This location is always crowded, but they usually move the cars through the drive thru area easily. Today was not that day. It took over 15 minutes to place and get my order. Those of you who are familiar with this location know you have to curl around the outside lane at the entrance and then stop and provide an open space (when crowded) for the cars in the inside lane to pick up their order and leave the lot before you can enter the order lane. At one point as I was in the outside lane, there was not a single car in the drive up/pickup window lane. Even the inside employee had to look out the pickup window to see where the cars were. Obviously, there was a glitch in the outside ordering area. When I finally got to place my order and came around for pickup, the line stopped again. Two employees (probably management) came out by the outside window probably to try and determine the problem. One of these employees walked my chicken nuggets to my car. However, I couldn't leave because there were two cars waiting in front of me and the outside lane was backed up. So, I had to wait in my car until the two cars in front of me received their orders and drove out. I have used this location since it opened weekly and recently (a month or so) every order is wrong. Customer Service goes by the waist side when asking to make it right as if lying. Horrible. They have missed the mark with this last hire season. Need to get back to basics. read more

It really is quite annoying when both online and on your app it says I can go through the drive through until 11, but when I get there they have doors locked and drive through coned off. You need to fix the hours if that's not true. Driving to two different locations that both say the drive thru is open until 11 to get food just to find out that it's not actually true. It's also frustrating to have the money taken from my account and now have to wait to get the refunds for two separate orders because your hours are wrong. Your team also need to be aware of multiple guests who also came to both locations to get their food due to the hours being wrong to be able to assist with them in resolving the problem. read more

Not what I expected from Chick-fil-A, food came out sticking to the paper and the wrapper stuck to the food. I called to speak with their manager drew who was pretty unhelpful, he didn't listen the first time I explained the scenario, he just asked "what about pickles?" Mind you this was only a filet and cheese. When he finally understood he offered to replace this portion of my purchase but not the Mac and cheese that came with it which seemed a bit odd as it was purchased together. The good things about Chick-Fil-A are their staff and organization. All of the team members are pleasant and they manage to move long lines very quickly. That's a huge plus, especially for a fast food restaurant. I do find their food just okay. Their chicken has a great flavor, but I feel like most of their sandwiches are largely bread. I usually only get a few bites with thicker pieces of chicken. The rest is usually thin or nonexistent. This is annoying, especially since their prices are on the higher side for fast food. I've ran into this issue several times at different locations, too. Overall, the atmosphere and team are a good reason to visit Chick-Fil-A and the food is not bad by any means; it just seems overrated in my personal opinion. read more

Me and three colleagues unwittingly dropped in on Cow Appreciation day. Holy what the what!!! Compound lunch crowds with costumed calves and cows mobbing up the place for free food and you might expect Bedlam. ...but the parking and queue Gods were with us and we were lucky enough to get primo parking and surf the wave of revelers right to the front of the line between waves. Most everybody Loves Chickee-fil-A and was easy to see they were prepared for the promo. Which is one of my favorite milkshakes from anywhere. Their team was standing in the Florida cold taking orders still trying to move the drive through line along. A solid location for the chain. Been in the drive thru a few times now for a quick grab and go lunch. They have tablets and take orders throughout various places in the line to keep things moving fast during peak hours. It really does help speed things up considerably. Customer service is exceptional here and they don't miss a beat whether you order inside or outside. Be sure to check in for a free chocolate chunk cookie! They are really good! If I could give this chick fil a 0 stars... i would've. The lady who took our order said they didn't have empty salad bowls which- a lie. If you wanted $1 for the bowl she could've charged me.. I stopped in after an early appointment pic to pick up breakfast for my three. I ordered our all time favorites, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, chicken biscuit and tater rounds. I am a convert from Mc Donald's bacon egg and cheese biscuit. However, e were very disappointed this time. Chick-fil-A is an all around great fast food chain, and definitely my go-to for a sandwich and fries. They have crispy fried chicken sandwiches and nuggets. They also have grilled chicken sandwiches and grilled nuggets which have fewer carbs and calories. The best side is of course the waffle fries, they're always crisp and hot, with the perfect amount of sea salt. They also have fruit and a kale "superfood" side as well. Just be careful as the "superfood" side unfortunately has a good amount of sugar due to the dressing. In addition to sandwiches and fries Chick-fil-A has fantastic salads. They could beef up the fresh toppings a bit but the lettuce is always fresh and they have a nice assortment of dressings. They also have breakfast and dessert. I love their frozen coffee, it's the perfect combination of a sugar fix and a pick me up. This Chick-fil-A in particular is just as good as all the others. For quite some time they struggled to efficiently handle the large crowds that gather for lunch every day. They've recently instituted the best practices followed by other Chick-fil-A's including attendant led ordering in the drive thru and crowd control in the dining room. These have helped quite lot. The employees here are as friendly as any of the Chick-fil-A's I've been to. For quite some time they've had a special check in offer on yelp - a free Chocolate Chunk Cookie! Hello! These cookies are actually really hearty and good, soft, with large chunks of chocolate. I would say they're far better than what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. If that's not enough to get you to come in I don't know what is. Bonus - I've used the check in offer more than once. ;-) I would recommend downloading the Chick-fil-A One app because they often give away freebies in the app, no purchases necessary. The calendar card that is sold once a year around the holidays is also a great value and a good gift idea. It's 12 months worth of free items, one for each month, and typically costs about $7.00. So for the price of a meal you get 12 free things. It's great to have a Chick-fil-A on the South side of downtown, and this one has definitely improved over time. read more

This is the only CFA in my area that I pass on my daily commute.. unfortunately. I love Chick Fil A but this location doesn't feel like a CFA should. CFA is quite known for outstanding service and fast, fresh food. This location doesn't seem to have either. I've been to this location a number of times and never has the service been up to par. I've dined in and been told by the guy at the register that he will bring the drinks out, then never did. We asked the employee who brought out our food and she said apologized and brought them out. After that, we watched another employee go around the dining room and look at disastrously messy tables and not do anything about them. She also went around asking everybody if their food is good or if they needed refills.. but strangely enough she stopped by everybody but us. Walked right around. Okay. Strange? The drive through is weird too. First you have to circle the entire building to get into the drive through which is at the front of the store. It's weird, you have to drive through it to understand. But every time I've ordered from drive through, the employees don't sound warm and welcoming like at all other locations. Today I started an order and the guy cut me off after my first order and didn't care to ask if there was anything else I needed when I actually needed another meal for somebody else and also sauces. Be careful when you do mobile orders from this location. Out of 5 orders, 1 time my drinks were screwed up, and another time they forgot to put my sandwiches in the bag at the drive through. So they have gotten my orders correct 60% of the time. Check your bags and drinks every time, even if it holds up the line. read more
