Multiple App orders missing items. By the time you get home it's not worth returning for Fries or a sandwich. This last week I got home and once again we are missing fries. Confirmed they charged me so I took the time to return to the store. They offered to give the fries but when I asked about the multiple failures and having to return to the store and wait in line again for my order they said no refund was due as I was made whole. Not sure if they train for this but what a terrible experience and when I choose to return and give them feedback I was insulted by the manager saying that he made up for their mistake by giving me my missing food. I chose to leave without my fries and received the response "my pleasure" at least they are polite when giving you terrible service. I believe this is an isolated incident to the Stars Mill location in Peachtree City so take this as a word or caution only for this location. Other locations seem to have better service. This experience was not my pleasure! read more

Not sure why we rebuilt this. Drive thru is slower than ever now. The merge point in the drive thru is chaos as it is way too far down the queue. No one keeps things in order like before. Nice outside seating. read more

First, I would really like to drive up to your menu to see the options on a full size screen with more information. Second, the order person said spicy chicken only came on a sandwich, wrong, it comes grilled in a salad too. Third, my spicy chicken with extra pickles had only 2, I don't remember if it comes with 2 and none were added but 2 does not seem like extra. Please let cars drive up to a menu or move it back. When there are no cars between the order person and menu, they should definitely be standing at the menu. read more

If it wasn't so annoying it'd be comical. This place gets more orders wrong than they do right. I'll drive out of my way before continuing to use this location. They've gone from good (YEARS ago), to bad, to worse. One time the kids and I were impressed upon opening our bag to see the order was all there - then we opened the nugget box to find one, literally -ONE- chicken nugget! Ok, this is my local Chic' fila restaurant. I hesitate posting a poor review because I really think these restaurants overall give excellent service but this is happening too often to not mention. Twice now at the drive thru in the past two months they've gotten my order wrong. For breakfast I sometimes stop here and order the same thing, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The first incident after I had driven off, I found that I was given an egg and cheese biscuit, there was no sausage on it, then this morning I ordered the same thing but I received a bacon egg and cheese and not the sausage egg and cheese. I guess my best advice is to check everything in your bag before you even pull off which you shouldn't have to do but you don't want to be like me and get half way to work and find you didn't get what you ordered and paid for. read more

Oh my lord, I go here a lot and and one of the best workers there is Cole McCarthy. My friend and I had rode our bikes to chick-fa-la when it started to rain very hard I know Cole because of his sister when it started to poor he asked us if he could give us a ride home and we said yes of course. Worst chickfila in Fayette county. Mess up my order nine times out of ten. Ordered two biscuits at 10am on a Saturday and at 10:21 was told they were out of biscuits. Clearly things are changing at CFA. Manager seemed indifferent and unwilling to help me out with an order another store screwed up. Yes it was a different store, I didn't notice till on the way home. I was 20 mins away from the other store at this point and dude just didn't care and said it wasn't his problem. Wouldn't refund it either. CFA used to be better than this. They give away food all the time it should've been a non issue. All you did there was say you don't stand behind your brand. Any other store would honor that screw up. Shame read more

I am a regular here at the Peachtree city cfa and i can definitely say that while they do get ur food out fast and the drive thru is quick the customer service is just awful. I was waiting in line the other day and witnessed one of the young girls yelling at a car "I SAID STOP" while turning around to look at them and throwing her hand up with an attitude and rolling her eyes bc they were driving up too close i guess idk? i think by the look on everyone around we were all shocked and appalled at this behavior. she was the only girl working the drive thru at the time. 9 times out of 10 the employees are rude and have an attitude! not all but some! read more

Worst Chic Fil A in the world! Used the App to order ahead, but they don't offer curb side pick up. Manager on duty said they weren't staffed for it. The lines wrapped around the building, so waited in line for 16 minutes and 42 seconds before I could get my order. McDonalds & Zaxby's are both faster. This isn't a one time situation either. And I should probably check my order before I finish this review, but I don't mind leaving another less that satisfactory review if it isn't correct. read more

I will not be coming back to this Chik Fil A ever!!! I went in one day and half of the girls were chatting and joking around while there was a massive line outside and inside. My food took forever and when I got it, it was cold which means it had been ready for a while... I did notice that drive through got their food quicker than customers inside. (not sure if this is the norm). I got my fries and I obviously got the bottom of the pile. I asked kindly for new ones, then they grabbed me "new ones" from the same old, cold pile. I love CFA. I don't love this store. I'm not certain who the operator of this location is but compared to other CFA's, it seems to be run by a tightwad. They will charge you for a cup of ice. Which I normally wouldn't mind but no other CFA in the PTC area does that. And as of April, they still have their lobby closed. Which has nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with the fact that this location knows they can make more money by only operating the drive-thru, which is always overwhelmed. read more

