    Barely cooked.

They can have two stars but honestly I am disappointed after trying this place three times. I want to like it, I really try. The ads and the propaganda around this place urges you to go and urges you to just accept it like it's something special like chick fila or in n out but it really isn't. The chicken is barely cooked. I mean slimy and breaded is barely there and definitely not crispy but soggy. I ordered and emphasized that last two times it was undercooked and I want it cooked and crispy. They confirm and pressed some button on their tablet so possibly that button was fake because it's not done. The fries are soggy and not even warm. I asked them to be fresh as well. This place is trash. They don't care and people just keep coming. I wait in line for undercooked soggy chicken and cold fries. Why do i try this three times? I won't try it again, this is an embarrassing thing for me now that I keep trying. Canes sucks point blank. It's trash and I won't have it again. 1 sat at for the sweet tea, I guess that was good.

    Part of my combo.

Came to try out raising Cane's today was in the mood for some chicken strips and fries and I heard they had Texas toast I got two chicken strip combos with extra cane sauce to go. I got here before 11 AM which I didn't know they were open before then which is cool so if I want some chicken in at 9 o'clock in the morning, they would be open when I got home. I started to eat it, and I was wishing that it was a whole lot crunchy or crispy and crinkle cut french fries which are my favorite french fries of all time needed to be cooked longer too the next time I go back, I will be asking if they can overcook my french fries. The surface was OK. I went through the drive-through and since it was so early, the line wasn't long. I did finish all the chicken not the fries they were just too underdone and unseasoned I guess I'll come back to try it again. The Texas toast was OK a bit soggy but it's bread so.

For as busy as this place always is, the quality of their fries is surprisingly neglected. Today they were the worst-- limp, pale, and undercooked. The chicken tenders are always really good though. I guess I'll order my fries more cooked next time.

I'm not sure what the hype is about but, it's a no for me. Chicken strips were nice and tender but no flavor. I was told people come for the sauce but the sauce wasn't anything to write home about. You would think you can't mess up fries, but they weren't salted and also had no flavor. The bread tasted like I'd rather not waste my calories eating it, so I didn't. The coleslaw was ok. Over all food is bland and I definitely don't recommend.

Super happy to have come here and see that so many people are here to enjoy Cane's chicken even at 1:30 in the morning. There's a security guard that oversaw the drive thru line to ensure everything went smoothly-- and he informed us that we could park for dine-in if we drove behind Firehouse Subs! Walking in, there was a lot of people seated and the smell of the nice and familiar Cane's chicken aroma filled the air. The cashiers went through the line quickly and orders came out within 5 minutes. As we were an online pickup order, we were directed kindly to wait alongside the shelves for online orders. It was brightly lit and cozy. I love the detailing and care put into this establishment. There's special decorations on the walls that I have never seen at other Cane's locations-- they were specially designed for Palmdale. One included a tribute to NBA player Paul George, a fellow high school alumni. The fried chicken tasted crunchy and delicious. It was cooked well. The bread was as soft and buttery as I remembered them to be. I hope the staff here continue to spread the amazing hit of Cane's and keep up their hard work!

Supposed to be a 3 finger combo, but it more like a kids meal.

No place to sit, charge extra for lemonade, charge extra for Honey mustard and I ordered a 3 finger combo and received a kids meal. I will only visit canes outside of California. This was terrible. Nickel and diming customers lose you customers. You've just lost this one.

Super Bowl Sunday! Ordered ahead two days in advance,…read moreknowing that this was gonna be a busy day on the online webpage stated we could pay cash or card. We opted for cash. Come Super Bowl Sunday today. They called us and told us because we didn't pay card. We're not a priority pick up and that we would have to come and wait in the back of the line as if we never ordered . So my husband decided to call them back and just give them a card and be done with it then the lady tells us we can't take card payments over the phone. You'll still need to come in. I understand how busy today can be for a restaurant with a sick child. I don't feel it's appropriate to take him into a restaurant Which is why we ordered ahead this business based on the reviews I'm already looking at could do better. Highly highly highly dissatisfied with the un organization of the company I will not be eating here ever and I will not be placing an order. I will go to Buffalo wild wings from here on out. I highly recommend you do not support them for their rude customer service. We are paying their job when making a order if nobody pays they don't have a job. Be humbled or get a new job. I don't like to post these kinds of reviews as everybody can see my reviews are very friendly, but this beyond has just baffled me. Goodbye Wingstop...

