I like Chick-fil-a in general their food and service.This particular location has its very good things and not so good. Starting for the not so good, most of time, especially in peak hours is full, lots of people, and it's hard to find a parking spot and the drive thru line is long as well. Now people like their food, it's in a mall and also it's closed to UCF. The good is that even though it may be full, their service is usually pretty efficient so the lines move quickly inside and the drive tru. For me personally, I like this location because they have family events and specially activities for the kids. I have a toddler and we come there for their events when we can make it. This year in December we came to see Santa, Santa Cow and the Grinch, and my daughter decorated cookies, also they had face painting, and juggler, It was fun and inexpensive entertainment. I also like and this is for all the Chick-fil-a their mobile app gives you freebies sometimes and the rewards are pretty sweet specially if you go often. read more

Not a food review because you either love it or not! This is a pretty good location. I can't believe how efficient they are given the amount of people they are serving constantly. Our order came out in about 3 minutes. That's with the standard "line around the building" for drivethru. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. Was given a DoorDash order for this location at 5:40pm, didn't realize it was Sunday and as soon as we pulled up a gentleman with a leaf blower, orange sunglasses, and a "royal beard" style of facial hair started aggressively yelling/screaming at us "what are you doing?" While we sat there confused, not realizing it was Sunday. The gentleman continued yelling that it was Sunday and the store was closed. We then tried to politely ask the gentleman if we should just make a u-turn or if we should just pull straight through the parking lot. The man began to aggressively approach our vehicle and even more aggressively yell and scream "do you have a problem? what the hell are you doing?" After we asked the question and said "the whole parking lot is closed, there's workers here with ear plugs in and if you hit them you'll be in a shit ton of trouble." When we tried to explain we were just asking a question the gentleman threatened to call the cops on us. I'm not sure what type of people Chic-fil-a employees for their landscaping but this gentleman is not it. read more

I had just received a coupon for a free original Chick-fil-A sandwich when my wife came in to ask what I wanted for lunch. I was busy at work, so she volunteered to brave the drive-through, despite it being near lunch time. The drive-thru line was backed up twice around the building, with two and three order takers with tablets. It still took quite a while; but, she did it. I got the free sandwich, Small Fries; and, a Frosted Lemonade (sugar-free); and, she oped for the Deluxe version of the sandwich, which includes lettuce, tomato, and cheese added to the chicken and pickles. Our meals were ready immediately, so they handed her our neatly bagged items, which arrived home still hot. The fries had not been cooked as well as they normally are, looking pale and a bit saggy. We came inside and ordered some breakfast items , just me and a 2 year old, we sat down , where upon they delivered my coffee drink and offered to get me straws and napkins!!! What? I'm so upset with myself for not writing this review sooner! Everyone that knows me understands my love for Chick fil A. At least once or twice a week, I'll stop by for breakfast or lunch or dinner. There was this one time when I was guilty for going there twice in one day... But that's a story for another time! There are many, many fast food places in Orlando but my favorite would have to be Chick-fil-A, especially the one at this location. The staff is always so friendly, the food is always to die for. I'm obsessed with this place. Whenever I go here for breakfast, I always get the chicken minis (4 count), I'm disappointed because I wish it would have like a 6 or 8 count but I guess 4 will suffice for now... The chicken mini is just a very fluffy bread coated with a little bit of honey (I believe) with a chicken nugget nestled in the middle. It is always SO good. For lunch or dinner, I've enjoyed the salads, chicken sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets. My favorite dipping sauce would be the chick-fil-a sauce, polynesion, and bbq. Sometimes I mix the a little bit of all three and it's the best thing ever! Try it! I swear by it. The restaurant itself is also very clean, which is very surprising to me considering how much traffic goes through this location. This location is one of the worst in central florida. I came to the drive thru here and received an order that was completely wrong, as all of the sandwiches ordered had pickles (when we asked for none), and were unable to be eaten due to food allergies. They gave us the wrong combination of sides as well. The only thing that went right with the order was that they gave us a cup of water with it.......the location was very busy, but so have many other locations in the area, and yet those have managed to make their orders correctly. I've been to this Chic-fi-la several times. I have never once ran into an issue. My food is always hot and correct. Not to mention delicious. The employees are nothing short of excellent. They are super friendly and patient; always willing to make your experience great. The bathrooms are clean and smell like roses. There is always someone cleaning the tables and or windows and floors. I have always loved going to this restaurant but my experience grew even more magnificent when I used the drive-thru. There was easily a 20 car line wrapped around the building; I was out of there, food in hand in less than 6 minutes. That includes waiting in line before ordering. I will continue to order the classic chicken sandwich because it makes my tummy happy. Also the myriad of sauces really adds a flare of flavor to any meal you order. I've been to this location twice in the past week and have had great experiences both times. My visit last week was on the way home from running some errands. I stopped in to get a meal to take home, but there was some confusion and no one put my order together. After a few minutes of waiting, one of the cashiers asked what I was still waiting for. I handed her my receipt and she handed it to a manager who got to work collecting my food. As an apology for the wait, he threw in a three piece chicken strip - effectively doubling the size of my meal. I went in again today to claim my free Spicy Chicken Sandwich that they're testing. The cashier suggested/upsold me on a few add-ons that they're offering with the sandwich (pepper-jack cheese and lettuce/tomato). My food came out lightning quick this time, and I was off to try this supposedly "spicy" sandwich. The concept of a "spicy" sandwich at a fast food restaurant is kind of an insane notion, and I never actually expect to get anything that I'd call "spicy" or "hot". That said, this did have a tiny bit of kick to it - more than I would have expected. Granted, part of that may be from the pepper-jack cheese. While I ate, employees were walking around checking on customers, and offering to get refills. I've been Chick-Fil-As before - including this location, but I've never seen them do that before. There was also a person in a cow costume (no clue if there's an official mascot name) walking around entertaining the kids and whatever adults were amused enough to interact with them. This location is super clean - kept spotless by the number of employees roaming the dining room. Since they were testing the new sandwich, a couple of employees stopped by to ask my opinions on the sandwich and offered me a free coupon for another spicy chicken sandwich when they officially launch next week. The only real problem with Chick-Fil-A - any and all of them, really - is that I usually only get a craving for them on Sunday. I don't know if it's my subconscious that is annoyed that they're closed on Sundays and automatically craving them because I can't have them - but it's kind of annoying. read more

I used to work at this Chick-fil-A way back in the day and it's still awesome. Service is always quick and the food is always perfect. I don't know if I can think of any CFA that I've been unhappy with ... ever. I love the way they run their show as a company and all of the many CFAs that I've been to are awesome. You must try their Lemonade (Diet is my fave, it tastes the same). CFA breakfast is the bomb dot com. Yummy! If you haven't had their CFA biscuits or the CFA minis (OH EM GEE!) ... do it tomorrow!! I typically don't go to this Chick Fil A for one reason - they are so busy. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find such great service this week. The line was rather long but move very quickly. After my order, the cashier told us to find a seat and she would bring us our food; WOW!! You don't see this every day at a fast food place. I never go through the drive thru because of the long lines. The line does tend to be shorter inside, but you have to find a parking spot... Once you escape the parking lot and get inside it's all good. The staff is friendly. They keep everything clean. There are activities for kids some nights. This is one of the better options for fast food in the Waterford Lakes area. read more
