I cannot speak to the interior of this chick-fil-a but the drive thru was efficient enough, and the young lady who took our order was helpful and friendly. I ordered the kale side salad and the grilled chicken nuggets with some water. The grilled chicken nuggets were seasoned well and in the kale salad made for a healthy, fast food lunch option. I especially loved the almonds and apple vinaigrette with the kale salad. I was a bit disappointed to see the use of styrofoam cups with all drinks. With so many companies driving towards more sustainable /recyclable options, it was surprising styrofoam is still in use for a fast food chain given the amount of customers served worldwide. I really like that they allow you to change your mobile order when you get to the window. Most disappointing Chickfila experience, and I love Chickfila. Probably slowest experience I've ever experienced. Went this morning before a conference for a quick breakfast, and pulled up in the drive thru at 7:25am placed my order drove to WAIT till 7:40am paid for my food, and finally received my food 5 minutes later. The service here at chick fil a is always great. I will never complain about that. What these workers go through is crazy: I.e. standing outside in pouring rain, through snow storms, running food out in inclement weather. They put up with a lot, but they still remain very helpful! Food wise, I've never understood the hype with these chicken sandwiches. They're very good, don't get me wrong. But to eat this every single day, or to wait in line for 30 minutes is not worth it to me. I'm really not a fan of the chicken sandwiches. I had a chicken sandwich, dressed up with some lettuce and awesome bacon ! Trying to balance some healthy eating, I opted for the fruit cup instead of the fries. They sure don't skimp when it comes to add-on's. I ordered thru the app, went inside when I arrived to use the very clean facilities, and 30 seconds after I came out - my food was ready to go. The young lady who was attending to the dining room was so pleasant/engaging. My Phoenix Arizona tan was a dead give-away that I wasn't from around there. Seriously Wisconsin peeps - how can this location not be busting at the seams every minute it's open?! Take a break from those cheese curds and brats! I get up to the window, pay, and the worker hands me my bag. I look inside to see 3 sauces, so I asked for a couple more. She said no, so I said I don't want my food then. The food isn't the same without the sauce! The manager comes over stating she cannot give me any more than 2 per box and I can't even pay for more. What??? I'm sorry but this literally ruined my day. She proceeds to give me two more sauces but says she will not give me the one extra I need to make me, a paying customer, happy. Personally, I'm annoyed that I PAY for food and cannot get the number of sauces I need and use with my meal. It would be different if I asked for 5 of each, but 6 sauces for fries and 8 nuggets is nothing crazy. read more

Like any new operating business, there will be a few kinks to work out (so I'd skip over those early reviews from others who seemed to take out their anger in a review instead of contact the store with their concern), but they are doing it right! If you're going for breakfast, I suggest ordering a chicken biscuit with honey + buffalo sauce. If you're headed there for a delicious lunch or dinner, might I suggest the #1 combo! I had breakfast in a very clean and beautiful place. Also, very calming in an early Saturday morning. My egg and sausage biscuit with hashbrowns was very tasty. The coffee was surprisingly good. I know, no chicken, but I know that is definitely coming in my next visit. Margaret was very attentive when taking my two orders, remembering my name the second time I went and creating a connection with the customer. Evelyn was all smiles when bringing my order to the table and helping me with a question about my new downloaded Chick-fil-A app and the rewards. I have always loved Chick-fil-A, so glad Pleasant Prairie has one now. I'm not gonna lie, it's only been open for a short period of time and I've been here way too much. The food is outstanding, the service is always great, and whether going through the drive-thru or sitting inside with the kids so they can go nuts in the play area, it's always a good experience. There is currently some pretty experienced staff mixed with some staff that is obviously still learning. I believe they're hammering out the issues as well. This location was truly heaven sent. Before, pleasant prairie residents had to go 15-20mins to get to Chick-fil-a. It's located right on 75 after the speedway and in front of the Costco! Won't miss it!The staff is really nice, the food always comes out hot and delicious. But can I just mention that they make lunch right at lunch so you'll have to wait if you want lunch. BUT! I did see employees having lunch items before it was lunch hour which I thought was unfair but I worked at a restaurant too so I get it.
