Hate to rate 3 stars but this a repeat experience for me...ordered wings as I wanted a "protein only" meal following a diet...wings were pretty well done and hard to get off the bone and the celery and carrots looked as if they had been in a fridge for weeks. Our gracious server brought out replacements, but they only looked slightly better than the previous celery and carrots. Kroger is just a half a block away and has fresh produce...This is something that should never get past an expeditor. read more

This is a hidden gem in Peachtree city! They have a market to the right and the restaurant on the left. Very beautiful, upscale ambience. Reservations are highly recommended because it does get busy and the parking lot gets full. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that you're having a great experience. Perfect for all occasions. This is my second time dining here and I haven't had a bad meal. I consider myself a burger connoisseur and this French onion burger gets a 10/10! Came to Elliott's for a private birthday event. The lofted private space they have is adorable and perfect for a small intimate gathering of 20 or less people. The food was tasty and well prepared. The drinks were good with just enough kick for a dinner affair. The wait staff was attentive to our needs, even with the large group. Parking is limited right around a restaurant. However, there are more spaces at the surrounding businesses were closed in the evening. read more

Super cool vibe at this place. We had the upstairs for a private party and a custom menu. Very good drinks - I had a couple of basil Lemondrop martinis and a c white chocolate cherry martini for dessert. The only hiccup of the night was not asking if we had any allergies, one of our guests has a but allergy and we did it know there were nuts in potato casserole until she took a bite. The pork appetizer at Elliot's was VERY important. The pork was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside (good for tiny teeth). It had a little sweet sauce and green stuff that my mom liked more than me. I mostly focused on the pork and blueberries, which I did try and did not spit out -- so that's a win. I also had the fries (they were very good, trust me, even though Mom forgot to take a picture). I would eat those again immediately. Overall: fun plate, good bites, and I stayed in my seat the whole time, which means it was excellent. I would come back. Probably for fries. read more

We had a wonderful time after we finally got the seating set. Jewels is amazing a great server and very welcoming, all around amazing. We made our reservations for an anniversary gift. The happy couple have never been here and we wanted to treat them. They placed us in a 4 person booth for 5 grown adults. The three of us sat elbow to elbow, like the back of an economy class jet. We naturally gave the happy couple the other side. It would have been very nice if it was just 4. All we got when we brought up the seating arrangement from the manager on duty was "this is the only option or you can sit outside" (it was 90° out) she also mentioned this was a 6 top, idk how. Seemed very rude and condescending, making us feel like the problem. Afterward food and the service was amazing. Can't praise Jewels more. read more

What a wonderful meal! I brought my mother here for dinner and we were both very impressed. The staff was top notch, A++. The were the perfect amount of attentive and extremely helpful. I asked some strange questions about my dietary needs and they were able to answer them all. The restaurant was bright, clean, and inviting. I'm not typically a homestyle kind of food girl when it comes to my choice in restaurants. This place had a bit of homestyle cooking that was elevated. The pot roast I had was out of this world! I will say, the brussels sprouts were not my favorite. I felt they were a tiny bit undercooked and lacked flavor. Aside from that everything was perfection. My mom loved her turkey and dressing. The deviled eggs appetizer was really yummy. They also had some unique cocktails. I had the Bare Bandit which was a Mezcal cocktail. Again, not typically my thing, but it was balanced out really well with the other ingredients. Definitely a place to note when in this area again. I'd love to return. read more

The atmosphere is beachy upscale (with a hot pink flourescent take out sign that looks like it should be in a strip joint) but the food is southern. The best thing about our meal was the lettuce in the salad. The Pot Roast was decent but not great. The blue cheese salad dressing is spicy (unpleasantly unexpected). The cornbread was extremely dry. The fries and sweet potato fries are likely frozen from Cisco. The Brussels Sprouts were not tender and I couldn't finish them as my jaw was getting tired of trying to chew them. Our meals were mostly edible but not enjoyable. Will NOT be back. read more

Love Elliot's. So pretty and clean. The team is kind and happy. The food is delightful. It's like a southern grandmother is in the back cooking. We enjoyed the food so much I forgot to take pics past our drinks. This is the place I bring my company when they're in town if I want to impress them. We ordered very dirty martini's, fried green tomatoes, crab dip, redfish, meatloaf, pumpkin cheesecake, brownie sundae, creamcycle float. Oh my. What a wonderful dinner. Elegance meets rustic charm. Unpretentious and cozy. We we met with high vaulted ceilings adorned with illuminated paper orbs of light and floor to ceiling curtains. Cozy sage colors surround airy booths and a full bar. There was also a separate upstairs seating/special events area with velvet curtains for privacy. The service was impeccable. James knew the menu and offered suggestions, but I was intent on starting with the fried green tomatoes, which were crispy, cheesy and flavorful. My husband had the Chicken fried chicken with creamed corn and carrots with goat cheese. What a combination of flavors! I selected the Southern Cobb Salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. The deviled eggs, avocado slices and finely grated Gouda were just the perfect toppings for a comfort salad (if there is such a thing!). It's understandable why this is such a hot spot and reservations are often fully booked by the weekend, but we were lucky enough to get in to have an early dinner. We will certainly return when we're back in the Peachtree City area! read more

