Worst Chick-fil-A I've been too. The outside is confusing. They don't have a positive attitude.

I would say that 9 of my last 10 drive thru orders have been wrong requiring us to go back to the restaurant to get things fixed. Which is ridiculously annoying. read more

My wife found a human fingernail in her chicken wrap. I brought it to the attention of the workers at the front and was simply asked if we wanted to order something else. No apology was given, no one from management came out to speak with me or came over to our table. Customers are just a number and if a mistake is made, nothing is done to make things right. Came to this location multiplier times thinking it would be different because it's chuck fil a right? This is the only one I've ever been to where employees have shit attitudes and sass back at customers. Didn't have my sauce I said could I please get some chick fil a sauce and instead of just handing me sauce I get "you already have sauce in your bag" which there wasn't. First and last time at this location. The wrap around is not directed at entrance. It may seem like u r in the correct order line and after waiting in the vehicle, you're told it's the wrong line. Be prepared to wait in multiple lines. They will need an engineer degree to figure out the logistics they have just doesn't work. read more

Do t worry about placing a order on the ap for pick up because they aren't going to prepare it for you until you get there and if it's a big order forget being on a time to your function. I placed a $80 order on the ap to pick up for a sales meeting this morning I even acknowledge on the ap that I was in line 15 mins before I arrived so it would be ready. Took them 39 mins to prepare it while I was waiting I had to call twice and go inside. Unacceptable from a Chick-fil-A. read more

NEVER order delivery from 23rd street Chic Fila, they ignore pick up orders per manager Nick, he told me when I called because delivery driver told why food was so late, that he didn't know what "you" people expected if we were not willing to come ourselves to order and pick up our own food. He said that even the owner Donald instructed them to put deliveries by Uber, Doordarsh and other pickup orders behind. He said he got them all together and explained they were not priority, even if I the customer called, paid and ordered food well before those they were just now getting ordered for. Nick even went further when I said I have to get my children ready for school as well as myself ready for work and some mornings I don't have time to prepare breakfast, so I order delivery to help me be on time. I told him I wanted a way to talk to owner, then called me "sweety" and said that even the said to stop pick up orders. I told him not to patronize me and that I was going to start recording him and his rudeness and he promptly hung up. I have eaten, taken my family for years to Chic Fila, and have never had such treatment. I will never eat, or order through this store on 23rd street Panama City again. I guess that you are not considered a customer even though they take your order and pay. Nick should start telling people when they order online that they are not a good customer, and that their order will be considered second to others. read more

It's sad when Walmart have more Chick-fil-A sauce than the actual Chick-fil-A restaurant. I hate when I order food and I asked for specific sauce and they told me that they have it and then I get home and realize that they put something completely different in there and now I can't even eat the food because I don't use the other sauce and the Chick-fil-A nuggets are dry without what I asked for. This is the strangest Chick Fil A I've ever been to. We walked over here while waiting to get our tire changed at Discount. You walk in and the place is dead, which is weird for a Chick Fil A. Is eerily quiet, no music or anything. There's a guy pushing an open trash can around the restaurant with a reflector vest on. No offense but he smells like he hasn't showered in a while, his clothes are dirty, and the trash is stinky and unappetizing sitting next to our table while he wanders around picking up pieces of straw wrappers. The people behind the counter are probably some of the gruffest employees. The restaurant dining room is dirty and smells like a sour bar. So so odd. Our food took forever considering there is NO ONE here. And guess what? It was wrong. So I went up to the counter to to get the right thing. The girl said she'd bring it out. Well she walks over to the table after talking to Angela, who I assume is the shift leader, and argues with me that they brought it to me the way I ordered it. I had to explain to her that just because my boyfriend didn't want pickles on his sandwich didn't mean that I didn't want picked on mine. That was a very hard concept for her to grasp I guess. The chic fila down the street burned down and the one drive thru only is getting remodeled so this new chick fila is the last one out of Panama City outside of the mall. Go to any other Chick-fil-A in Panama City. This one has got to be the worst when it comes to getting an order right. Been here often and sometimes think it's a one off mistake of them missing something on my order but no, it is every single time I have gone. Missing sauces, no fries, a chicken-fil-a sandwich with NO BUN! I have seen it all. This place needs better employees. What set me off to write this review was that one time I went here and they missed my child's order, I noticed after I drove all the way home, drove back and they didn't even apologize. In the end, if you are on this street.. just drive down to the Chick-fil-A by the CVS can get better service. read more

They gave my wife's credit to another female customer by mistake. I contacted the location looking for the credit card and the manager was curt about the situation. This location does not the friendliest staff and with management like that, I can understand why. Chick-fil-A please train your managers better which should transfer to your employees. read more

I haven't been to a chick fil a in a long time.. but I do not remember ever, in my many times of being to a chick fil a, having a bad customer service interaction. This location proved me otherwise. Did not once here a "my pleasure", and was scolded for not having the menu memorized. Got to the drive through to find the menus hadn't been switched to lunch from breakfast. When asked what I would like to order I was unsure of what number I usually order, because I was looking at the breakfast menu.. an attendant quickly ran out to fix it, but I was given no apology and it really didn't seem like it was "their pleasure" to be served at all. I was hesitant to place a large order 30 minutes before closing, as I would anywhere and normally wouldn't do but took the chance for my chick-fil-a hungry colleagues. This chick-fil-a is doing the most. Once I came by and the workers gave my family free food, because their computer stopped working and they didn't want us to wait any longer than about five minutes. I'm a little confused by all the negative reviews of this chick fil a. It actually made me nervous when first moving out here to go but you know, been to one chick fil a, why stop. It's a good fast food spot. Anyways, I've been going to this chick fil a for about three years now. The time we sat inside before Covid and all was fine. Since Covid I just do mobile orders and haven't had an issue with the customer service here or quality of the meals. There have been times (twice out of three years of frequent visits)when my order was missing items but we're all human, and it's chick fil a, their customer service is one of their best qualities; I reached out and they corrected the issue both from corporate and from local management. No matter the chick fil a you go to, you're going to have to be patient, which I don't mind if it means I'm receiving fresh fries, a hot sandwich and a cool drink which I so far, always have. read more

Had a free Chickfila sandwich gift card which I always use to get the spicy one because I do not like the regular. I have done this numerous times at multiple locations and never had an issue. However today I was told I couldn't use it for a spicy chicken sandwich after I was handed the food. I told them I didn't want the food then since I couldn't use the card for it. They then took the food back into the store (which is against store policy because of cross contamination) as well as during the whole covid 19 pandemic which makes it much less safe to take in food back from customers. Will be calling corporate later to report the health violation as well as the terrible service I received. Don't recommend going here. read more

Compared to previous experience at Chick-fil-A in Destin Florida this Chick-fil-A did a great job. They were efficient and friendly.

Cold food, forgot all my sauces and frys are soggy. I have never had a bad chick-fil-a experience but this one is the worst!

Every time I have ordered from this location they always mess up. Between messing up what I ordered and getting the drinks right every single time something is wrong. They also forgot sauces even when stated on my online order that i want It. They also forget utensils when ordering salad, soup or Mac and cheese. Not e good experience with mobile orders. read more
