs, a Coca Cola variety drink machine and a clean condiment area. There is always waiting benches as well along the waiting line! Oh Wingstop, dependable, convenient, and overall always a solid wing choice. I had a few times where my order was incorrect at the UCF one and I was going to give up on wingstop completely because it was so frustrating but this location is pretty great all around. The employees here are very helpful and seem like the make the extra effort to ensure the order is correct. I always recommend double checking the location you're placing the order at (there are 2 east colonial locations). Almost every time I go to pick up somebody comes in that didn't realize that they placed their order at the other East Colonial/UCF one. When you arrive to pick up, check everything in your bag before you leave. I usually order online, they only have a pay at restaurant option, so even though you're picking up you still have to get in line to pay. The online estimate time is usually like 15-25 minutes and for the most part pretty spot on. You can always call to ask if it's ready earlier. If you're not sure that you'll be able to make it in time to get it hot and fresh I recommend ordering the fries with no seasoning/salt and just asking sides of fry seasoning, put the fries in the oven for a little bit when you get home, and salt them yourself. I know that sounds extra af but let's be real, soggy cold fries are gross. You also can do drums only or flats only for a small upcharge (like $1.50) and online ordering gives an option for you to get your fries well done which is nice. read more

I placed an order on Tuesday evening around 6:25 with the instruction to pick up the wings around 6:40. I arrived around that time and the wings were not ready, but I had no problem with waiting for a few minutes. However, nobody told me I would be there until 7:10 to get wings. The employees seemed very disorganized in the kitchen as only single small orders were coming out at a time, and during the time I was there, even as the kitchen was backed up, an employee went on break. The food was good but the customer service was awful. If I order online I would expect my wings to be done or at least close to done by the time I arrive, not having to wait an additional 30 minutes. read more