This was my second time here and I can easily go back again to try different things. We seem to always get the egg rolls as they are phenomenal. Would honestly recommend getting two orders of them if you have 3 or more people as they are small. Located in a modern farmhouse building is Elliott's, an upscale Southern bistro. The food was very flavorful and delicious. Everything that we tried was excellent. The fried green tomatoes were a perfect appetizer to start on our food journey, as the flavors of each ingredient marry well into each other to create a delicious crunchy bite. The entrées and the side dishes were also very tasty and appetizing. The turkey was very moist and tender, and the chicken was yummy. The side dishes are wonderful and attentively flavorful, which is a fantastic surprise from most Southern restaurants. Even if Southern cuisine is not your type of fare, everyone can find something on the menu to fit their appetite. This bistro is a great establishment, and I can't wait to go back. Wow, excellent atmosphere food and personnel. We sat at the bar because they were busy but the drinks and the bartender were exceptional. He gave us several drinks to try that we're very good and they set the pace for an excellent dinner. Really nice (newer) spot in Ptree City! The interior of the restaurant is extremely nice and tidy. A traditional southern menu, I opted for the chopped steak with gravy, sweet potato soufflé and broccoli. My dish was good but overall a little dry. Both the meat and the soufflé were dry tasting. Overall not a deal killer though, I will be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu. The price point is a little higher but for what you're getting it's probably worth it. First time eating here, I'm from San Diego but visiting family and I really enjoyed almost everything about this restaurant! We got there around 4 on Saturday and it was pretty busy so we just ended up sitting at the bar, which was a great choice because the bartender Madison took great care of us! He had great recommendations. I ended up having a couple of The Elliot drink and also The Elliot signature pot roast which was delicious! Everyone else also thought their food was delicious. I also really liked the fried green tomato as an appetizer and the pumpkin praline cheesecake for dessert. Would recommend this restaurant but arrive early if you want a table! read more

Not only was the place clean and lovely decorated, but the staff and service was above expectations, for a lunch meal. The food was very delicious! Food was very good. Fresh and interesting combination of flavors. Server was attentive and gave helpful suggestions. We sat inside since was pretty hot out. We came for lunch and will definitely be back for dinner. I had blackened grouper-The Dory. Roll was soft and pickles were really good. Cole slaw came on the sandwich and added to whole thing. Would def get it again. Creamed spinach was ok- more cheesy spinach but still tasty. A little less cheese and more cream sauce- in my opinion- would make it better. House salad was fresh- from Alo farm- local and was delicious! Blue cheese dressing-made in house was really good. Hubby had smash burger. Usually likes his burgers med rare. But this one comes only med well but was still good. He would get again. Green goddess pasta salad was just fair- a little dry. This restaurant is built into the space of a former bicycle shop in Braelinn Village. It seemed to take a long time to open - at one point, we started trying to guess when it would be finished. My first guess was Valentine's Day...and then St. Patrick's Day...Memorial Day?...July 4?...Finally (I think) it opened at the end of July. As it is/was the hot new restaurant, it was hard to get reservation here, at least on a weekend. I finally just reserved a month or so out and got one for a weekend in later September. We arrived before 6 p.m. They were on a fairly tight schedule, so we had to wait 5 minutes or so for the table to free up. The interior is all hard wood and polished concrete, so it is LOUD. Our server was friendly and efficient. We placed our drink orders and got our initial appetizer plates and silverware. I'm not an extreme germaphobe, but I was slightly put off by both my fork *and* plate having food residue on them. If it was just one, I'd have let it slide. We place our order and waited a while. The place was very crowded, so I wasn't surprised that we had to wait a bit for the food. It wasn't excessive, but just be aware. Once the food arrived, we both enjoyed our meals. I wasn't a huge fan of how the fried okra was done (whole okra rather than being cut into bite-sized pieces prior to breading / frying).. Everything (steak / fish) was tasty. This place seems to be following a recent trend of places that are not really quite "fine dining" but approach the prices of fine dining. I have noted several places like this in the last year. I'm not sure whether to say it is slightly over-priced or slightly under-atmosphered. The bottom line, though, is that if I'm going to pay prices in this range, I'll just go ahead and do the full fine dining thing. There were definitely things to like about dining here, but I'm doubtful that this will become a regular venue for us. read more

I have to admit, I didn't want to go to Elliot's because the last time I went, I didn't think it was all that great (my husband loves the food here). This time around though, it was pretty perfect! My salmon was pan-seared to perfection and every bite was moist and delicious. The side of chicken I got was also amazing as it was seasoned PERFECTLY!
