On Mar 12, 2026 I purchased a Big Zax Snack Meal. they handed me the bag and I set it on the seat next to me. The bag was moving like the air conditioner was blowing on it and I kept closing the bag to keep it warm. I drove 5 miles to get home and carried my bag in with my drink. I set it on my counter put my purse down and went to grab the bag to open it and a mouse jumped out of the bag. There was mouse feces in the bottom of the bag and the mouse chewed in or out of the black meal container. After a while my son caught it and disposed of it. I called Zaxby's and informed them, then wrote a letter to the corporate office. The next day I called the health department and left a message. A week later I have not heard from Zaxby's or the Health Department. Very traumatic experience! Will never go back! read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! Coleslaw, so simple and easy. That is all I wanted. I ordered a large coleslaw, expecting 32 ounces, like previous orders. I noticed the person at the drive thru put a small item in the bag and handed it to me. I looked at it and she said that was the large. I handed it back and told her I wanted a refund. I was not paying $9.42 for 8 oz of coleslaw. The manager had to issue the refund and said I do not make the prices. I told her that I was expecting a larger size and she said, "that is the catering menu and it is a lot more expensive. When I returned home I looked at the receipt and it was for large catering coleslaw, 32oz. I called and the manager had no answers, just kept saying I'm sorry. I order 2 traditional lemon pepper chicken wings orders, one with cold slaw, and one with fries. Both was horrible, and these meals was the worst food I have ever had. This chicken was fried too hard, no lemon pepper, fries, and bread were cold. The only part of my meal that that was ok were my cold slaw, and drink. Was pretty psyched when they added this location late last year. Probably the closest one for all of Senoia, but also most of PTC south of hwy 54. Good when you're in the mood for greasy goodness. Stopped today to get some late lunch. The drive thru was wrapped. I was in a patient mood today so I waited. 27 minutes later I was at the window. During my wait I actually called into the store to find out why it was taking so long..... Amy told me it was because there were only two employees working today! On a Sunday??? Then she told me there were only 4 employees total that work this store! She said no one wants to work and no applications were being turned in. This is President Biden's fault for paying people to stay at home! Amy didn't think it was a political thing and told me that if I wasn't happy, I could go somewhere else! A teenager, telling a customer to go somewhere else! I watched 4 cars pull out of line while I waited! The owners of this store need to know they have ...... 1. Young people working really hard to service the demand ..... 2. Young people telling customers to go elsewhere because they've waited too long. 3. On Monday June 07 I was returning home from work and decided to pick up dinner from Zaxby's, which I had always found pretty good for a quick take home meal. The line in the drive through was short, but the wait was very long. I understand restaurants, especially fast food, are understaffed because of our employment climate, but I didn't understand why the meal was overcooked and cold. In fact, I threw it away when I got home and ordered a pizza. Service times will be slower, but the quality of food should remain consistent. At $13 dollars for just chicken fingers (their primary seller), I should at least have had an edible meal. read more

They need to find a better way to do things. They have done absolutely nothing during COVID-19 to speed up their driveway. There is at least a 15 minute wait no matter what time you go. They won't open the inside to even take orders (which many other locations have). Zaxbys is one of those restaurants that can change drastically simply on what side of town it is located on. I have been in Zaxby's restaurants that were spotless, food fresh, customer service through the roof and then just 10 miles away virtually the same restaurant but with horrible customer service, employees who don't give a crap about anything except their phones, food doesn't taste fresh or is not cooked fresh to order, bathrooms disgusting. This Zaxby's is one of the good ones. I have been there on not so busy days and busy days and received equally as good customer service and food on both occasions. The bathrooms are clean and the parking lot is big enough to handle the rush of a busy day. If you haven't eaten at a Zaxby's before, which I find hard to believe, they have a wide variety of chicken type entrees and other appetizer snacks. ( Fried pickles, fries, cookies, etc ) I will definitely return to this Zaxby's location again. read more

This is the place is THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! The customer service is the worst thing ever. The people inside just take their time and don't care about anything. They just want to get paid. I waited in line for OVER 25 minutes for an overpriced salad! I am so mad. I asked for dressing and they just gave me a salad with nothing else in the bad...... not even a fork or knife. I definitely recommend going to the Chick-fil-A or the Panera next to it. You'll find the friendliest people in the world and you'll get your delicious food super quick.