I love this Chick-fil-A dearly and I know every worker does an amazing job to accommodate to special requests. However my favorite thing I have ever had on the menu is the fries and in months past the option to get them well done was available and it was a must. I would not have a problem if the fries here came out in a non-soggy form however that is not the case. I have asked many times recently and they have been denying my request to make the fries well done or crispy. It is unacceptable that you have not perfected the cooking technique of the fries here yet you deny making them any special way. This is not meant to be any hate toward this chick-fil-a because I promise going here you are sure to receive your food with a great attitude, timing, and a smile. I just hope that in the future the fries start coming out in a solid form or the option for them to be well done once again exists. read more

Every single time I visit this chick fil a I am dissapointed. They skimp on their portions, to a degree where you get much less food than other of the chick fil a's. One visit I ordered a meal and literally received 5 french fries. Breakfast crew is the worst, the biscuits and burritos are so small in comparison to other locations. Also, they seriously need to work on their presentation because the way things are wrapped seem like that person does not care how sloppy and disheveled the food looks. I no longer want to visit this location. Cooperate really needs to make a random visit here. read more

Excellent service, very clean eating area and restrooms. Ordered 7 salads to go with a short wait and enjoyed an ice cream cone on the way out. Everyone was working hard with the manager Reggie as I recall setting the example sweeping up after the dinner rush. I would return without question. Well me and family stopped in as we always do from time to time but here as of late the service has suffered a great deal just last week while the manager was taking our order he stopped in the middle of it put another employee who had no idea where the manger left off because in the short transition the manager forgot to minus an item because he was to worried about the fed ex guy standing to his left. So today we went in ordered our food and sat down I ordered a number one with no pickles and when I got my food I had six pickles one my sandwich we'll I said ok maybe the guy in the back is new or something even if the sticker said no pickles and so did my receipt so I just picked them off and continued to eat while I was eating my fries and sharing them with my 19 month old I pulled one out of the box and I had what looked to be a fried mosquito fried into the fry itself my wife was not that happy. She walk up to the counter with the fry in hand showed the manger and an employee standing by him and they both had this look of oh there's a bug in your food no big deal let me just stroll on to the back and get you a fresh thing of fries. I do love chick fil a food and I will continue to eat there but I hope this review gets read by someone who can address this issue from inside. read more

I've learned that you can never go wrong with Chick-Fil-A as your choice of places to eat. Even though they really are "fast food" I had to bunch them into that category. Their customer service is always so good. The menu is pretty basic but they are working on expanding it. You can tell that they put a great deal of thought and research into new items. They don't just add items to fill up space. The food is always very consistent. It's made fresh, served hot, lots of condiments to choose from. The price is slightly higher than other "fast food" places but you definitely get what you pay for. This particular location is always very busy and they do their best to handle the volume. The parking is very limited. I often find that it is better to park in the adjacent lot that kind of belongs to the publix grocery store and other stores and walk over. We all need the exercise plus you don't have to worry about someone "tapping" your car with their car door because they are parked so close to you. Typically a 5 star restaurant in its category but they lose a star for the lack of parking and for the sometimes wait associated with pure volume. Not a wait because of staff being slow or food not being ready. read more

The food is standard for chic-fil-a. The parking is HORRIBLE. We called ahead for a small party tray and couldn't even get close to the handicap parking to go in and get it. On a Saturday afternoon at 2p they had cones up blocking this parking area. This is the second time that we've been to this location and had issues with the parking. As soon as I walked in I received very ugly & rude stares from the 2 young girls at the counter... me & my family proceeded to the counter where Savannah took our order. Savannah was not pleasant or welcoming at all, she rushed me through my order, only gave me 1 pack of sauce I asked for... as I asked for more she literally threw the sauce on the counter with attitude & gave me the wrong kind. Me & my family never received a "thank you" "my pleasure" or ANYTHING but short rudeness. The food itself was awesome as always, but the service was absolutely horrible... Rushing to get to airport. Ordered a breakfast bowl and a fruit cup for my daugjter, inside so I could scan my coupon on my phone for the fruit cup. The cashier scannes the fruit cup coupon, we get in the car and no fruit cup. I run back inside and she says, you did not tell me what you wanted. It says choose one, we choose fryit cup and yes, I told her twice. Then she says she needs to scan app again so I have to back to the car, but because it has already been scanned. . . Manger does not come over, finally I ask for him. Cashier is down right hateful amd manger not very nice but finally gives me my fruitcup 10 minutes later. This is easily the best fast food restaurant that I have ever been to. I am a local and go here regularly. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. It is clean and very efficiently run. There are always multiple people to take your order. The staff walks around and offers to refill your drinks. The staff takes orders with an iPad outside in the drive thru line to help speed it up.
