I frequent chicfila weekly but how this location handles its drive through is absolutely insane. I use the mobile app to have my food prepared in advance but because they can't seem to figure it out like the other locations I still have to wait in the drive through line once I pick up my food because the line is double wrapped around the building and you can't get out. Stopped in here to try the new Gluten Free bun with a grilled chicken sandwich last Thursday. The GF bun was a little small and dry and tasted just okay. The bun did crumble apart as I ate my grilled chicken sandwich. This is somewhat typical of GF breads. My fries were lukewarm. I have visited this location a lot recently. More than I'm comfortable admitting, but I try to make healthy choices... Of course, there is that free chocolate chunk cookie you get with the Yelp check-in here. That's not helping (but oh so tasty). So, this is your basic Chick-fil-a with the addition of especially nice employees. Chick-fil-a employees in general tend to be the nicest of fast food workers, and this location stands out for having really fantastic service. (They have earned their "people love us on Yelp" sticker.) The good service is remarkable given how packed this place always seems to be. At lunch the drive-thru completely loops the building. There are employees outside with tablets to take your order to speed up the process. I decided to go inside for lunch once just to see if it was faster, and it really wasn't. I come here very often, and the food is always great, they never mess up on terms of quality. The issue I have is that every time I come during the evening/night they always mess up my order, always. My wife has a dairy allergy and I always order grilled nuggets, by the time I get home and look in the bag they're always breaded. I should've learned to check the bag before leaving by now, but even so, what's the point if they always mess up. It's extremely frustration because I end up having to cook or get her something else. If there was a closer Chick-fil-A to me, I'd stop coming to this location all together. My brother ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese. Lactose intolerant issues but when he ate it, it had indeed cheese in it. He threw it out. He kept the receipt and called corporate, they said told him to come in again and tell them to either give you a refund or another sandwich on us. We went and the manager that had a sleeve on her right arm, tan with black hair said absolutely not. I didn't get her name but I did see manager on her badge. She looked at him as if he was lying. It sucks when you pay for food and they mess up the order. They put tomatoes on your salad when you're allergic to them. Then you call in the guy identifies himself as the manager states he would take my name and replace my food. Just come on in the next time you visit and they would replace it. Then I go in the next time I want chicken. I speak with a cashier and he can't find my name. Then a girl name Tasha came over and I told her the same thing. She says a month is to long and they don't keep names that long. She was very rude and condescending to me. I asked for the corporate number and she says it on the door. This is a solid Chick-fil-A! It's in a convenient location, and the employees are friendly. The drive-thru does take a fairly long time. However, I've found this to be the case at most Chick-fil-A's. The inside line also takes a while. Even so, the space is clean and the food is above average quality for a fast food joint. You also get a free chocolate chip cookie if you check-in on Yelp! I had never ordered a cookie from a Chick-fil-A before and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was large and tasty. I also enjoy the Spicy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken nuggets. The nuggets are low calorie and high in protein, so I consider the nuggets an almost healthy snack option. Also, the lemonade here, like at all other Chick-fil-A's, is delicious. However, I noticed a tendency to put too much ice in the lemonades. I order the lemonade with "no ice" and I end up getting a ton more. The lemonade is still cold, too. Overall, this is a solid place for a snack. I recommend and will return when I'm in the mood for some lemonade. read more

What can I say about Chick-fil-A? I think the fact that every time I go to a Chick-fil-A the drive-through is full. That shows that it is a very popular place to eat. Most the time I go inside to place my order because it's not as full inside as it is outside in the drive-through line. But this place consistently delivers good fresh quality food. Their chicken sandwiches are delicious. Their waffle fries are unique and delicious. The chicken nuggets can be ordered breaded or grilled and they are real chicken. It is a great place to bring the kids and let them play in the little children's playground side of each restaurant. And the servers and cashiers there are always super friendly and seem to be genuinely happy to be working there. I have been to several Chick-fil-A's around central and western Florida and they are always consistent. The fact that they're closed on Sunday is a very courageous act, but one that I wish more of us would follow. They take seriously that Sunday is a day of worship and family time. What a wonderful world we would live in if we could get back to that way of life. read more

During my visit today with my kids to this Location. We went inside so that my kids could play and also because the drive thru line was around the building. I ordered a nugget combo meal as well as a spicy deluxe sandwich for lunch. When I placed my order and received food at my table I said thank you but did not receive the signature "my pleasure" in response. In addition to this When I checked into this location on my yelp app. It popped up a redemption for one free chocolate Chunk cookie with a purchase of a meal. When I asked for my free cookie I was told by the employees that they don't accept the Yelp offer and the only way to receive a free cookie is offered thru their own ChicFilA One app. I told them that was ok but I wanted to let a manager know as well so they could communicate this info to Yelp and have it pulled down. The Manager came over and stated they have communicated this "problem" with Yelp previously and that he doesn't know why they haven't removed it. Understandably this is not the fault of ChicFilA, however we visit many other locations around Orlando and elsewhere and they are always overly hospitable and great with families and children. With my children standing at the counter waiting for a cookie, they instead had to listen to the staff give every reason as why not to accept the offer instead of doing the right thing and still giving them the cookie. Other ChicFilA would have offered the cookie and still explained that they don't accept yelp offers, this location seemed annoyed by me trying to get something for free. Maybe they were stressed from lunch rush, Yes I could have bought a cookie, but the lack of apology from the staff was enough reason not to. As a side note the food was hot and good. read more

The drive-thru is predictably chaos, and usually wraps around the building. When it's extra busy, they usually have somebody standing outside with the tablet taking orders early so at least the line moves quickly. There's plenty of parking in the lot, but if you're not careful where you park you could get stuck. Overall, it's a solid location. read more

I love how at this particular location, they have a long wooden table in the middle of the restaurant, making it more homey.
