Amazing food! Fast and friendly service everytime. A little pricey but worth it. Kids love it

This is Customer Service!!! I wish every sit down restaurant can be like this place. The moment I walked in, my family and I were greeted with warm smiles and hello's! Before we sat down the manager was serving us our order!! They even had staff walking the dining area asking patrons if they needed anything! Nothing to brag about, this isn't my first complaint and will be my last because I refuse to dump and more money on this store. The fries that they put into the kids meals, were so over cooked and gross the had to be tossed. I called to tell them they need to take more pride in what they serve they're customers and it wasn't taken seriously, I'm sure I wasn't speaking to a manager nor did he ask if I wanted to speak to one. If your staff isn't trained in customer complaints and doesn't put you with a manager then they are headed for more unhappy customers. I will never go into this Oswego location again! read more

Gotta admit, this Chik fil A is killing it. Especially with COVID, they are the most consistent business to have all their employees wearing masks and gloves. I went to this location and just ordered a large order of fries, normally waffle fries are delicious, but this time was kinda disappointing. I asked for them to be crispy so they're cooked a little more then eating a half cooked potato. They said they were but really it's like they were done already and they just dropped them back in the grease for another minute. Which resulted in greasy fries rather then crispy, needless to say it was a waste of money and they went to the birds, literally. read more

Worst experience ever. Drive thru took forever. Grilled chicken nuggets were burnt, tasted burnt, dried out and very rubbery. Never had a bad experience here before or bad food. Needless to say it will be a long time before coming back here. I rather go spend my money somewhere else for the prices they charge. read more

Usually this place would get more then 5 stars. But Christina the girl at the register was very rude. She was rude and crabby. If ur not a morning person, don't work in the morning. Her tone was short and she just had a dirty look on her face the whole time she took the order. read more

Chick-fil-A is known for doing very well quite a few things. This location seems to excel. When you have young kids, this is the place to go. Kids can play and you all can eat - always a win. They have the nicest staff. I've never been asked at any other location if I need a refill, besides this one. They are constantly cleaning both the dining area amd the kids area. But not in an obtrusive way, in a let's keep this place looking great for you kind of way. I haven't yet needed anything, but I always appreciate seeing the sign in the bathroom letting me know they have diapers or bandaid or a host of other items a mom of little ones might need. I also appreciate seeing the managers walking out food if needed and working alongside their staff. Leadership works best this way. The only thing that could make this place better is to double the size of the play area and we could spend double the time. Which maybe wouldn't be that great for business, but would definitely be great for kids in the winter! read more

I've been to other Chick-fil-A's before but wasn't impressed with this one. Garbage was overflowing from the cans. I guess I'm used to the other restaurants that I've been to where they have employees walking around asking how things are going, if you want a drink refilled, etc. I don't think I'll be returning to this one any time soon. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! The first time I had these sandwiches was in Atlanta. I am not sure what is about the North, but my sandwich is never consistent. I know they are trying, but in the south the breading seemed to be done more, as well as the chicken. I Never had any fat on my chicken, example : I could eat the whole sandwich in the south and never have to worry about fat. Here, i have had several fatty sandwiches :( I will never give up, but please strive for the best! read more

GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS!!! They have weekly guests & crafts for the kids. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they come around to refill drinks & to see if we need anything. The play place is well-kept, but try to stay away during lunch (too many kids in there). Oh and pretty fast wifi :) read more

I just ate a Chik-fil-a for the first time in my life. I had recently moved into an apartment complex in the area there was a gallon of ice tea and a tray of chicken nuggets in my unit waiting for us. I decided to give this place a try and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement! It has nothing to do with the food although it was above average for fast food. The workers were very friendly and the food came out extremely fast. I had mentioned that it was my first time there and the employee comped our meal. An extremely friendly employee named Trent came around and asked id we needed more ketchup or napkins, refilled our drinks and took our tray. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

The food is really good, but oh my God. The prices are insane. We went once, and probably won't go back. I guess if you're rich then it is worth it, but if not forget about it. I don't think that their chicken sandwiches are any better than a chicken sandwich from Wendy's. read more

