There is only a drive-thru and an outdoor walk up ordering window, with some options for outdoor seating and zero options for indoor seating. Because of the comparatively smaller size of the restaurant, the restrooms here are also single-person use ones with a locking door, do sometimes there may be a line to use the restroom. I could rate the quality of the food here, but there's really no real need to do so, since it's the same quality you'd expect from all CFAs. Consistently slow. Frequently messes up our order. Last time I was in the drive thru line, the workers took the orders of EVERY car around and behind me, but didn't take mine for like 5 minutes. I ran into the mobile pick up side of this location with a dancing toddler in tow, praying to avoid an accident. Found myself facing code-locked restroom doors. As I turned to try to find the main entrance (and hopefully a restroom!), a team member exited the kitchen and gave me the code. They saw me run in with my kid, realized we needed the restroom, and rushed out to give me the code. Sounds simple and unimportant, but they could have cared less, and instead became a hero to me; the fact that they noticed and helped out a mama in need meant the world to me at that time. Never in a million years did I think I would ever say this about Chic-fil-a but this is the slowest location that exists for this chain. Typically I'm not intimated by a long line at Chic-fil-A because their business has been build on efficiency but if the line is long here prepare to wait at least 10 minutes in drive thru even with workers outside taking orders. read more

Yo straight up, I didn't catch his name because of the pouring rain, but I need to give a big shout out to one of the managers. An older guy , tall and skinny with glasses. My order wasn't ready yet so they asked me just to pull up and they'd bring it out. Mind you it's pouring cats and dogs and the spot is 30 feet from the building. This is the brand new Chick-fil-A in Pearland, close to Manvel (literally across the street from Manvel). I went twice yesterday for opening day - for lunch and for dinner. The service was great, fast and friendly. The food was also hot and fresh. The downside is that there is no inside seating. There is covered patio seating, but in Houston heat...it would be better to have inside seating. I did my first order as a walk-up. They didn't really tell you where to go to pick up your food, but there is a pick-up window on the side of the building. My second order at diner time was a mobile-order and I walked up to the pick-up window. There was a slight delay, but overall it was pretty fast and they were apologetic about the wait, even though it was only a minute or two. There was also much less traffic at the location at dinnertime. I also got a cup at lunchtime to commemorate the grand opening. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be in this area, but it's great to have a Chick-fil-A that's closer now, instead of going all the way to Broadway or Shadow Creek. read more

This is the worst experience I've had at a chick fil a. My kids meal i received for my son was terrible. The grilled nuggets were covered in black char and smelt of old grease. When i asked the manager why they thought it was ok to serve this to a child, he snapped back and said that's not what it's about, that's how they are. Mind you, i order this for my son weekly and know they should not be like this. The fries were made in old oil and hard. I asked for new fresh ones and was given basically they exact same thing. Beware when going to the Chick Fil A off of 288 @ Southfork Dr. in Pearland. I ordered nuggets and fries with no drink. As I was eating and enjoying my meal I discovered there was a frozen fry in the box with the cooked fries. The fry still had ice on it. I was so excited to have a Chick-Fil-A so close to my home but this location just cannot get it right. I have never experienced so many incorrect orders at one location. The only reason I kept returning was because of the convenience of the location but it is truly not worth it. I am wasting my money and my time visiting this location only to get home and find yet another mistake. I'm very disappointed with this location every time I visit. read more

We asked for 3 milkshakes they gave us only 2 and then didn't even offer to make another they just told us they only wrote up two. Worst one ever. The girl that took my order was the sweetest but when I got my order I checked for the sauces and realized there was none. When I asked for sauce after just paying for two meals it seemed to be an issue. I drove to the front and walked up to the window and got more condiments without an issue but when I got home realized the order was wrong and I was given less than what I payed for and the food was ice cold. Where do we start? Keep in mind I'm a regular here because I am a millennial and not a fan of cooking. Typically you don't expect quality service when you go to chick fil a because it is always given. Apparently this location missed the training: food missing -manager says they will load your account with redemption coupons, never happens; ran out of side order, the logical thing would be to just add something else in return THEN charge for full order.. you can imagine that didn't happen but the charge for a full meal definitely went through. It's one star because I literally eat at chick fil a 3 times a week. This location needs help. Needs a Serious change in management and crew. Everyone there is rude, slow and orders are always wrong. I feel like I am at a McDonald's not a Chick-fil-A. For it to be mainly a drive through location I don't understand how it isn't a well oiled machine. The chicken always seems like they left it in the fryer way too long. I am a RED Member with Chickfila and have been since they started a tier program. This location, is by far, the worst that I have had the pleasure of frequenting. Today was the last straw for me. I had an issue awhile back, submitted a compliant to corporate and received a response and was promised someone from this location would call me. Nothing, for 2 weeks, I sent a note back to corporate and nothing. When I had something recently happen, I shrugged it off because I didn't want to submit another issue with no results. However, today and the other day, that's it. I constantly receive the wrong size or the wrong drink and it happened again. On top of that, while it is not this establishment's fault, I tried to use a drink reward and sandwich reward on my app and apparently after 3 tries, the sandwich was the only thing that took. Take off my drink then instead of charging me. Secondly, I asked and you repeated back unsweetened tea and I received SWEET TEA! Several months ago, I ordered breakfast for my family with two coffees. One large, black and one small, with cream and sugar. I received two smalls (even though I was repeated back the correct sizes and drinks). I paid prior to receiving my drinks and food. Before I was handed back my CC or drink, I noticed it was a small and I mentioned I asked for a large. The girl says, okay, no problem, fixes my drink and then proceeds to try and charge me 27 cents on my credit card as an upcharge rather then give me the drink for their mistake. It would cost them more in credit card fees then to just give me the coffee. Or tell me and not charge me, I will give you 27 cents, geez... With that said, I worked for chickfila for years, as pretty much everything, including the cow mascot for 2 years and I would always put the customer first. This one location continues to disappoint. Every other chickfila I have gone to has said "no problem, don't worry about the change, no charge" with the drink situation, the same thing happened at another location and they took it off. You wouldn't have gotten a 1 star if my other note months ago from corporate wouldn't have been ignored. Customer service is everything. You can have mediocre food with amazing customer service and I will continue to dine at your establishment. However you have great food and poor service, there are plenty of chickfila to go to read more

GREATEST "ESSENTIAL" RESTAURANT IN THE PEARLAND AREA. The customer service is at an all time high that can't be match. The tedious long lines go by swiftly and goes by at an accelerated rate. Shout out to all the manager for creating an environment that showcases the young individuals on how to interact with various people throughout the day. Every time I pull up to the window, they make me feel welcome as if I'm in their family. I want to shout out one person in particular; the 5 star Jill McElyea. She represents the CORE 4 with excellence. She deserves a $100 for her outstanding performance. She has a calming presence that's comforting, a smile that lights up a room, and a personality that will charm you.
