However, I did feel that my sandwich was a bit on the dry side and that it could have used a bit more tzatziki. My wife enjoyed her pita as well, especially the basil pesto. Finally, my kids each ate half of the grilled cheese pita, most of the fresh fruits, and pretty much all of my wife and my chips. Since they can be picky eaters I would definitely consider that a success. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My whole family enjoyed our food and I thought it was reasonably priced, so why not.

**** WARNING LONG POST!!!!!! NEVER LET YOUR CHILDREN WORK HERE!!!!!!!***** Management, specifically SHANELLE DONALDSON takes pride in harassing (especially intimidating and BULLYING) NEW minor employees . She also violates the Florida Labor Laws for minors getting their breaks vindictively. Seems she is too caught up in proving a point to whoever is on the clock at the expense of children. She also has had relationships with the male staff that are at least 10 years younger than her, giving them unfair privileges over the other employees (confirmed by SEVERAL employees that work there, no one likes her apparently, wonder why? ) and it's sad I had to step in a take up for my minor relative. All the harassment (following my her to the bathroom and INSIDE it while she was taking an emergency call from a sick family member, then opening the door wide while scolding her about rules she DID NOT know, for the whole restaurant to see her in the bathroom, definitely a violation of privacy) is stemming from one of her exes at work (messy) flirting with my family. My family member has shown no mutual interest. She is a straight A high school senior, no time for BOYS. Upon walking in the restaurant to have a chat between 2 GROWN women, Shanelle instantly got on the defense when I named whose relative I was as I was presenting myself face to face, politely at that, because of her guilty conscious. I work for a 911 agency so I am a master of keeping cool while being thrown attitudes. She couldn't answer probing questions about their hiring process and how they train their employees and the rules they lay out without an attitude. After attempting a discussion about the orientation process, during which I was informed employees are only given a packet and sent home. Nothing was ever explained. As hard as it was, I kept my cool because I am GROWN, and would never do anything to jeopardize my baby sister's job. With her STANK attitude in tow, she wanted to be PATRONIZING after the fact as I turned to leave and laughed (pretty loudly, we all know that petty chuckle we've received dealing with customer service providers to attempt to get under our skin) , under her breath when I respectfully told her to have a good day. Then Shanelle proceeded to tell all the other employees on the floor the minor is off the schedule immediately. And manually crossed her out (we have a photo of the edited schedule.) After today, I am fully convinced she is incapable of handling a business professionally, she could've taken her employee into the office, very childish (she's almost 30) and confirming that she TRIES to be a BULLY before being a LEADER. This is OBVIOUS workplace retaliation, (which is ILLEGAL) the action was so IMMEDIATE and BLATANT , before I could even get in my car I was called with the news from my sister. Retaliation is illegal. Do better with hiring the managers (hire LEADERS that are smart enough to know the laws and what is illegal under the EEOC) and who are aware of the examples they set for the young impressionable employees working under them because she has a NASTY, JEALOUS, BITTER, WANNA BE INTIMIDATING attitude. Sorry this is a long review but I have never and will never play about my family, especially when it's a MINOR being BULLIED by a so called ADULT in a "leadership role". This Zaxby's is under horrible management!! They treat their employees like crap and allow harassment and threats without doing anything about it, they play favorites with the wrong employees, don't ever work there, the manager is pathetic and worthless when harassment is reported and he wants to call a minor teen a liar when there were tons of witnesses, not a good or safe workplace for anyone to work!
