Was a very sarcastic and rude employee when he was dropping off food to cars he was disrespectful and disgusting when I asked him to wash his hands after he picked at his eye Brooklyn was respectful and affirmed to me that Nate was going to wash his hands. The management is good they understood that I was unhappy with the way Nate treated me and that they will talk with him about it. Got a breakfast sandwich. Biscuit, folded egg, pepper jack, spicy chicken fillet. It was good but the biscuit needed some improvement. This biscuit was the weak link. So much as a sideways glance and that biscuit falls to pieces under the weight of its own brief and miserable existence. Do not ask any such favor of this biscuit doing its one job in life. It is not up to the task that it was born to do even though it was given all the correct ingredients, had two loving parents that never divorced, and had an upper-middle class childhood. Imagine this child earning a PHD and announcing only to end up washing dishes at the local diner. An abject failure which you now possess, sitting right in front of you at your kitchen table, who stares back and says nothing. Wild! You pick up this biscuit sandwich anyway because it is a sandwich after all and you paid for it so why not? This was not a wise decision, I'll admit. As the pieces of biscuit slipped through my fingers like grains of sand, an existential dread began to worm its way into my brain. Perhaps I deserved this. God exists and is pushing his finger on the scale of my life for all my previous misdeeds. It was a bad moment if I'm being honest. How could a sandwich so utterly defeat me? No. I decided that I will not be defeated. Not today, Satan. As a mere mortal I fumbled repeatedly to put all of the bits of this disintegrating "sandwich" into my mouth and chew. One does not build Rome in a day, nor does anyone comfortably eat a Chic-fil-a breakfast sandwich in a few minutes. I eventually won this battle and strangely felt some kind of accomplishment. I went through the drive through and didn't realize until I was home that my order was incorrect and missing the salad dressing! I called and spoke to Corey the manager but because I couldn't return right then he directed me to call Chick-fil-A cares and said they would handle my refund. I called and spoke to a lady there who only took notes and said that the restaurant would contact me within three business days to handle the refund. Couple weeks ago I got some nuggets for my daughter and she had a hair in her box of nuggets I was upset but I let it go we threw them away and I shared my food with her and today I decided to get myself a deluxe sandwich and there was a HAIR in my sandwich . It was the first time I had been to this particular location. I ordered a kids meal and needed to have it made special as my child has an allergy to apples. To my dismay, I was told that they could not accommodate my request as per their manager. I have been other locations with the same request and I've had my request honored. Very disappointed. Outdoor seating only. Its a new location. Not used to this configuration. Am used to being able to get my own napkins, ketchup, mints etc. Too hot, and too dirty. Also as all chick-fil-a, the price is way too high. The cravings still come, but I'd much prefer an indoor location. read more

I came through the drive through and had to repeat my order three times to the person helping- I asked Darci the manager what the employees name was (just the first name) and refused to give me the first name of the employee acting so rude to me because she couldn't hear clearly. I placed my order via-Mobil order and I had to wait 15 min in the parking lot after letting the app know that I'm there. The drive-tru was full and when I received my order is was empty. Yup, they waited to make my order after the other orders were made. Don't use the app, place you're over at the window and you will get it faster. Excellent! We went for lunch at 11:30 and it was already busy, but staff quickly got our orders and us through the drive thru. I appreciated the friendliness of the team member that took our order and she made sure we had enough sauces for everyone in the car. We ordered the grilled nuggets, macaroni, spicy chicken sandwich (added cheese), fries, and a milkshake. It was all hot and delicious. We will be back! read more

pulled into the what looked short drive thru line thinking it would be a quick trip. order was taken within a minute of pulling up. ordered my food, it was correctly recited back to me. pulled forward. sat there for 5 minutes with no movement. finally pulled around and was the second car from the window. they bought a bag out that was missing food and only one drink. so they bought me the second drink. had to tell them again I was missing food. finally brought the food out. but the car in front of me had not received their order yet so I had to sit there behind them until they got theirs because the ladies were too busy chit chatting inside to move the car somewhere else so that I could leave. also, sitting there in the drive thru as long as we had to blew out my air conditioning in 110+ degree weather and now I have to get it fixed. going back to california, see ya never chick fil a. read more