4/5 stars mostly for the servers…read more Came here for lunch with my son and left pretty happy overall, mostly thanks to the service. There was no hostess when we walked in so it took a minute to get noticed, but a guy at the takeout counter flagged us down and got us seated. An older lady took our order and let us know about the lunch special instead of just letting us order full price -- 10 bone-in wings for $14 or 10 boneless for $12, comes with a side (fries, or upgrade to wedges/tots) and a drink. Genuinely such a good deal, more people should know about it. Our server Daija was excellent -- sweet, attentive, introduced herself as soon as she got back from break. A big rush came in later (3-4 tables at once) and she ended up handling all of them solo. Handled it really well, stayed friendly the whole time even though the place felt a little short-staffed. Food was a mixed bag. We got Asian Zing, mango habanero, Thai curry, and German jalapeno. Thai curry was the surprise favorite -- slightly heavy-handed but it worked. Asian Zing was standard/solid. German jalapeno sauce felt a little thin, not as lemony or spicy as usual. Mango habanero was the letdown -- had the mango flavor but no actual habanero heat, which kind of defeats the point. Tots were crispy, wedges were great, wings were cooked well texture-wise -- it was really just sauce consistency that needed work. Customer service carried this visit. Kitchen could use some fine-tuning on the sauces, but I'd absolutely come back for that lunch special and to get sat by Daija again.

We were repeatedly told "10-15 more minutes," only to watch our table get given to another party that arrived after us. Meanwhile, multiple groups were seated ahead of us, and our party size was even changed on the waitlist without explanation. To make it worse, the manager didn't apologize and seemed completely dismissive. If you can't accommodate large parties, just be honest. We left and took our business elsewhere. We won't be back.

As you drive up it is a stand along building with plenty of parking on the far back left side of the parking lot plaza. The interior is very unique, dark back ground with blue lighting with many wall art pieces and TV's you can view within any seating options. They have bar top seating, table and charges and booths. Plenty of seating for small and large parties. As you can see from the menu pictures below they have many food options depending on what you in the mood for. We stopped in during lunch to test out their wings, we heard they were very good, they did not disappoint. The lunch special is a great way to sample their food, we each had our own wing lunch special, I had the 10 piece, you can get two choices of sauce with the 10pc only, my brother had the 8 piece, each order comes with a drink and your choice of fries or onion rings, great price for the wings. The wings had great flavor and were fair sized, I was very impressed with the "hot" buffalo sauce, very tasty with a small kick, I would recommend a try, I also ordered the spicy teriyaki,it was ok but my brother ordered the spicy lemon pepper that is also a hit and a must try. The french frys were criss cut and good sized portion as well. The staff was friendly, we had a great interaction with the bartender (Ash) who brought over our drinks. Overall, a very good experience, we are also looking for a spot to watch the World Cup games and Ash mention that they were going to support the games, we will be back next week to take in the games and more of the menu.

Following our epically failed experience at the NEW Coach's location in Palmdale, we came here in…read morehopes of enjoying Coach's like we used to. The wait staff was pleasant enough, but all the additional charges are out of hand! I had ran into this issue here, previously, as well as at the NEW Coach's just earlier today. We ordered one dozen wings. We asked for the six flats of the order to be "mild" and the six drums to be the spiciest they have (which is not spicy at all). We asked for them to be extra wet. My wife likes ranch with hers, while I like blue cheese. When the ticket is presented, there are up-charges for ALL FLATS and ALL DRUMS, a charge for the blue cheese, a charge for ordering the wings wet. Seriously?! First of all, I had spoken to a manager at this location previously about the up-charges for separating the flats and drums to different flavor profiles. The manager agreed that I should not be charged for this and removed those charges. In discussion with the manager at the NEW Coach's, earlier today, the same consensus was relayed. STOP CHARGING FOR THIS! Look, I could understand if I was ordering six or twelve wings and asking for all of them to be drums or flats. When one orders twelve wings, which is generally equal amounts of drums and flats, why am I attempting to be up-charged twice for having one sauce on all the flats in my order and another sauce on all the drums? Why are you charging me for another dipping sauce on an order of twelve wings? You give one dipping sauce for an order of six wings. You think one dipping sauce is compatible for an order of twelve? You charge me for asking for our wings extra wet? The only reason we ask for them that way is because the wings are nearly dry if you don't. And, the little dollop of sauce that came with the wings was hardly worthy of being called "wet". I had to ask for more sauce because there was not enough to even consider them being viewed as wet when they arrived to the table. This place is going downhill; quick, fast, and in a hurry since the transition to new ownership. Coach's used to be a place we could enjoy going to and count on their menu staples being available (if they weren't sold out!). The fried green beans were in high demand. So much so that they were sold out when we went, a few times. Their pretzels were also a huge hit! The new owners removed them from the menu. I know they have had numerous requests to bring them back, but they couldn't care less. The food has gone downhill, the wait staff is not as lively and personable as they used to be, the extra charges are ridiculous, and the new owners don't give a rat's a$$ about their customers; they only care about trying to make money (while removing a couple of the best selling items on the original Coach's menu). Make that make sense! Remove sell-out items when your only focus is about making money. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was halfway attentive. Good luck with your future, as you continue to lose previously loyal customers!