I don't know why my review from August got shot down and has not been shown. But here it is: Been there to eat 4 times, and each time you have the employees asking you if you need anything. They will refill your water or soda, take your tray from you. They are friendly and professional. For fast food, this place is my favorite due to the costumer service and food. read more

This establishment goes above and beyond for their customers. My family and I just came in for lunch and it started down pouring as we were about to leave, a young man walked myself, my son and my husband to the car with a large umbrella so we wouldn't get soaked! It was the nicest thing I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The staff is extremely polite and addresses you as Sir and Mam, in today's world, it's nice to see a company instilling that in their young employees. So I've been to this location plenty of times now and the food is good I would say better than other fast food. But What keeps me coming back the most is they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. All of their employees are real nice and helpful. But I want to review the first time we visited this this location when chick-fil-a first popped up in our area. So we walk in and we have to look over the menu since it's our first time here while we were looking we mention to the lady at the register that it's our first time there and I think she was more excited that it was our first time there than we where. She started explaining some of the menu and all the different sauces they had and how we have to try their chick-fil-a sauce. So we put the in our order and she said since it was our first time she would give a huge discount which was was a surprise to us. I don't think I've ever been to a fast food place or let alone any restaurant that did that. She Also gave us plenty of sauces without additional charge like some other places (McDonald's)!!! So we get our number and have a seat they brought out our food right away. The last thing that impressed me was when the front counter employees don't have customers in the front they come out to the lobby and check on the rest of the guest. So the same lady came out and asked how everything was and if there was anything she can get for us. So we said yea we could use a refill and she went on and got us a refill! Now I know I have never had that ever happen to me at fast food restaurant. I just want to give chick-fil-a a lot of credit on their training on the customer service and hospitality they are really doing a great job. Went in to get food for myself and all of my coworkers a few saturdays back and ordered a LOT of food. The staff helped me walk it out to my car and they got the entire order correct even with some specific orders mixed in there and when I said that I wanted "A ton of different sauces" they gave me exactly that. Customer service is top notch, place is kept clean and tidy and having a fast food business help me walk my food to my car was not only a pleasant experience but refreshing. I'll be back. OK LET ME START BY SAYING....I LOVE CHICK-FAL-A! in fact it was my first job in atlanta Ga when i was 14. And yes they Hired at 14 back in the 90's in ATL. And i have been eating there ever since. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week. I know it bad. The Chick-fal-a on Rt. 59 is doing Awesome! But this one is Oswego we well below par!!! I know they are "new" but i have been to alot of "new" stores that get it together alot faster then this one. I wan't goingto write a review hoping they would come around or that maybe it was just new people working. BUT... I have been for breatfast a few time lunch and dinner many times to this location and each time its something different thats wrong. NOW THEY ARE SMALL issues for most fast food places but CFA i hold to a higher standard. They have forgotten food on my order 2 times, The tea was old 2 times, Fries are soggy most all the time, cold nuggets, i waiting in line at the drive thru window for over 10 mins after i ordered with only 3 cars in line. When i ran the drive thru at CFA we had todo over 100+ cars from noon-1pm or we were in trouble. I live in between the 2 locations so for me ....I'll just keep going to the Rt. 59 location. read more

I had an issue with an employee one morning this past summer but when the owner learned about it ( Kevin) he went above and beyond to correct the situation!! He personally came to my house with a tray of nuggets and a gallon of sweet tea!! Now that is definitely superb customer service skills!! Zach is also a great guy!! Every time I go here I get great service from super friendly staff. My kids love the chicken nuggets and the shakes are delicious. I especially appreciate that they are so generous to the community. They donate to so many of the schools and clubs that my kids are involved in, and that is appreciated! read more

overall : 11/10 me and my friend went thru the drive thru and got a 12 pc and 8 pc meal and the meal was cooked to perfection and the fruit punch was smacking my taste buds. all in all very satisfied with my experience!!! read more
