    Barely cooked.
    Ben S.

They can have two stars but honestly I am disappointed after trying this place three times. I want to like it, I really try. The ads and the propaganda around this place urges you to go and urges you to just accept it like it's something special like chick fila or in n out but it really isn't. The chicken is barely cooked. I mean slimy and breaded is barely there and definitely not crispy but soggy. I ordered and emphasized that last two times it was undercooked and I want it cooked and crispy. They confirm and pressed some button on their tablet so possibly that button was fake because it's not done. The fries are soggy and not even warm. I asked them to be fresh as well. This place is trash. They don't care and people just keep coming. I wait in line for undercooked soggy chicken and cold fries. Why do i try this three times? I won't try it again, this is an embarrassing thing for me now that I keep trying. Canes sucks point blank. It's trash and I won't have it again. 1 sat at for the sweet tea, I guess that was good.

    Part of my combo.

Came to try out raising Cane's today was in the mood for some chicken strips and fries and I heard they had Texas toast I got two chicken strip combos with extra cane sauce to go. I got here before 11 AM which I didn't know they were open before then which is cool so if I want some chicken in at 9 o'clock in the morning, they would be open when I got home. I started to eat it, and I was wishing that it was a whole lot crunchy or crispy and crinkle cut french fries which are my favorite french fries of all time needed to be cooked longer too the next time I go back, I will be asking if they can overcook my french fries. The surface was OK. I went through the drive-through and since it was so early, the line wasn't long. I did finish all the chicken not the fries they were just too underdone and unseasoned I guess I'll come back to try it again. The Texas toast was OK a bit soggy but it's bread so.

For as busy as this place always is, the quality of their fries is surprisingly neglected. Today they were the worst-- limp, pale, and undercooked. The chicken tenders are always really good though. I guess I'll order my fries more cooked next time.

I'm not sure what the hype is about but, it's a no for me. Chicken strips were nice and tender but no flavor. I was told people come for the sauce but the sauce wasn't anything to write home about. You would think you can't mess up fries, but they weren't salted and also had no flavor. The bread tasted like I'd rather not waste my calories eating it, so I didn't. The coleslaw was ok. Over all food is bland and I definitely don't recommend.

Super happy to have come here and see that so many people are here to enjoy Cane's chicken even at 1:30 in the morning. There's a security guard that oversaw the drive thru line to ensure everything went smoothly-- and he informed us that we could park for dine-in if we drove behind Firehouse Subs! Walking in, there was a lot of people seated and the smell of the nice and familiar Cane's chicken aroma filled the air. The cashiers went through the line quickly and orders came out within 5 minutes. As we were an online pickup order, we were directed kindly to wait alongside the shelves for online orders. It was brightly lit and cozy. I love the detailing and care put into this establishment. There's special decorations on the walls that I have never seen at other Cane's locations-- they were specially designed for Palmdale. One included a tribute to NBA player Paul George, a fellow high school alumni. The fried chicken tasted crunchy and delicious. It was cooked well. The bread was as soft and buttery as I remembered them to be. I hope the staff here continue to spread the amazing hit of Cane's and keep up their hard work!

Supposed to be a 3 finger combo, but it more like a kids meal.

No place to sit, charge extra for lemonade, charge extra for Honey mustard and I ordered a 3 finger combo and received a kids meal. I will only visit canes outside of California. This was terrible. Nickel and diming customers lose you customers. You've just lost this one.

I don't understand why we couldn't add flavor to our food. Whether it be on the fries or god forbid our chicken. It was just oil. And on top of that the chicken was as small as my index finger and on top of that we told the cashier it was our first time and we asked for their famous canes sauce and they charged me. Be a better establishment and give condiments for free. Btw the canes sauce is horrible as well. I don't c what all the hype is about. I'm never ever coming back again. Oh and now looking at my photos I guess we can't seem to bread our chicken either. And the bread was no taste and dry. Ok now I'm done.

This bright restaurant certainly fit that description! We were impressed by the Hawaiian feel and decor right from the start. We were welcomed so warmly by the young manager and his staff. He explained the menu and some of the options and also that Thursday was a discount day if you ordered a dish that featured chicken as the main protein, because it was Thursday. My partner chose a chicken bowl on a bed of coconut rice (12.99) and I chose the combination chicken breast and shredded luau pork plate (17.99) also with coconut rice, and a delightful mix of sautéed broccoli florets, diced zucchini, onion, and finally shredded carrots. There were four accompanying sauces to sample. I liked a combination of the spicy teriyaki with the pineapple teriyaki. The Sriracha was too hot for me because I'm a wimp when it comes to hot things, and I just didn't love their peanut sauce very much. I think the recipe could be reworked. But I liked that they offered peanut sauce as an option! They also served us a tasty Hawaiian style macaroni salad made with cavatappi pasta. Portions were large, and I love their presentation for dining in, especially the angled bowls. Even their take-home was in high-quality reusable plastic containers , showing the care they gave for even the smaller details. Dessert options include an individual pineapple upside down cake (4.99) and choice of large size chocolate chunk or salted caramel cookies (2.99). There was a serve yourself drink station. Because my partner had the chicken protein he was gifted a free drink. They have locations also in Simi Valley and in Ventura city. The Palmdale location has been opened already for 17 years! We plan to come back here again for certain the next time we're in Palmdale. Plenty of free parking as it's part of a large shopping area, but easily seen from the street. So in short, this was a great find!

I've come here for years, and the food is always great!! A few of my faves, the macaroni salad, pulled pork sandwich, chicken bowl with coconut rice or noodles, Caesar salad... my husband has had a few of the seafood dishes and he's never been disappointed either. The service is always excellent, everybody is nice, so welcoming right away, and the food is always incredibly fast. I mean, I'm able to come here on a 30 minute break, get my food and eat, and still have half of my break left. The outdoor patio, and inside seating is comfortable, clean, and well kept. One of my favorite places to go!

I'm all for convenience, but this felt like a recipe for disaster. The AI couldn't even clearly confirm if our order was correct. It kept asking if everything looked right on the screen, but there was no screen at the drive thru! We tried telling the AI our order didn't sound right and asked if we could speak to a human. It said it would get a team member to help, but we waited and no one ever came. We ended up going inside and ordering through the kiosk instead. The workers inside felt very disengaged, robotic, just packing orders without assisting anyone at the counter. We stood there for a while and no one asked if we needed help. One worker even made eye contact with me, smirked, and went back to packing orders without asking what we needed. I literally just needed to ask for hot sauce. This whole experience was really disappointing and ended up wasting a lot of time. It also makes you question how accurate orders taken by AI really are. After reading other reviews, it seems like this isn't just a one time issue. This location really needs to be looked into by management or corporate.
