It pains me to write this, but this location has gone WAY downhill super fast. I suspect it's poor training and poor quality of worker, but I can t be sure. I generally do drive through, and ever since they reopened, my orders are wrong 3 out of 4 visits. I'm not kidding. Either they give me the wrong drink or forget a side. Yesterday I got soup and salad with no utensils and no napkins!!! If I order grilled nuggets, I get fries. If I order Diet Coke with light ice, I get a Coke with no ice in it. Weekends and mornings seem to be their very worst time, but it's honestly pretty bad throughout the entire day. I genuinely hope they get it together here. It's Chick-Fil-A. You likely know what to expect. I have come across some locations that are much better or worse than the standard, but in general, CFA is one of if not THE best run fast food chains out there. They handle massive volumes at peak times, but consistently deliver. This particular location in Kendron Village in Peachtree City is definitely better than average. I like to dine in, and they always take my order quickly and deliver my food to my table with a smile. Sometimes I pickup large orders of breakfast sandwiches for the office (20 or more). Worst chick Fil- A in all of Georgia. In fact, Almost every Chick Fil A I've been to in Georgia is atrocious and given that, this Chick Fil- A doesn't have have much to compete with anyways. I don't know how my orders ALWAYS (emphasis on this word, and it's definitely literal) get screwed up. They just can't get anything right at this place. Managers are as useless as the teens working there. I live 4 minutes away, which is the only reason for my convenience to show up here. But I really need to not show up, I don't think I can count a time they got my order right. I'm sure everyone gets mixed experiences but my God, mines has been the worst. Avoid it, or show up and you'll end up having to go right back inside. You'd think Georgia would have the best Chil Fil A's because it's their hometown, but it's by far the worst state to be buying that chicken. I stopped in Thursday afternoon with my Granddaughter and we both ordered Salads both were good as usual but to my surprise halfway thru my salad , I look down and found a 4 legged bug ... OMG!! I immediately got up and discreetly walked over and waved down a manager.. while trying not to cause to much attention and vomit as well and thought surely with this being Chic fila , this would be handled much better than the manager trying to offer me another salad in its place . This place is horrible. They skimp you on fries and give them to you undercooked. My fries tasted soggy as well. Not only that, they added on two extra things I didn't even ask for and charged me extra. I waited in line for 15 minutes with nobody in front of me and they gave the food to the people behind me and the people two cars behind me first. We were in line before 9pm to order two milk shakes and a cookie. There was a golf cart in front that took so long to order, that by the time we got to the lady to take our order she told us they were close. She could have easily told us ahead of time that she was not going to take anymore customers. Normally chickfila has better customer service. The service is always great, my only quip with Chik-fil-A in general is that the company as a whole needs to be better about not using styrofoam and single use plastic. It would be hard for me not to ever give any chick-fil-a 4 or even 5 stars. This chick-fil-a sits right off peachtree parkway and hwy 74 and is easy to access but hard to get out of if you want to get back out on to Hwy 74. The way the traffic layout is you have to go down to Kroger and then to the light , turn left on peachtree parkway and then right or left on hwy 74 depending on your direction of travel. If you are going down Peachtree Parkway towards the city you are fine. This chick-fil-a doesnt ever really seem to be as busy as the other ones in town. Location I guess. The staff is alway very nice, there is always plenty of parking, the food is pretty much always up to standards. I have gone in 2 different times later at night (9:30 pm) or so , near the time they close and the tea has been a little nasty but they have been more than willing to make new tea for me. The restaurant is always clean as are the bathrooms. Like I said.. you cant really go wrong by visiting any chick-fil-a Give it a try if you haven't. read more

The Chick-Fil-A sauce tastes like a mixture of barbecue sauce and honey mustard, and I like the spicy dressing - a creamy and spicy sauce. Dining in is just as quick as driving through, and even if you see a crowd of families, know that you will receive your food very quickly. Chick-Fil-A has ample amounts of condiments - flavored creamers, Frank's hot sauce, mayonnaise, and any other kind of condiment you can think of for your easy access. The employees are quick to help you, say "Mah pleasure," and fast on refilling your drink before you need it. And they serve Diet Dr. Pepper! Their drinks are in styrofoam cups which means your crushed ice lasts all day, but sometimes the straw bursts through the bottom of the cup. I have loved Chick Fil A for many years and they are all good. However, this particular location is exceptional. Their service is very fast and efficient and always delivered with a smile. If the drive through line gets long, they send an employee outside to take your order in person before you get to the "squawk box" and radio the order back inside. If you order a catering tray they carry the tray out to your car for you. What service! The manager is always on top of things. One day I observed him walking out to the parking lot to pick up a lone piece of trash that someone had left on the pavement. Now THAT is attention to detail. Not to mention that the chicken, fries, cole slaw, brownies, fruit salad, and on and on, are top notch, tasty food.
